Loved this hotel & property. The rooms are so nice, the views of the beach & estuary breathtaking, the restaurant food is delicious. The staff is very professional and you can instantly see this hotel pays attention to the smallest detail. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding and the floors mopped. If you need anything you just make a phone call and it is instantly taken care of. I can't wait to come back and visit again. I highly recommend this hotel. Make sure you order the homemade Flan and the Cheesecake while you are there. You won't regret it!

The landscape is well done. The restaurant on site is delicious and reasonable. The staff is respectful and responsive. The rooms and bathrooms need maintenance. Paint and new baseboards are needed. Our bathtub leaked the whole time we were there. A new washer might fix it. The tub never looked clean and that maybe just lack of maintenance.

We absolutely love the view from our room the convenience of down town. The 2 down falls of the place we experienced was the bed it was not comfortable by any standards and our AC was leaking water alot my wife wasn’t to happy with the bathroom a little out dated with the shower and tub. My family and I love this place. However, I feel that for the price I pay the facilities should be updated. Our room was very convenient since it was direct access to the pool, but these rooms have not been updated so it is run down, (light bulb was out, the restroom very outdated and run down)

The only downside this time was that the bathroom had mold on the walls due to a lack of cleaning. Returned guests. Beautiful as we remembered, the landscape, the boardwalk, the beach. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was good. Our room had an amazing view, and we loved our room, but it had a few downsides. The bed was stiff, you could feel the springs, and the shower head minor flaw with shutting the water off, but they were quick to send maintenance. Overall, we had a great time, relaxing, sleeping in, and staying by the pool.
