I stayed in the one bedroom suite for 3 nights, it was amazingly huge. The staff was really helpful as I had a medical situation. They helped me to find the right clinic and booked and appointment. They really care for their guest!

Good and Excellent service

Very nice and clean property with top notch service staffs. Great amenities and location to Lotte Mall.

However breakfast spread is not much choices compare to other hotels. But the food quality is good which covers the shortfall of choices.

Another negative comments is the staffs doesn't know how to operate the washer in the room, perhaps need more training to the housekeeping team

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. and peers.

Space for improvement

After many times of saying in Ascott, now again for 2 nights, somehow it was disappointing.
The staff was friendly as usual, no complain. But the facilities and Interieur seem not to be maintained well anymore.
The clothes drying rack was brocke at all 4 fixing points, so it was hard to dry the clothes, because it felt down several times.
The shower head was falling down during showering, since it doesn't fit with the holder.
The toilet sea was loose, so it moved an slipped from the toilet.
Breakfast was disappointing, less choices, especially for non-meat eaters. No fish offered, industrial cheese, only 1 sort, and just steamed vegetables as meal, beside sausages ans meat.
In the gym there's a rule that wearing shoes is mandatory, but not in the gymnastics room next to, actually it's 1 room separated with glas and door.
Why, is a miracle. However, the staff lectured my husband, a competitive athlete, in front of 4 other guests like a little boy, to wear shoes. Strange.
So there is space for improvement and we'll choose Oakwood instead for a while, until we give Ascott another chance.

Accommodation is great but food needs improvement.

The hotel accommodation is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. However, the food overall was not good quality. I ordered a steak sandwich without egg but they included the egg and it was very messy to eat and the meat was tough. Also, the breakfast was not of high standard.

Not sure where to start?
First, the AC unit is right on the balcony, it makes super loud noise when you turn on the AC, impossible to sleep. We changed yo different room, but it’s the same.
Second, the refrigerator kept beeping every morning at 3am, they sent maintenance team to check, they did nothing. Still beeps.
Third, there is religious singing 6 times a day right next to the building every morning around 3-4am.
Overall, the building is good location, the mall and good amenities, but too many downsides to have a nice experience.

Need to be renovated and i requested my rooms in same floor long time before checking in but they gave us different floors.
Small space for the toilet which is disappointed.
I didn’t like the room restaurant service which they don’t have many varieties if selection.
The breakfast is not good. Two elevators in service only which takes long waiting time.

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. It was modern and chic and very classy too. The room we stayed in, one bedrom executive, was very large and elegant with a beautiful view.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming in recommending of restaurant to dine in and other services we inquired about.

The breakfast was basic but it was ok in my opinion. The other experiences overshadowed this shortcoming.

A great location and its connected to a very good mall called Lotte. Shopping was a breeze and seamles.

Definitely going back to this place soon

Superbly situated, lavish and professional.

We really enjoyed our stay at this service apartment, it feels like our own home. They have excellent customer service and always there to help you when you need the most. Great location, literally adjacent to a shopping mall which makes is a BONUS. We can take our son there for a play as the mall has lots of kids activities, and we also able to purchase groceries, dining out or shopping in a flash. The other thing we like is also the fact the hotel has an outdoor play area which is great for our son. We will be back for sure!

The hotel is nice. All facilities in the room are in good quality. The only recommendation is if they can provide a paper towel in the kichen that would be great. The food was delicious. Also the big plus is it is connected to the mall thus we can get food and anything easily. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Jakarta.

I stay here as often as the budget allows - it can be quite a bit more expensive than comparable local venues so need to watch the price. Ask for a high room facing towards MK to minimise Jakarta traffic noise. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Staff are excellent and being attached to a major mall helps with access to food and beverage.

Our 2-night stay was way better than expected. The room was so spacious with a living room, an impressive kitchen with water-cooler and the bedroom had a comfy and luxurious feel. Homely vibe and the security staff made us feel secure. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful!

I liked ascott they gave me nice apartment very comfortbale to me and my children no noise no hassle near malls and cinama very good security and staff very nice not begging for bribes nor money
my children will go alone to mall or cinama without broblems

my experience was so-so. Reasons: the elevator was too few (3) for >30 floors. Check in time supposed to be 2PM, but due to some reasons, it was delayed, however they did not allow for late check out. And they did not even provide the reason for such delay. Furthermore, Hotels.com did not state clearly that the stay was without breakfast and made us feel embarassed when we went to the restaurant and only informed us when we were already inside the restaurant.

We will never book anymore here

Room was always dirty cause the house keeping just arranging but not cleaning. Then there was no good respond from all the stuff. The Services and Management are so poor. I reported more than 4 times no one give a dam so i try to meet the duty mgr but no want come. We will never book there anymore. Unfortunately we gonna have more 2 days that I booked already with no cancelation. Accually I have 2 of my friends will stay there for 1 months and i a sure you that I will make them cancel there plan soon.

I tried this as a new venue - have stayed in the Ascott near Plaza Indonesia previously and wanted to see how the new one compares. Location is great if you have business around Mega Kuningan and it's also built on the side of the new Ciputra World shopping centre with a direct link into the back of H&M.
Staff were efficient and polite. Arranged a late-ish checkout OK.

Jakarta traffic can be frustating. Ascott Kuningan location is excellent. The building is attached to th shopping mall, which has a great food and store selections. staying here makes everything easy. It is not a hotel, it is a serviced apartment, big and modern unit. wifi iw excellent. it could have been better if they serve free breakfast

It would be great if the quality of breakfast could be improved and more varieties. Also, one night when I came back to the hotel it hasn't been cleaned up. I have to call the reception to ask for cleaning. Staffs' English should improve as well cos it took me sometime to explain to the staff attending to my room what I want.

Overall my stayy was satisfactory. I was amazed at the complete amenities provided; microwave, cooking utensils, toiletteries and washiing machines.
Very recommended and will definitely stay there again for longer next time.

Happy with the property but not with the service. The hotel is very convenient as it's next to the mall that has a very good supermarket and a lot of restaurants. However, the housekeeping was quite bad - the sink was unclean from the previous guest, my things were not organized. Seems like staff will need a lot of training.

Great place, I'll stay there again

Lovely rooms, very spacious. Right next to Lotte Mall, which has great restaurants, lots of shopping, good supermarket and excellent and cheap massage (1F).

Breakfast at the Ascott is pretty ordinary - a standard hotel buffet with mediocre quality food. But it's included in the price so can't really complain!

45 mins from the airport with no traffic. Make sure you book at the serviced apartments, as the hotel is in a different location.
