They are generous in offering new transportation to the airport. There are two public showers and two toilets. I had a last minute change to my itinerary and needed a place to stay on short notice. Lutel jumped in to save the day. I think it's excellent value for the money, as the rooms and shared washroom are overall clean. I do think some of the details could use work (some mold on curtains, dusty behind the bed and on the floorboards) but I am not complaining for their rate. It is also a bit hard to find and there's not much in the area other than the surrounding outlet malls. Five stars all around for the staff however, they were incredibly kind and helpful in printing documents and accommodating my last minute booking. Plus it's close to the airport.

I had a layover and I decided to stay here. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was about $12. (Slightly overcharged if you take a cab from the hotel to the airport, the hotel charges a flat fee). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very small, simple, and clean. I was very tired and needed to sleep so it was exactly what I was looking for. The shared bathroom/shower area was very clean as well. One thing I noticed was that the walls are so thin that you can hear everything outside of the room. The girl who was in the room across my room was on the phone and I could hear everything. The alarm went off from the next room in the morning but the walls are so thin I thought it was my phone. He/she didn't turn it off and I ended up waking up much earlier than originally planned. If you want a good night sleep I highly recommend you have ear plugs or noise cancelling ear buds for your stay. Over all I liked the location, the price and the cleanliness and will definitely recommend this hotel:)

I have no complaints. Staff had been very helpful when an initial snag with meant book now, pay later had happened. Upon arrival in Taiwan, it was easy to reach from the airport via taxi, the front desk staff were comfortable assisting in both English and Chinese and the amenities were all in great condition. I received an upgrade on my initial reservation to boot. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

When I checked in early, I wanted to put my luggage in my room but the room wasn’t available yet, so the staff offered to my luggage in a safe room. This give me time to do whatever I want without having to carry all the luggage with me. This place is about 10-15 min walk from the Gloria outlets mall and the mall has many amazing restaurants if you are hungry!

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for just one night not too far from Taipei Int’l Airport. Lütel Hotel is perfect for that. I arrived to the hotel around 10pm and left at 8am. Front desk staff was expecting me I was checked in in minutes. The hotel reminded me of a hostel with private rooms and a shared bathroom. Rooms are very small and some don’t have windows. But they are very clean and have everything one needs for a quick stay. Staff that works there is very friendly and accommodating.
Bottom line it’s a perfect place for a quick stay if you don’t mind to share bathroom/shower facility.

Only a 10-min walk from TaoYuan HSR station and MRT station *and* then Gloria Outlet Mall. Rooms very tight but extremely clean (i.e. a REALLY good hostel) but service and location made up for the lack of space. Would strongly recommend for a traveler who needs a spot that connects them to TaoYuan Airport and TaoYuan High Speed Rail (i.e. to go south) via TaoYuan MRT (20 min. metro subway ride).

It is a shame but we were glad to check out the next morning, as my eyes were starting to itch and burn. Hope that the rooms can be more thoroughly cleaned for future guests.

Hotel is new and clean but rooms are tiny, as they usually are in a hostel. We had a room with it's own bathroom and shower. The room was about 12 feet square; the queen bed and bathroom took up most of the space.

I chose this hotel because I arrived at around 1am. If you are from out of town you would need to take a taxi for sure which for me was 280NTD. Everything was clean and the shared bathroom was fine...clean and spacious with good hot water and water pressure. The only problem is that the room was a bit small for the price.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel close to the airport and the HSR station this was good. We got in later in the evening and went back out to the mall by the station to get a bite to eat. It was about a 5-10 min walk. The room was a bit tight but okay for my son and I. We got a room with a bathroom. Kind of strange since the walls around the bathroom is glass and mini blinds on the outside. I have noticed that in some other Asian countries too. Other than that, cute place. It looked like they had an area to make your own breakfast since the had butter, jelly and other things by the elevator although we rushed out in the early morning so did not experience that part.

Good if you are looking for a place near Taoyuan
Chose this as it is very near to Taoyuan airport and I am only staying for one night. Taxi from airport takes only 10mins and costs around NT300, so that is very convenient for a short overnight stay. I chose a room with private bathroom and the room is small with a double bed, but enough for my single use. I find the toilet bowl a bit old but it is still clean and functional. The shower area is around less than an inch deeper, so it tends to flood the area outside. Overall, hotel is fairly new, with lifts and clean but it is easy to miss at night as signages are not clear. Would recommend if you are looking for something near the airport but it is far from Taipei and not ideal if you are going to Taipei and moving around from there.

Our afternoon flight was moved to later in the evening and we arrived in Taoyuan close to midnight. Lutel was comfortable. It's also a good but long walk to Gloria Premium Outlets.
