I'll start off by saying I won't stay here again. It was more expensive than other hotels in the area with better ratings and reviews. Hot tub had chipped concrete at the bottom. The pool was cloudy (couldn't see hand in front of face with goggles). Our bathroom smelled like musty mold (found the mold where the shower wall and floor meet). The room floor was really dirty (dust and long black hair-we have red hair and blonde hair so it wasn't ours). I didn't feel comfortable walking bare foot in our room. The worst part of it all-we left for the day to go to Dollywood. We came back at the end of the day and our hotel door was open. Our trash had been changed and our dirty towels were taken-along with clean towels that were hanging up-but none of the towels were replaced. So we know housekeeping came in. But they left our door open. Anyone could have come in our room. I let the front desk know and they did seem concerned and noted they would let manager know. None of our stuff was missing but that is a safety issue I can not over look. Our kids like to run ahead and wait for us at the door but that day our 6 year old was able to go into our room with no key and before we were halfway down the hall. What if someone had been waiting in our room? Not worth the risk of safety to stay here again. Also, people raved about the breakfast in other reviews but we didn't see why. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Just one step above continental.

The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the bathroom. It looks they they are doing some renovations, so the bathroom was completely new and the lighting was nice. The pool/hot tub was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Staff were friendly and the room was great. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding - probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - easy to commute between locations if you wanted to do both.

Even though they're beginnng renovations, everything was really nice! My best description would be a nice three 1/2 star hotel priced as a two 1/2. Breakfast an actual hot buffet in an upscale environment. And the location is spot on. We will stay again.

The outside is so pretty and the pool was nice, the rooms however were just okay, the beds were comfortable but the rooms didn’t look that clean, the bathroom had hair in it form previous guest and foot prints in the shower. The furniture in the room was cracked in places. The staff however were super nice, the breakfast was okay.

The Ramsey hotel was a decent experience, but nothing special. The room we got was ok...nothing particularly bad, but nothing great. I didnt know our room had a share door into the adjacent room. Wasn't a fan of that, but had no issues. The photos of the pool room were highly edited in the add to make it pop...in reality, it was kinda dull. Water was cloudy. Waterfall looks like its on it last life. Idk if at one point it was a full on water fall, of just a couple dozen streams shooting down. Movie night at the pool for the kids, they kept playing it early. so depending on what they played, it was hard to see. That and the projector was shaking. So the image on the wall had a constant bounce to it. Minor gripes, but those small things make almost $1000 feel like a waste. Breakfast was pretty decent. Waffles and biscuits and gravy are the main dishes. Along with cereal, fruit, yogurt, sausage and eggs. Decent for free. Great way to start the day. Saves you money for one meal. Overall, it was decent. Probably wont book again. Remember this is also a convention center, so expect large groups coming and going at the same time. Breakfast was crowded at times, same for the pool area.

Breakfast was ok. Sausage was cold. Of course this is a convention center and did expect a lot of diff ventures and crowds.

Shower pressure was great! Room was fair/enough for a day or two, bathroom door needed repaired and repainted. it served the purpose.
Pool is def diff than the videos/pictures, smaller than it looked. Waterfall looked liked it was just stuck there.
Movie screen was in the middle of pool and activity table and so mamy people running in front of you , could not understand the sound, not enough sitting area. Did not want to stay around and enjoy.
The sitting aea as you entered was the nicest part.

Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking for a place to stay before check in our cabin the next day and honestly I would have enjoyed staying there the entire time instead of the cabin. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were open 24 hours. They had a movie night and popcorn for the families until 10 PM. It was really nice. It was comfy and cozy in the entrance and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed our short day and the next time I’m there I will definitely be coming to stay again.

This was an awful experience at the hotel. When we booked, the hotel didn't mention that there was a clogging dance competition being held that weekend at the hotel. Dance teams were practicing in the halls up until \"quiet time\" at 11 PM.

We had this room booked for two nights and when we booked in on Friday, the assitant manager, Kenzy, said that we would be able to cancel the second night without any issues. We put it up with it the first night and checked out. On Monday, another manager declined the cancellation and charged for the second night after Kenzy said they would reimburse.

Now, I understand they don't have dance competitions every weekend but that doesn't excuse the room being dirty. There was hair in the shower and the shower head leaked. There was a constant water drip that couldn't be ignored as it hit the tub all night and made sleep uncomfortable. Everything was dirty and there is no way I would recommend staying here when there are over 100 places to stay within a few miles at the same rate.

