the aircon is hot, 24degree and cannot adjust bec they say the entire floor are doesnt like to turn their temperature to lower
end up i cant sleep and decided to checkout the next day, suppose i will stay for 5nights

Good place to stay

We have stayed for 2 nights during a trip back to China. This is a nice hotel with great location. It's next door is a shopping center with restaurants, Starbucks and an outside BBQ & bear garden. The room is big enough for 2 people, bathroom is clean and spacious. The only thing I noticed that lights in corridor and lift area are not bright enough. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Hotel front desk was under reno when we were trying to check out at 530am. It took us awhile to find the staff and managed to check out on time. It would be good if we were informed about the Reno before hand.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Pure modern elegance. Amazing lobby, spacious rooms and the club floor facility food and beverage was a notch above other 4-5 Star clubs. Additionally, the value was tremendous. A hotel like this typically costs 3-4 times more.

hotel was relatively new, but very popular apparently. some minor wear and tears in the room. NOT on the subway line, the front entrance could be very confusing for the cab driver. Personally, decor is too dark.

Great service but working on start up problems

Le Meridien will be the best hotel in Zhengzhou. The service is absolutely great and the location was good for my needs. However, it is not ready for full service business: only one restaurant was open and the fitness center was still closed. The mattress was fantastic and the room layout was nice, while small room problems like a leaking toilet and difficulties getting on the internet were handled quickly and successfully. The biggest problem was the temperature control in the room. It simply does not work. Temperatures swing up and down and we would wake up in the middle of the night completely overheated. It was winter, so simply shutting off the heating system for the night was the only solution. Why can't Le Meridien put in a simple temperature control with the current temperature, the target temperature and a fan control? The current, integrated system is inscrutable and broken. For this partial Le Meridien experience, it is way overpriced. Eventually, they will sort out these problems and be a great hotel. The facility is much nicer than the Crowne Plaza (excluding the pool) and the food is far better than Novotel.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and we booked a room with lounge access. Since my check-in was late at night after a long train journey, I sent a request to the hotel asking them to set aside some food from the lounge so we could eat. I received no response, nor was my request fulfilled. At check-in, the lounge was still open, but dinner had already ended, and nothing was saved for us. The hotel restaurants had also closed, as had the shopping mall next door.

Camera da fare migliore manutenzione

La suite di 90 mq che abbiamo scelto aveva varie cose che non andavano bene, tutte dovute a poca manutenzione in generale. Una tenda su 3 non si chiudeva con l'oscurante e allora alla mattina entrava tutta la luce, i muri bianchi avevano evidenti segni di cose che prima erano appese e che hanno lasciato forti segni del tempo che con una semplice ripittura del muro vanno via, il soffione della doccia tutto pieno di calcare che non lascia uscire l'acqua bene e non lascia selezionare il tipo di getto preferito. Inoltre l'impianto di illuminazione ha dei tasti a muro che di notte sono troppo retro illuminati e non permettono di dormire perché la luce che mettono è troppo forte.

酒店总体非常好，我们加钱升级到行政楼层，房间很大，卫生间特别大，干净，服务非常好，有礼貌。
唯一的缺点就是酒店门口在修地铁，出入不太方便

Arrivée tardive vers 22H00. Excellent service. dommage qu'après 21H00, il faille manger dans sa chambre et que rien ne soit possible au bar de hôtel. Mais au moins, le repas était très correct.

值得推薦的酒店

是一間不錯的酒店，員工親切友善，客房清潔舒適，而且一望空闊，景觀不俗。交通尚算方便，離鄭州東站只有約十分鐘車程，但截車較難，應事先請酒店員工代找的士，否則交通時間會大失預算。另外隔鄰的成龍廣場仍在興建中，食店還算多選擇，但購物娛樂則嫌不足。

안락한 휴식 그러나 애매한 교통 위치

6박7일 가족여행 동안 전체적으로 편안하고 안락한 분위기였고, 직원들의 서비스도 매우 친철하였음. 생각보다 에어컨이 시원하지 않았으나 큰 문제가 될 수준은 아니었음. 영어가 능숙하지 않은 상태라 의사소통에 약간의 어려움이 있었으나 친절한 직원들의 대응에 큰 문제는 없었음. 주변에 큰 쇼핑센터가 있어 필요한 물품을 구할 수 있었고, 2층에 한국음식을 아주 맛있게 하는 한식식당이 있어 다행스러웠음. 아쉬운 점은 공항에서 호텔로 이동시 애매한 위치에 있어 찾기가 불편했고, 공항버스를 탈 때도 버스나 도보로 이동을 해야 하는 점이 불편했음. 고생 끝에 공항버스를 타고 지나다 보니 호텔 바로 앞 임시승강장에 정차를 해서 괜한 고생을 한 것 같았으나 다음 기회에 활용하면 큰 도움이 될 것 같았음. 호텔에서 외국인을 위한 교통정보등을 상세히 알려주는 팁이 없는 점이 아쉬웠음.
