Good Location and Friendly Staff but...

Good value for money with respect to location and friendly staff. Also availability of a tasty meal (they have their own \"café\") were you can even get a beer was a good offering. However, the rooms are small and can do with an overhaul. They are clean though. I was there as it was close to a work appointment and needed to do some preparation however, the workspace in the room is minimal and made it hard to spread out comfortably. Certainly a good stop for tourists as the main drag into the CBD hot spots is a short 10 min walk away with many shopping centers around. As a business traveler I see a lot of hotels and from a business perspective, this one would be ranked as average.

The hotel did not advise me that I had to put a deposit on the room if I wanted to charge for things like room service. I had to use cash; it wasn't a problem but guests need to be advised when they check in. Otherwise it was a very good place to stay.

Disappointed!

Booked this one for a weekend trip as it has a solid rating on Hotels.com but bad experience. Lots of ants on the desk, getting worse the next morning. Plus, mosquitoes in the room, got at least 3 bites on my back! Cups look dirty, towels a bit smelly. Overall cleanliness is only 1 star. Will not return sorry.
Pros: cute room deco. Friendly staffs.

NOT FOR BUSINESS STAY!

If this is a business stay, STAY AWAY! The traffic is hideous. And the wifi connectivity is by far the worst I have ever experience.

Visiting the museum in Central Jakarta

The hotel was convenient for visiting on foot the Satria Mandala museum in the vicinity. But in Jakart using a taxi between the airport and hotel or any destination was time consuming by the road congestion.

Fave Hotel Gatot Subroto

Great location for Meetings in Jakarta. Surrounding is near shopping mall but need to know how to walk. Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) is around the corner apartment but closed at 11pm. Ciputra Mall DBS is within walking distance from the small road behind. Taxi is available most of the time.

Convenient location if you need to be close to Senayan or Gandaria. Room was decent, but the Wi-Fi at times did not work at all. Not sure if that's a favehotel problem or an Indonesia problem..

Perfect for a Thai embassy visa application

This hotel was much better than I expected in terms of service and neighbourhood. I originally booked this to do my Thai visa application at the nearby embassy (short 15 minute cab ride), and was pleasantly surprised that I could also easily go to the nearby Plaza Semanggi to get some money changed at the Citibank ATM. I'm also very pleasantly surprised at the cheer and service I encountered at the hotel.

One thing that was quite difficult though was finding the hotel the first time. Coming in to Soekarno Hatta at 2300 meant that a nearby local road was closed by the time we got there past midnight, meaning having to make another trip around the block.

I'm really impressed about the time I need to check in and check out. The staffs work really efficient.

I really appreciate the non smoking policy.

I only give bad remarks for the location, I think this hotel needs some more signage pointing the exact location about the hotel whereabout.

Clean modern hotel

The hotel is new and in modern style. Breakfast is ok with mainly indonesian food. Also bread, toast, eggs, coffee, milk orange juice and tea. Rooms are neat and with all facilties you need. Fine hotel and friendly staff.

Mendapat kamar yang terletak di tengah2 gedung (tidak ada pemandangan sama sekali).
Tidak bisa pindah ke kamar non smoking lain dengan outside view dikarenakan tidak ada kamar.
Selain itu malamnya mendengar bunyi2 dari lantai atas yang sangat mengganggu.

コストパフォーマンスは高いですね。
朝食付きで周辺の4星以上のホテルと比べると断然安い。
ただ部屋に冷蔵庫とドライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。

リーズナブルで安心のチェーンホテル

スタッフはみんな笑顔で親切でした。
コンセントの数が少ないのとアダプターが必要なのでタコ足と変換器を持って行った方がいいです。
朝食も付いての値段としてはとてもリーズナブルです。
ドライヤーは依頼ベースで借りられます。
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは3in1だったので、それが分かれていたら充分だと思いました。
