We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The only thing I would want next time is drapes for the windows. There are only sheer curtains and it made it hard to sleep.

We had booked this hotel for our first night arriving in Gatlinburg; it was an in between to check into our air bnb the next day. It was just my husband and I this trip but we kept saying how great the hotel would be for our kids if they were with us. The night we were there, they had a family movie night with popcorn included The hotel allowed 24/7 pool and hot tub use which is a bonus compared to other hotels. Our room and bathroom was clean. Free breakfast was average. Would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a girls trip. The room was clean, well stocked daily with towels and washcloths. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is great. The breakfast daily was wonderful, hot, and fresh. Every staff member we can in contact with was so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Edna and Nicole at check in. They are precious!!

The bathroom door was hard to get shut all the way, and if you did shut it it got stuck. There were all exposed drywall edges. The pullout couch bed had a urine odor and was very uncomfortable. The breakfast provide was not great and the dishes were not that clean.

First things first, because I read reviews and didn’t see this mentioned:

The bar is not operational, and the restaurant is only open from 7-10am for breakfast. We chose this place specifically for the onsite bar and restaurant. In terms of the quality of the breakfast. Expect liquid eggs, frozen pancakes, sausage (no bacon), yogurt with fruit and a waffle station. Pretty on par with most other hotel breakfasts, not great but not terrible either.

Would I stay again? Maybe.

The price was great. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was nice as well.

When pulling out the sofa bed the mattress was so stained and gross we could not use it. Under the couch was all kinds of trash, vents needed cleaned. My bathroom vent was extremely dusty. During my stay the cable was out the pool was closed for painting. I got texts the day of stay and pool after we checked in. The breakfast was good and room sizes large. The community sitting areas were very comfortable.I did request a refund for the lack of the pool since that was reason we booked the hotel. I did get about 5% off my bill. I wish they would have said at check in the pool will be closed and offered us a full refund if we choose to go somewhere else.

Very nice room, clean and super comfortable. Hallway was very dark, reminded me of a scary movie. Construction was underway on the floor above. I work night and sleep days, could not sleep due to the noise. Wish i could have been told about the construction and to expect npise, i would have requested a different room.

We booked a room at this hotel because they had a bar and we needed a sleeper sofa. The bar was closed and the staff wouldn't say why and didn't care. We got to the room and there was no queen sleeper sofa as advertised on expedia. We messaged the front desk and they never responded. We did not stay. We came back from eating and checked out. There was not enough room for us to sleep there. Booked a room nearby outside of expedia ap. Expedia needs to refund us.

This room is advertised as a suite however it’s real jus tent two adjoining rooms, no twin pull out couch is included and there is nothing they will do, however they will allow you to pay extra for a roll away, only stayed one night and that was not worth it. They say they have popcorn till 10 however if you go after 9 and they are out they will tell you it is not worth their time to make more. Also went down to breakfast and all of our keys stopped working when we tried to get back in the room. Overall headache all around. Not worth it

The family suites were very spacious for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). That is all the positives to say. The adjoining rooms, neither had extra bedding for the sleeper sofas, in which we would obviously need with our traveling group. First morning, took shower and no body wash in the shower. No biggie; jumped out and used my own. Went to dry off, and got two towels (one for my hair and one for my body). The towels were folded nicely under the sink. When I separated the two towels; there was an abundance of dark, curly hairs. I called for my husband who went to the front desk. They had no extra towels for me to use and did not understand the problem. I used my niece’s towel to dry off.
It wasn’t until we were gone that we got replacement towels. The pillows and sleeper sofas have stains on them. No extra bedding or pillow cases. The breakfast is not great. Don’t waste your time with this! Watery eggs, not enough food for the amount of guests. The bananas are cut in half to portion them out. Not to mention, management is not onsite for additional issues we encountered. We have stayed here a few times before and will not be back. We watched two families deal with stolen items while they stayed. Watched the so called “housekeeping” (young man) look like he cleaned our rooms. He left the room 2-3 times while cleaning and never came back with anything to stock or clean with. Staff are shady! Will not stay again.

Overall I have never went to a hotel where you don't get to check in till 4:00 it's always been 3:00 which is kind of weird we had no heat in our room all it was was air you couldn't even play with the buttons on the air to make it heat so we had to unplug it and plug it back in and the next day so that we didn't get charged for that my experience I will never go back there never I don't know how it gets a 9.3 star but it does and I don't know why other than that I'm good I'll go to a different hotel next time..

