The staff was great, the location was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful for our first ever trip to Paris. We were able to walk everywhere , the arc de triomphe, the louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and we were so lucky to have a room with a balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise. This hotel is a true hidden gem and we would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. You are steps away from all of the cool things on Avenue Montaigne and the Champs-élysées. The hotel itself is small and pleasant, the front desk staff remembered our names. They have a few rooms on the 4th and 5th floors that have views of the Eiffel Tower. We were lucky enough to get some of those rooms, but it wasn't easy. The hotel doesn't let you reserve these Eiffel Tower view rooms in advance, you just have to request them and then get lucky on the day you check in. The beds were comfortable, the duvets were soft and warm. For the location, you can't beat this hotel. Breakfast could be improved, but breakfast isn't the reason you're staying there. For a dreamy, romantic stay in Paris on a moderate budget, this is a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had the BEST time and absolutely loved this hotel. It was convenient to everything, the metro stations were nearby, a lot of places were walkable, and we loved our room with the beautiful view of the Effiel Tower and having complimentary room service everyday. We were on the 5th floor.

We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Great stay in Paris!

We had a room for 3 of us and it was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even a door between the rooms for more privacy. The toilet and shower areas were separate which is nice. There was even a nice walk outside in closet. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful!

I loved my stay in this hotel, it was safe, clean and the staff are wonderful. The area is very convenient and safe. The breakfast was great, fresh fruit, crepes, pastries, cereal, and many type of coffee and teas (among other offerings).
I forget by Dior hat in the lobby and they shipped it to me (I got it back in 3 days)!

The room was spotless and even though smaller it was efficient and had everything you needed. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The ability to order breakfast the night before and put order on the door and have it delivered was so lovely. I felt safe walking around this hotel, nice area.

Senior trip for my daughter

This is the perfect boutique hotel. It is in a beautiful street within walking distance to all major sites and the metro. The service was impeccable. Our room had great air conditioning during a crazy Paris heat wave. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Restaurants in the area were great. We especially loved Cafe L'Estel a half a block away. They had great prices and amazing roasted duck and onion soup.

The property was beautiful and staff was very kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue and the bathtub kept flooding. Staff helped fix the issue but it was still slow to drain after each shower. Other than that, the perks like breakfast in bed was lovely!

Boutique Hotel with access everywhere

We enjoyed our stay at the West End Hotel. It is a small boutique type hotel within walking distance to all of Paris and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have cute little balconies to allow fresh air. The breakfast is a perfect start to the day with great coffee.

We spent four fabulous nights here. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and nicely decorated. The room was fabulous with a beautiful balcony we enjoyed morning and evening. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The staff was so helpful and kind! We will be back!

Would absolutely stay in this hotel again, the staff were so friendly & made my first visit to Paris one I will not forget. Room was clean and we had a balcony which was tre chich! On arrival, I was told that they did not have any standard rooms available, which was what I reserved. They upgraded my room with no charge. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. While I was disappointed that I could not see the Eiffel Tower from my room, it was so close that we saw it every time we went out. The location was close to so many cafes and dining options. The overall friendliness of the desk staff made it a perfect hotel!

Perfect location and comfy

Perfect convenient location to shopping and pharmacy, restaurants, metro and busses. So comfy. I could see the Eiffel from my room window. Loved the breakfast in bed and the fresh apple juice! Large bathroom and loved the robes and slippers, Balmain toiletries and great shower.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel west end. The staff at the hotel were very polite and flexible. Breakfast was awesome and they always keep to time delivering my breakfast to my room. I will definitely stay there again when next I visit Paris.

Very comfortable and great location. Close to shopping and the metro. A Pharmacy across the street. Fran prix close for water and snacks.
I particularly loved the option to have breakfast delivered to my room and I didn't have to go downstairs (no extra charge).
Balmain toiletries were nice.
Room felt big to me for European standards.
Large bathroom and comfy bathrobes and slippers.

I could see the Eiffel from my room.

Many restaurants near as well.

Beware of construction nextdoor

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff but there is MAJOR construction going on the building next door. I feel like they should have warned us about prior to arrival. Very loud construction starting early in the morning

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed my stay so much, I requested a specific room and to my surprise they were able to fulfill it! The staff was amazing and location was great. It’s near many stores and notable restaurants. I can’t wait to come back! The only inconvenience was not having an outlet in the bathroom, but I still managed to get things done.
