The room is so comfortable. Great for families. They also have a shuttle to the Taoyuan HSR station. Only issue is that the passage way to Gloria Outlets only opens at 1100 hrs, so u have to go to the main lobby and walk up the road to the HSR. Excellent choice for a first timer in Taiwan with kids! The hotel is walking distance to Xpark (2nd floor) and also it has a sky bridge to the outlet malls. Its also very convenient to get to the THSR since they have a shuttle that goes there. After traveling 19 hours, this place is perfect!

Great location to stay if u have an early morning flight to catch; a 15min car ride to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were great and accommodating; when informed that it was our child's birthday, they sent a complimentary cake to the room and that totally made his day. The only drawback was perhaps the baby cot which was made of metal, cold to touch during the cooler months and probably hurts more when babies toss around. Maybe it's time to upgrade the cots.

Lobby smells really nice, which made feel immediately at home upon check in. Booked a double room and the room was massive. Toilet was spacious with a bathtub, and there was also a lounging space within the room. Directly connected to XPark and Gloria Outlets and there were also many dining options in the mall. The business lounge at Level 5 provides coffee, tea, coke, cold red tea and small bags of chips 24/7. Enjoyed my stay a lot, and will definitely be back!

Plentiful dinning options for all ages either directly connected to the hotel or in the outlet mall (still very close by and walkable). Large hotel room and large bathroom. Excellent choices with breakfast as well. This hotel is especially a great choice of hotel if you need to catch an early flight next morning at TPE.

It says the hotel is in Expedia VIP program, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport. Neither were true, the hotel only offers shuttle to the subway station, and no VIP room upgrade or benefits.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Taiwan. It has a unique layout where the 1st floor is for luggage storage and taxi waiting and 2nd floor is for check-in. Requested a top floor room to the side, granted! Room is clean, modern, and smells nice. Traffic noise is minimal, I barely heard any. Outlet mall (and MRT) is super close. Area is safe (Taiwan in general is). There’s a breakfast place and a convenience store nearby. Taoyuan airport is a brisk 15 minutes away by taxi. Perfect hotel to catch an early flight. Overall quite a memorable stay for me.

However, as I stayed in this hotel over years, I gradually find the breakfast buffet becomes quite boring although the general quality is good. However, everyday the menu is the SAME. It is BORING. Unlike the Taipei Cozzi at Zhongxiao which I also stay about 3-4 days each year, the main dishes of its breakfast buffet changes EVERYDAY. It makes the stay in Taipei more exciting.

If you go to Taipei, stay at the COZZI Blu and spend the extra few dollars for the breakfast. They had dozens of choices including American staples like bacon, eggs and pastries as well as traditional Asian cuisine. I tried almost everything on the buffet and it was all delicious. If you dont stay here, youre truly missing out. Unfortunately, Expedia's site isn't working so I cant upload any photos.

When the reservation is made, the payment doesn't go through a couple of times. A day before the arrival, it shows \"needs action.\" I immediately booked it again to secure a room. Then, I reviewed the reservations and found the double booking. I called the COZZI Blu immediately (within 10 minutes of the second booking), and a lady told me she saw the double booking and took notes for the next day's manager. I reported to the platform at the same time.

This is a nice hotel with excellent buffet near the high speed rail station. We had a family room with 2 king beds. The room is huge and comfortable. We arrived late at night so we had to drag our luggage and walked about 10 minutes to the hotel but we were able to reserve their free shuttle back to the high speed rail when we left. The decor in the hotel and in the room was nice and kids friendly. The X Park aquarium is right next door with a short hallway leading to it from the hotel. Overall this is a nice hotel if you want to stay close to the high speed rail station.