The room was comfortable and clean. However, housekeeping would contact us in the morning sometimes before we left for breakfast. One day I asked him to come back in 5 minutes as we were just leaving for breakfast then. He stared at me perplexed, never responded, and never came back. Also, the website said it had laundry facilities onsite. I planned for this so I could pack lighter and just do wash once. Upon arrival I asked and it was out of service and in the week I stayed never repaired. I had to spend part of my vacation going to a laundromat. A simple email notifying me would have prevented this.

Our stay was okay. The staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was mediocre nothing special. The thought of a hot tub and pool open for 24hrs sounds nice but it did not live up to the expectations. The pool area looked dirty and the water itself was smelly and cloudy. The rooms looked neat at first but when you turn on the lights you can see all the dust everywhere and stains on the chairs.

Si buscas un hambiente calido, navideño y amabilidad oues este es el lugar perfecto. very family friendly hotel located right on the strip. it is an older hotel however it's not terrible by any means and is going into renovations. the lobby is so cozy and welcoming, rooms are nothing to complain about except maybe poor bathroom layout. one and I my complaint from us ok maybe 2. hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke and room doors need insulation badly for hall noise. definitely will be back though as it didn't ruin the stay at all for the price for sure.

The entry area was gorgeous, room was ok and needed a lot of renovating, the staff during breakfast were amazing, the front desk staff weren’t overly helpful and the pool was ok but again, needed a lot of updating.
The reason I say the front desk staff weren’t overly helpful is because I was trying to order pizza to the hotel and they didn’t have much information for us. It would be nice for them to have a printout or something on hand to direct guests on some best places to order from

Room was fine we had a fine stay. Breakfast folks were very kind (breakfast was expectedly not that good). Room was pretty nice. My only real complaint is the weird open Bible on my nightstand. I respect everyone’s religious beliefs, I don’t have an issue with Christianity, but I’m not religious and it rubbed me the wrong way. In a hotel room, the Bible belongs in the drawer for those who want to enjoy it. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know if the goal is to virtue signal to your guests that I assume are overwhelmingly Christian or to legitimately convert those who aren’t, but I found it unprofessional. Maybe I missed it, but I wish those overt beliefs were advertised. I would have chosen an (expectantly) secular hotel. Never had that experience before and doesn’t seem like an effective evangelical or business strategy. Food for thought, not fishing for a refund or anything. Hotel was about what I expected, fine for a couple hundred bucks.

Checking In, the front desk was not diligent in looking at reservations even after I handed them my information. Customer service was poor. They told me I had 2 rooms when I did not. I booked through a third party but all they looked at was the first name of someone with the same name and tried to give me another person's rooms. Even after I told them the phone number was incorrect, they whited it out and told me it was just a place holder. They cut me off, left me at the counter while checking in other people refusing, they made a mistake until I said can I have keys??? Got a phone call as soon as I walked back into my room that night that another person with the same name walked in and they were shocked.... Really? If you listened to your customer, that would not have happened or even if you checked your records correctly. It was like that every interaction. Not a Hi, how are you.... Not an apology, nothing... Hotel was ehhh.. 2 stars at most. Even charge for cookies others hand out for free. Nice shower head though. Heated pool was cool.

The staff was very nice. Especially the greeters during breakfast. The room was okay. One of our lamps kept going on and off not to mention there wasn’t any convenient plugs ins to charge phones. They definately could do some simple upgrades to the room that would make a huge difference. The breakfast was decent. Pool is much smaller than in appears. Overall the stay was okay. Wasn’t fabulous but okay enough to not ruin the weekend.

We had the two room family suite. The room was dirty when we went in. There was food and trash under both of the pullout couches. Both pullout couch mattresses were heavily stained with urine. My kids refused to sleep on them. There were no mattress covers on the beds which would easily have fixed the problem. The bathroom in one of the rooms had fingernails laying on the countertop. At approximately 7am the speakers throughout the hotel started BLARING music! This was absolutely not OK!!! We came from a 2 hour different time zone and wanted to sleep in a bit but the music made it impossible. Why in the world would the manager think this is ok when people are trying to sleep??? The only bright spot at this hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You should really appreciate the staff you have! We got this hotel as part of a vacation package but if we had not we definitely would have switched hotels. We were very disappointed and would not recommend or stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Ramsey Convention Center. The room was extra clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The staff at the front desk were very kind and easy to work with, which I really appreciated.

The only downside was around 10:30 p.m. when a large group of teenagers and kids came in from the pool area. They were screaming, slamming doors, and being extremely loud getting off the elevator, which woke us up. I did call the front desk, and they handled the situation politely and quickly. While the noise didn’t completely stop, it did quiet down after that.

Overall, aside from that late-night disturbance, the stay was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay again!
