Oana at the front desk was pleasure to work with, and she arranged for a car to DMZ and let us know about a concert at the Citadel. Room was clean and affordable, and the location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was great with outstanding coffee.

Fantastic time at Jade Hotel. Alice and Miss Lam in reception were amazing, very friendly and helpful. All staff were great. Convenient location, walkable to many attractions. My bed was so comfortable with nice pillows as well. The rain shower worked very well, the A/C worked well and TV had many English Movies. I will definitely stay again next time in Hue. Great small hotel, excellent staff.

Hotel is well located. We arrived very early so rooms not ready but you could leave your luggage and have a shower. Twin rooms were clean with all things you would need. Breakfast was a choice of eggs, fruit, juice and coffee, all good. The staff were a delight, always eager to help and very kind. A great little hotel for the money. Thank you all

Our room was not available for the first night as a guest was unwell and overstayed.
The staff found us another hotel, we were disappointed as it was not as nice as Jade.
They then made it up to us with a free bf and reimbursed the difference in the hotel payments.
We had some issue with our transport to our next destination not turning up. The staff went above and beyond to help us try and sort it out and eventually booking someone else.
The hospitality was above and beyond!!!

The location was excellent for dining options, the big market and night life (busy, lively and so much fun). The hotel is very clean and service was great. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful in providing info with respect to pretty much everything Hue has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfasts, a choice of western or Vietnamese food. Super friendly staff who helped organize our onward travel. They also offered to cook a light diet for my husband when he arrived feeling unwell. A good location 20 mins walk from the Citadel. I would definitely stay here again.

Jade Hotel is SUPERB. The price was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were some of the friendliest we have come across during our trip. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Hue on foot and served us a delicious breakfast, even preparing us something to take for our early train on the day of check out. Could not recommend more!

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores.
Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV.
Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor.
Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

Ive have never left a review for a hotel before, but i had to after the incredible experience i had here. On the second day there was a flash flood in the city, and we were essentially stuck in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, in addition to breakfast they brought lunch,dinner and snacks and when i asked after the cost they simply said "at times like this we are family". In order to leave the hotel, staff members waded through flood waters to flag down boats so we could leave the area and catch the taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for make the best of unbelievable situation!

However, they only help you to bring your luggage up when you arrive but they did not help you to bring your luggage down using stair (property has no elevator). Also, you have to leave your room key with the receptionist every time you go out (this is the first time a hotel has this policy and make us uncomfortable for our belonging)

Lovely hotel 20 minutes from the Citadel and 10 minutes from the main tourist restaurants and bars. I arrived early in the morning and they had a room available. I was on the 5th floor but for people with mobility problems may be worth requesting a room on a lower floor as there are no lifts. The staff are very friendly on arrival welcomed with drink and fresh fruit. I paid £13 for the room that is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we were given a much welcomed wet cloth, fruit and drink, whilst the touristic highlights were shown to us on a map. Staff were very friendly during our stay.

Our room was fine, rose petals on the bed. A kettle and coffee were a nice extra.

Breakfast was plentiful and included lots of fruit and your choice of local or European cooked meal.

Close by, in the tallest building in Hue, was a supermarket, which was handy. That area was OK, lots of shoe shops.

Great hotel. The service is outstanding, breakfast is the best of all on our trip and the other hotels we stay at were impressive too! The shuttle is great to go to town or the beach which we have done both. The hotel is situated between both so in that sense it is convenient. The pool area is relaxing and the grounds are kept beautifully. Going for a massage this afternoon. Very relaxing. Tomorrow we will likely borrow bicycles to ride around.

Pleasant, clean, good location. Air conditioning worked well. Staff are.extremely pleasant and helpful. The owner has either picked people to work there that are just naturally like this or he/she has trained them well. Either way I commend him.

The only real issue we had, and it is minor, is that the cleaning staff were noisy in the hall in front of room at 7:30 AM. I suspect.this was only in front.of.our room as that was where the laundry was sorted.