When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and the individuals are the front desk didn’t want to change our room to one available. They said they have a lot of rooms to clean daily and we needed to wait. It was after 4pm and we had a toddler who had been in a car for over 14 hrs. Once we asked again to please check on the status of our room and it was well past 4 pm they said it still wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be as someone left stuff in the room the night prior. Still not our issue. We asked again for a different room assignment and they were rude saying they guess they can change our room with someone who hasn’t shown yet. When we got to our room it wasn’t that clean, tiles were broken in the bathroom and the ac was in rough appearance.

Night time staff during check in was unfriendly/unwelcoming. Room shower wasn’t clean and had a window view of a large storage container. Overall, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the hallway rugs had large stains. The common areas were well kept and beautiful. They advertise a full beautiful bar that was completely empty and closed. Free breakfast was just ok and the one staffer they had seemed unhappy to be there. With that being say, it really is in the “heart” of the strip and convenient. Pool and hot tub was beautiful although they removed all the plants surrounding it that are in the pictures. For the price, it was worth it. I booked April 12, 2026 and it was only $108 with taxes. I wouldn’t be happy if I paid more money.

The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though.

got a cheaper room, 2 queen beds. Beds were extra soft, good for some people bad for others. They had a sliding barn door on for the bathroom door that couldn't lock, i didn't care for that. The elevators need to def get updated, you can wait 5 to 10 min to get one and the lights on the buttons are broke and the arrows a don't light up so you don't know if the elevator is coming or not. I thought the breakfast was going to be some big grand deal but its just a normal small 8 item buffet deal, still really nice for a hotel breakfast for sure, but being the popular place it is , it was packed and there is sometimes a line just to get a drink lol. over all its a good place to stay but nothing stands out as being better then any other. I didn't use the pool so I cant comment on that.

Me and my family never got a chance to enjoy the breakfast. Nor did we use the laundry service. We were only at the hotel for 3 days but im very impressed with the hotel. And everything that was offered. The only irritation my family and i had was the noise level in the hallways late at night. 12:30am on and ypu have signs posted all over no weed or cigarette smoking by the entrance. I understand sadly this is where society is going but not everyone want to breathe in the smell of marijuana. For me it gives me horrible migraines and on several occassions their were people by the doors smoking just not caring. It was the same couple as well. On all three days at different times of the day. Other than that i reallly love the hotel except for those 2 issues. Ive made a complaint about this issue before about the smoking but nothing gets done about it. But yet it says no smoking 250 feet from the building. BE CONCIDERATE!!!

The hotel’s location was great for everything in pigeon forge. Happy it was pet friendly. Check in was very slow on a very busy weekend maybe they were short staffed. I had called the day before to see about a check in at 3 an hour early which was confirmed that was ok for $25 extra for the hour. When we arrived a little after 3 it wasn’t ready so we just kept close as we had a show nearby to see at 5. The hotel room was fine but could use a good clean as I could see some messes on the wall and the pullout couch was not ready with linens so after our show that night we came back for linens. The breakfast was fine. Everything was fine- standard for the area but did not exceed expectations. I wonder why the garage doors weren’t open in the pool area since it was more than 80 and would have made the space feel bigger.

This was a fun hotel stay!

We loved that the pool was 24 hours so we could swim when we got finished with activities for the day! Also liked the bath and body works soaps in the bathrooms outside of the front desk area!

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean! Really liked how big the towels were in the rooms and the pool area! Liked that the rooms had wood floors and not dirty carpet! Showers and water pressure was great!

Breakfast was delicious!

Checking in and out was a breeze!

Breakfast was a disappointment. When there was food it was good. It was just sparse. The constantly ran out of food items, silverware and plates. The biggest issue was the lack of staff to keep these items stocked.
The room was nice and the water temperature and pressure was excellent but the bed was so very hard.

Pool area is deceiving in the pictures, a lot smaller than it appears online. Rooms were clean, can tell they have been renovated recently because there was still some missing caulking and attention to details in bathroom. Overall good for what I needed. Attempted to price match hotel rate from hotels.com to The Ramsey website and they never responded to my emails. Ended up booking through hotels.com to get the better rate.

Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain.

Clean room and showerhead was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Walls are very thin and you hear everything. And the breakfast had a lot of issues. They don’t make enough food for the volume of people coming through. Overall just okay
