This hotel is the worst in the city, mold, bugs, A/C is freezing and can't control.. self automatic check in that is only in Mandarin.. lady came out to assist but was very rude and then walked away..told me to store my bags behind the machine that was completely unsafe, not to mention the inappropriate sex toy machines in the main lobby. Which a women and her minor kid were in the process of our purchasing. Most disgusting hotel I've ever been in

It’s unsafe, the door can push open by hard pushing without using room card. Not dare to leave anything in the room.

It’s bad that adult video on the TV channel without any password, setting , kids can turn on TV and see it.

Dirty and Smelly room and cabinet. The water fountain is very dirty with molds. The property crew said that the shower knob is working upright but it was detached the reason it is not working. Aircon not working as well.

A hotel with no staff and no english

No hot water on the first day and no staff at the counter no english written signs and you have to find out from your own.
No maid service , no area to keep the luggage its total disaster.
If you dont speak chinese i dont recommend at all.

Truly one of the worst properties I have stayed at during my many travels. Unstaffed \"hotel\" with windowless rooms and bathroom filled with cracks all over. At least the A/C was cold and the shower was hot.

Bad hotel.. it’s only fit to be a hostel not even motel..
I booked this without checking the review as this was highly recommended by Expedia staff when I called to enquire..
Hotel is very torn down.
It’s definitely not worth the price I paid for.
I stayed 2 night and they did not clean my room. I was not informed that room cleaning service is upon request.
This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but cigarette smell is so strong the moment we exit from lift, not even entering the room.. I asked to change room due to the cigarette smell.. too bad another room is also with strong cigarette smell..
Room is dirty and dusty.. traces of hairs everywhere..
I’m disappointed for being recommended with such a bad condition hotel..
This will be the last time I booked with Expedia..
Subsequent nights in Taiwan was booked with Agoda and I’m happy with the rooms and price I paid for.

Basic hotel for basic needs. Excellent location

Just one night stay after arriving in Taiwan then off to Kaohsiung next day. No windows and a cold basic feeling to the rooms but clean enough. Did the job. Staff happy to let me leave luggage while I went for a stroll and ate breakfast.

Hotel location is far away from train station. If you've luggages, pretty well taxi is the only option. Services can be better as we asked twice for slippers during my 4 nights stay there, and finally got it on my second last day. But if you're not asking too much, it's still not a bad choice for the price you paid.

I got in at 130am and left at 10am so I didn't have the opportunity to experience the neighborhood or breakfast. However, the room was nice: clean, all toiletries included, and hot/cold water.

入住時房間一直有電器運轉聲蠻大的，線上聯絡客服反應等候時間一下下，也立即幫我更換房間，效率還蠻好的，後續換第二間機器運轉聲雖然還是有⋯但整體小聲很多，還能接受

スタッフはいないので、自分でチェックイン用の機械を使いこなさなければならないため、機械が苦手な人や使い方がわからない人にとって、チェックインとチェックアウトは難しい。
一方で、チェックイン機械の画面上でマウスカーソルが動いているので、遠隔でサポートはしてくれるスタッフがいると感じた。

あとは、チェックイン開始時間は最速で17時なので、早過ぎる到着には注意が必要。

沒有下一次的住宿

因為隔天要搭早班飛機,所以想說找個方便能住宿一晚又離捷運站進的地方就好,A22微旅是自助式的旅舍(這點覺得方便),房間是較舊式的有整修裝潢過,有小冰箱(開啟時會搖晃,不知是缺了一腳還是地板不平)，有飲水機(但是放一大桶水在上面的那種)，後來牆上及桌面上陸續的看到有3-4隻小小強出現,我是不怕,但~~~~真的很不ok

隣に大音量のカラオケ🎤店がオープン

昔は可愛い犬が居て安くて良いホテルでしたが、隣にXRと言うカラオケ🎤クラブが開店し物凄い音量で深夜3時まで寝られませんでした。翌日にフロントスタッフが対応して警察👮に通報しましたが、翌日も24時ぐらいまで歌って居ました。ホテル側も被害者なのですが、次のビジネスや観光が重要な方はこのホテル🏨を選択しない方が良いです。時間利用も出来るのでカップルがSEXのために利用するのは良いと思います。

自動チェックインですが、日本語案内もあるので困らないです。
部屋は広めで、アメニティも揃っていました。
付近には24時間オープンのスーパーがあるので買い物にも困りません。

