The Mansion House was a lovely stay. Style, class, cleanlines…The Mansion House almost was perfect. 2 things not so much but minor. The thermostat in the room was strange. Very drafty in the room. The continental breakfast for the Mansion House was very stingy. I would have loved plain oatmeal with fresh blueberries but all they had was the sugar filled kids oatmeal. The eggs were cold hard boiled served over ice. Not so much. Other than that, the Mansion House was wonderful.

Our room was impeccable, the bedding unbelievably soft, and the whole experience exuded quiet luxury without pretension.

The staff deserves special mention — warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay seamless. One note for future guests: parking can be tight on busy days. There is a lot, but it’s best to drop your luggage first; the team is more than happy to help you with the process.

We left feeling rested, spoiled, and already planning our return. The Mansion Inn captures everything that makes Martha’s Vineyard so special — timeless elegance, effortless comfort, and a touch of magic.

Aside from the fact that we had to leave early because of the ferry possibly canceling the day that we were leaving was supposed to be very bad weather so we left the day early but would not get reimbursed for the room and apparently Expedia even though I bought the insurance Has not responded to me either so I’m a little disappointed in that

The property was clean, staff very hospitable and the room lovely. The only draw back is that they don't have a kitchen so I felt breakfast was kind of lacking. The spa was ok. My masseuse was late to the appointment. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Mansion House Inn & Spa . It’s conveniently located in walking distance of several great shops and restaurants.
Our room was very cozy. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, which overlooked Main Street.
Everyone at Mansion House was very helpful, warm and welcoming. This was our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard but it won’t be our last!

The Mansion House was absolutely wonderful! From the time I first inquired about the rooms and their fitness facilities, their customer service was exceptional!

Although a trainee (I had no idea he was only in training as he was outstanding - professional and informed, he and Jordan, along with the General Manager Bryan created a welcoming environment.

The room was extraordinarily clean and comfortable, the view from The Mansion House was one of the Best on Martha’s Vineyard!

A real gem. Beautiful hotel close to everything. Island buses are free bike trails to the island are nearby. ( free bike storage) Hotel breakfast is not a healthy choice Its just “ grab n go” But if yogurt & coffee are your morning then grab n go. Otherwise just go. Excellent weight room pool and hot tub Checkout the rooftop view!

The hotel has everything you would want, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, an actual gym (not a guest room turned into a \"gym\"), a great restaurant connected to the hotel and most importantly, peace and quiet.

The price might be high but not for Martha's Vineyard standards.

This place is rad. Quick walk from the ferry. Room was cozy. King bed comfy. Pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and gym were great. People were so friendly. Restaurant and bar looked nice but we walked to Waterside and The Attic for all our meals. Super easy. 10/10. Would return.

I stayed at the Mansion House Inn and Spa during the off season with my brother. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff helpful and cheerful, and the location one of the best in Vineyard Haven. The location is second to none— it is right around the corner from the ferry, located right on main street, and has plenty of dining options only a minute away. Just a heads up— reaching the parking spot is a little tight. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!

Sauna american standard … but we are saunapeople from Scandinavia, so if your not, its ok (but more a place for warm up, if you are cold, not a real sauna). But very nice place, good room, clean and excellent staff. I would definitely choose the same hotel if coming back

The Hotel was centrally located in downtown Vineyard Haven! Room was spacious and very comfortable! Staff was warm and welcoming! Only complaint was the location of the room! It was on the first floor and right off the lobby! It was next to cleaning supplies also! As a result the room was extremely noisy till pretty late at night! Not sure why they put us in that room as the Inn was not full!

To have the restaurant open for three meals daily. The lobster bisque was excellent. Create a bus stop in front of the Mansion House for the convenience of your guest to use for traveling to other areas of the island. Or supply a shuttle service that stops in several areas of the island that benefit your guest.

The hotel has great charm, staff was great as well. Getting on and off the island is easy and they are accommodating by holding yoir luggage the day you check out so that you.can continue enjoying the island. The restaurant attached is delicious and the robes in the room were an added touch. Will definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying at the Mansion House Inn and Spa but it will not be our last. We come to MV annually in the fall, rent a home for 7 days, and then like to stay a few extra days at various hotels on the island. We've stayed at some lovely hotels in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs but this was our first time in Vineyard Heaven and the Mansion House Inn was delightful. The rooms were spotless and spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the harbor. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Inn has a beautiful rooftop deck providing a 360-degree view of the area. We loved our brief but comfortable stay here and will come again!
