Room was clean; however, noted piece of wall covering which was peeling off the wall by the right side of toilet. Staff were extremely polite and friendly! Breakfast and coffee was great! REALLY loved the size of the room and the bed was REALLY comfortable. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and is now our \"go-to hotel\" in Sioux Falls! Especially like Johnny's next door!

Beautiful place, was clean and good staff but if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room away from lobby, get the top floor, bring ZZZ quil and ear plugs. We had room 212 (next to lobby and on stairway from lobby) and it seems the building is lumber construction with no insulation in flooring or walls, can hear every footstep on your floor, the floor above you and anytime anyone turns their faucet on or flushed a toilet.
Not the hotels fault, but people are so inconsiderate, at 11 PM at night I about went to the lobby and went full Karen on the obese people being loud in lobby…luckily by 11:15 they must have been told to shut it down. There were children running and being loud on second floor too so guessing they belonged to the trashy loud slobs in the lobby.
Beds are supper stiff too, I ended up sleeping on the gray leather couch.
It’s too bad the contractor/owner/developer skimped out on insulation & sound deadening for this property otherwise easily a $240 night place…it’s no more than $110-$120 night place.

We were in town for Disney on Ice, and it was so fun seeing all the little princesses running around — including our own! We stay here any time we’re in Sioux Falls, and once again our stay was great.
We didn’t opt for housekeeping this time, which was totally fine. We were able to go down and grab a couple of extra towels without any issue. My husband accidentally left his jacket at the pool, and thankfully we received a call from the front desk — at midnight, no less — letting us know they had found it along with some keys and a wallet. Even though it was late, they chose to call so we wouldn’t wake up worried, and we really appreciated that. Great job, folks!

We asked for a cleaning service the same time we checked in for Saturday. The maid came while we were out. Took the towels, never replaced the toilet paper and only made one bed. Plus leaving the trash we had near the garbage container? Oh and took the hand soap?? We went to the front desk and they gave us what we needed.

The water park was fun for the kids but there is not lifeguard and kids do not have good behavior and parents just sit there and do nothing.
We are struggling because kids had a great time but as parents we did not.