２泊しました。
チェックイン、チェックアウトは入り口の機械で行われます。とりあえず予約した名前で検索すると出るので簡単。
最初に気になったのは部屋に入ってから感じた何かが燃えたようなにおい。服に移りそうで不快でした。
古い建物を素人がリノベーションしましたよ的な室内。掃除はあまり掃除が得意で無い人がやったような感じです。耐えられない人は本当に無理だと思います。水回りはやはりあまりきれいではありませんでした。シャワーは湯量が多くて予想外に良かったです。他の方が書かれているのですがシャワーカーテンが無いのでバスルームビタビタになりますね。
無人ホテルであるのでなにかがあったときの対応はどうするのか不安でしたね。１件聞きたいことがあったのでスタッフさんの出てくる時間の朝９時過ぎまでまで待ったのですが、時間を過ぎてもくる気配も無く、LINEもつながらず……。ここらへんは台湾あるあるなのでしょうが。
また、防音が全くないため、夜１時過ぎまで談笑する女性の声がうるさくほとんど眠れませんでした。
立地は本当に駅から近くて良かったです。老街渓駅は桃園空港から30分くらい？台北まで行くのはちょっと遠かった。
徒歩圏内に２４時間営業のドンキみたいな店があったりレストラン、コンビニ、スーパーも八百屋も夜市もあったりで結構楽しめました。

23年10月30日から二泊しました。当ホテルの中国語表記は「A22 微旅(微の字には草冠が付く)旅店」です。
ホテルの場所は、桃園MRTの現時点の桃園市側の終点である老街渓駅から徒歩３分の立地です。ホテル名の「A22」は老街渓駅の駅番号です。

老街渓駅は地下駅なので、グーグルマップのストリートビューで当ホテルの立地を確認する為に老街渓駅を捜す人は、現代的デザインの地下鉄の出入口を探して下さい。台湾鉄路中壢駅からは徒歩15分ですが、桃園MRTの線路は台湾鉄路中壢駅まで延伸されるそうで中壢駅前周辺は大規模に地面を掘り返していました。桃園MRTが延伸されれば、当ホテルは台湾鉄路中壢駅へもMRTで一駅となり、更に便利な立地となります。

私がExpediaで当ホテルを予約する時には認識していなかったのですが、当ホテルのフロントは無人でチェックインアウトは、自動機で行います。タッチ画面の言語選択には日本語の選択肢はあるのですが、まず予約番号か名前の入力を求められ、まずExpediaの予約番号を入力したのですがエラー。次に名前をアルファベットで入力すると私の予約を認識してくれました。パスポートの写真ページをスキャナで読み取らせると、チェックイン完了で機械からカードキーが出てきました。

私が泊まったのは二階のダブル部屋で、広くて綺麗でした。窓は広くて明るいのは良いのですが、二階で向かいのビルからは丸見えなので、カーテンを開けっ放しにはできませんでした。冷蔵庫もあります。ポットはありませんが、ウォーター・サーバーからお湯と冷水が出ます。

翌日の昼に外出して戻ってくると部屋の清掃はされていたので、無人なのはフロント業務だけです。
しかしながら、宿泊中に万一設備に不具合が出て修理を頼むような場合、どうするのか謎です。
また、私は夕刻に付いたのですが、もし早めに到着して、チェックイン時刻までフロントに荷物を預ける場合はどうするのでしょうか。と言う以前に荷物預かりサービスはやっているのでしょうか？
帰国後にExpediaの当ホテルのページを見ても、無人チェックインのホテルである事の説明、及び無人ゆえの注意点に関する説明は見当たりません。

もう中壢に行く予定はありませんが、もし行く機会があるとしたら、当ホテルと同等の立地と価格で従来型の有人のホテルがあるなら、私はそちらを選びます。

如果就價格來說, 性價比是很好的。

但我希望旅館可以改善一下以下的情況:

1)建議入住的客人先登記LINE, 因為旅館的聯繫主要以LINE為主。

2) 旅館說明如果連續住, 就不會為住客打掃,一沒關係。但垃圾箱如何安排, 沒有說明。我住了四晚, 垃圾箱滿滿的。(而且旅館的垃圾箱很小, 亦沒有蓋。

3) 我退房的時候, 大堂自助機出現問題。旅館想客人自助, 我明白, 但有沒有想過會有突發事情? 就例如大堂自助機只有一部, 有問題時如何安排? (Contingency Plan)

或者旅館要標明, 如果大堂自助機有問題時如何教客人自行RESET。

住客(例如我自己), 也不想打搞旅館的, 但旅館的安排也要站在住客的角度多想一下才行。

希望會改善, 有機會我會再來的。

初めての台湾旅行で、安さ重視で選びました。
が、観光地を巡るにはとにかく遠い！
今月にはA22の老街渓が開通予定らしいですが、開通したとしても不便ですし、MRTを何回も乗ってたら交通費もバカになりません。
無人ホテルなのでチェックイン&アウトもちょっと不安…。基本清掃も無し。建物内外含め騒音も激しいです。
せっかく旅行に行くなら少し予算を超えてでも台北付近のホテルを選んだ方が結果的にコスパは良いかと思います。
