I expected much more from a hotel of this caliber and in such a prime location. When you hear the name Radisson, you think of one of the best hotel brands in the industry—but unfortunately, that was not our experience at this location.

The lobby’s white furniture appeared gray and unclean, and the orange furniture was visibly dirty and worn. Our room also had poor lighting because the curtains were not properly secured to the rod. We notified the concierge, but the issue was never addressed. Additionally, there was mold visible in the grout of the shower tiles in the bathroom, which was very concerning.

The only reason I rated this establishment a 3 is because of the restaurant. The food was delightful, and the service provided by our waiters, Adolfo and Diego, was impeccable.

Overall, I was simply expecting a much cleaner and better-maintained environment.

Room was clean and kept up nicely daily by a friendly housekeeper named Jenny. The lobby staff was attentive and helpful. They assisted getting us a reservation that we were having trouble making at LaRosa Nautical. Took care of storing our bags the first and last day, and made recommendations for dinning on multiple occasions. They also set up transportation to the airport on the day we were leaving. Multiple employees spoke both Spanish and English. Helped us exchange US dollars to soles as well. The breakfast that was included with our package included made to order options as well as a buffet.our only complaint was with the staff at the poolside bar. Not very attentive, had trouble processing our payment with the discount we received with our package.

I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable.
The Hotel actually delivered a birthday cake to my room on my birthday which was so sweet. The housekeeper for room 705 for the week on 1/10-1/17 was amazing and deserves a raise! All the staff were helpful and I would 1000% recommend this hotel!!!

We got upgraded, thanks to Expedia VIP Access. Suites were clean and charming with very comfortable beds and amenities. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant were great! Welcome pastries and free drinks coupons were an excellent bonus. Hotel is located close to Malecon and Larcomar mall. We truly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this property.

Large room, with slighty eccentric furnishing. Whilst it was fine during the day there was very limited lighting at night. Furthermore the hotel was severely let down by their waiting staff, they were generally inattentive, and on their phones, we waited over 20 minutes for service at the quiet rooftop bar, and even after ordering drinks from the from one waiter who could be bothered, his colleges failed him and left him running around the whole hotel, having wasted 35 minutes of our life we went to a very pleasant bar around the corner! This was repeated at breakfast with us having to ask for a menu even though having been greeted by the same waitress. Breakfast itself was a nice buffet and a la carte combo and was quite good.

Overall a nice hotel just really let down by the staff

The location, the staff and the breakfast were great. Unfortunately, like some other people mentioned, our room smelled like mold and the air conditioning was just a fan and didn't actually cool the room. The windows don't open, so we couldn't air the room out to get the moldy smell to go away. It was strong enough that even after being in the room for a while you would still smell it.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and they had sweet treats as a lovely greeting touch. They also gave me a coupon for complementary cocktail. Unfortunately, I did not use it since I didn’t realize I had to use it that first night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tamales are a must try.I would definitely come again.

This is not my first time staying at this property... i feel that my other stays were a little better.. i had issues with somethings malfunctioning in the room, and the reception staff got on it to fix the issues... the breakfast is always good.. and the staff that serve you like phillipe and ricardo...were great going above and beyond to help us and to make our stay better.. i will be staying here again in the future...

The hotel is very well located, walkable distance to shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room with a great view, super comfortable bed, great water pressure, soaking tub, very clean, fantastic service and to top it all, the breakfast was delicious! Hotel is a good facility. Food in restaurant and service very good for a hotel. Last day I arranged for a Transport to the airport. They said the driver was outside. It was raining I asked for umbrella, they said they did not have any when they had loaned me one the day before ??? They (hotel personnel and the driver outside) played games for over 10 minutes telling me the driver was moving his car into position when it was right outside. The driver outside was calling someone else to pick me up, I have no reason why this was going on and the lies by hotel personnel, this was August 24 at 4am. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM ! UNRELIABLE AND 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A REGULAR TAXI FOR ALL SERVICES. Use UBER, reliable and drivers a better.

Our stay at the Radisson Decapolis Miraflores was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to our wonderful waitress, Jesus, to Christian, and to the only lady on the team—each of them provided exceptional service with genuine warmth.

What truly touched us was their kindness when we unexpectedly got sick during our trip. The team not only showed sincere concern, but also helped us with natural medicine, a gesture that went far beyond standard hospitality. Their care made all the difference in our recovery and allowed us to continue enjoying our time in Miraflores.

If you’re looking for a place where the service is as memorable as the location, Radisson Decapolis Miraflores is the perfect choice. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lima.

Radisson Decapolis Miraflores Business trip

My stay at the Radisson in Miraflores was exceptional.
Claudia Rivera and the rest of the staff always try and make the stay as comfortable and easy as possible.
The general area is a big plus as its walkable and safe and generally close to most attractions and business areas. This is also a nice hotel for holiday makers with a nice rooftop bar and pool.
I have stayed here on several occasions and will always go back.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely excellent - nothing was too much trouble- they were a credit to the hotel and the company. They allowed both early and late check-in which made our stay much easier.
There was some work going on which caused a bit of noise during the day - but wasn’t a massive problem.

We asked for the sauna to turned on 3times and ended up doing it ourselves. We booked the hotel as it had a rooftop bar and we were not informed until we arrived that it was closed for renovations. We were also given a 10USD credit to use each day which no one told us but was informed by the bar staff a day into our trip.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring Miraflores on foot, though transportation is needed to reach downtown Lima. Fortunately, Uber service to and from the hotel is fast and reliable, which made getting around easy.

Super outstanding from time you arrive. Bellman quickly helped us. Lobby smells so fresh and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Every question answered with a smile and so helpful. My son was ill. They helped me find a pharmacy open 24 hours and permitted late checkout. Room clean and comfortable and sizable. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Absolutely nothing to fault with this hotel. Location outstanding too. Highly recommend in absolutely every respect .

On arrival there were three doormen at the front door and all of them just stood and watched my wife carry her suitcase up the stairs as I was paying for the taxi. Would have been nice if at least one of them to offer assistance.

The manager at the reception was cold. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The receptionist tried to arrange us to a room with better view as we waited for over one hour, but the manager looked at us as if we were beggar on the street. I cannot forget her cold eyes.