The Jade hotel was exceptional, we had a very nice room, very clean, it was walking distance from everything, free coffee and water daily and the best free breakfast I have ever have. The people there are very caring and want to make sure not only when you are there but all the time that you are ok and happy. If you didn’t have enough breakfast they will make you more. I would defiantly stay there again. I already miss their hospitality.

As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with refreshments and advice on sites to visit and some options for getting around to them. The front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel arranged a professional, friendly and safe driver for one day sightseeing and another day to transfer to Hoi An. The location is also very close to the Citadel and night markets.

I only stayed one night but it was very good. I was welcomed with a nice cold drink on my arrival and the check-in was quick with hotel staff taking my bag to the room. The room itself was very comfortable and good amenities, AC, TV, mini fridge. The bathroom shower and toilet all clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Room was a bit cramped with access to bed from 1 side only. Also note there is no lift for those with any mobility problems like my wife and we were on the 4th floor. They did offer to move us but only to the 3rd floor so didn’t bother. Staff were very helpful and attentive and did knock off the credit card charge to compensate for no lift.

This hotel was perfectly situated to walk to the city sites, yet the room was nice and quiet. The front desk was helpful in organizing transport to out of town sites. Every employee was friendly, and the breakfast offered great choices and service. The front desk also gave me dinner recommendations for excellent local food. It would be nice if they had an elevator, but I can't complain since a bell boy took my luggage up!

Nice hotel in centre of action

We were welcomed by the hotel's friendly staff and received a juice and fruit which helped us to recover from our long day sightseeing. The staff offered us different tours and arranged one that was most suited to our travel group. There are several options for food nearby as this hotel is very centrally located. You can walk to the citadel and if you like a boat trip on the perfume river, again the docks are within walking distance. Breakfast was included in the price and plentiful. As we had a very hungry son, again this was no problem. You can order '1,2 or more' items from the breakfast menu. Rooms were adequate equipped with AC, safe and fridge. Everything was in good working order and if anything needed attention, assistance was only a phone call away. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the necessities. A pleasant surprise was a change of towels while we went out for dinner. So far this has been one of the best stays and definitely value for money. No need to book a room with window as the room is exactly the same besides the window. Looking at some roofs and buildings nextdoors is not much of an upgrade.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Upon arriving, I was given juice and fresh fruit, and a map showing me where things are in relation to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, though be aware that there is no lift in the building. The best thing about the hotel was the staff! They were super friendly, spoke English well, and were willing to help out with everything (including offering help to cross the road!). 10/10 would stay again.

Great little hotel in middle of city.

Great little hotel. Hotel is even listed on various maps Not too far from the night street, the river, and two supermarkets. Hotel provided welcome drinks and fruits and towels at check in. Also took their car service from Hue to Danang including several stops along the way. Cost USD 55. Motorbike rental is USD8 per day. One downside is that hotel has no lift and we stayed on fourth level. But overall a great hotel.

We were greeted with fruit and cold lemon juice on arrival, perfect after a long car journey up from HoiAn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Really good breakfast selection on offer. Great cheap restaurants within walking distance, follow thier advice and go to Family Restaurant for one of the best budget meals available in Vietnam! We had a minor issue of a smell from the bathroom due to the fan not working but after we made staff aware this was fixed and the manager was kind enough to arrange a complimentary transfer to the airport as a good will gesture. Top notch service for such a bargain price!

The best of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam

The hotel definitely deserves the 5 star rating. Nice location (walking distance to citadel and riverside which has a interesting night market). Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff with good English. Great breakfast (menu items plus buffet selections such as bread, fruits, etc.). Clean inside out. A budget hotel with 5-star service. I gave 4 for "facilities and condition" because condensation water was dripping from the air-conditioner (over the toilet door) which should be fairly easy to fix. Will recommend to anyone.

Friendly hotel in a good position

We found this to be a very good small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! It is in walking distance of the Citadel and the parks aling the river. The only drawback is the lack of a lift but apparently they are putting one in next year. They serve a good breakfast!
