We choose the hotel because we had a great stay there a number of years ago when we were in Jakarta. Big mistake. The hotel has deteriorated a lot since we were last there, other than a coat of paint i don't think they have made any upgrades. But the biggest issue came when we complained about the state ot our room, dirty, burn marks and stains on the carpet and curtains, bugs in the room as well as issues with the water and washing machine. So we tried the laundry service they offered because thecwashing machine flooded the room when we tried to use it. For a single load not big of laundry they charged us over $45 Canadian. Then after complaining about the issues they offered to reimburse us fo the fee for the laundry abd revered the charge. Rhe following day they came tonus and said they could only give a small discount on the laundry abd charged us again.then offered us a free night stay which they new wouldn't be able tbuse as we are not from the country abd had our travel plans already booked.folloeing that they offered us a free meal and when we asked if we could have our meal in our room we were assured that could be done. When we went to get the meal were then told no we could not take it to our room but would have to eat at the buffet, no other option. We left the meal and went out of the hotel for food. Finally the managment offered free ride to the airport which we did take. The management made the whole situation even worse that it was. Avoid this hotel

The property was under renovations which was not stated on hotel description. The bar could not service cocktail drinks due to not having a liquor license, only served one brand of beer (again not listed in hotel description) the breakfast did not have that much variety, too spread out throughout the restaurant rather than one general area. Food was also cold. Our room was the not the cleanest, stains on window curtains, towels were dirty with stains.

Would not stay here again nor would refer this place to anyone.

Such an apartment hotel in the middle of town. Facilities are good, has a squash facilities, pool, tennis court etc. The food is need to be developed more. The pastries are not fresh enough.

i love the scenery, the views from our room (from 35th floor), travelled with 3 pax. booked a Suite with 2 bedroom. the staff is friendly. easy to communicate. got 3 pax complimentary breakfast. not sure how many pax they will give maybe it depends on what room type you booked. they got security scanner before you step in the hotel. easy access to Grab also. this hotel located next to Plaza Semanggi (a mall). definitely will stay this hotel again if i go to Jakarta again. much love xx

Decent hotel for the price, clean, very convenient in CBD (my office is walking distance) with small convenience store next to lobby and Plaza Semanngi walking distance. Tennis and medium sized leisure pool outside. Rooms are good size but decor is dated and tired. Gym is small and could do with an upgrade. Beds could be better.

with complete facilities such as kitchen, washing machine, iron and others daily appliances make this hotel is very suitable for person who have long stay for trip like me. location also very good in the middle of Jakarta golden triangle and next to big shopping mall, breakfast are wonderful, staff are friendly and have convenience store in 1st floor that very helpful

Good value for money

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few months. The rooms are big but in a rundown condition. The master bedroom bed was broken, the towels are old and sometimes smelly. Very limited in-room dining option. Having said this, the hotel is good value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is very centrally located so close to offices, shopping malls etc. The best part is that it doesn't feel like living in a hotel which makes a difference if you are a frequent traveler.

Hotel badly needs refurbishment

Conveniently located in Semanggi, the staff at Aryduta make up for the deteriorating condition of the hotel. It BADLY needs an upgrade! I have stayed here 5-6 times during the past 2-3 years and have seen the condition of the hotel go from bad to worse. Only one lift works (properly) to serve 40 floors, and the condition of the apartment I was given this time had mouldy bathrooms, dirty carpets, and a noisy air conditioner which made sleeping rather difficult. To add to that, the sparse cutlery and crockery in the apartment (one glass) made life a bit difficult! Seems like no one bothered to ensure there was sufficient crockery in the cupboards.

To save its reputation, Aryduta should shut down this apartment hotel and undertake a complete refurbishment. There are lots of newer, nicer choices on the market, and the longer Arydauta Semanggi continues to operate in this condition, the more its reputation will suffer.

The room that we stay is really nice and comfortable. Its is spacious and neat.
It is also convenience as the mall is right beside us. Its also easy to find Halal food around that area.
The staff are all friendly.
Breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor is superb.
Keep it up..

Nice hotel in the center of Jakarta

Excellent hotel close to large shopping mall. Good services. Rooms very clean and with all facilities needed. Friendly and helpfull staaf. Extensive buffet breakfast with many local dishes but also an extensive continental buffet. Quit environment with only two minutes walk to large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Each access to any way of public transportation (just outside hotel's premises). Room has all facilities to make it feel like home. Excellent service from friendly and helpful hotel personnel.

Comfortable hotel with amazing staff

Amazing staff, especially the cleaning staff who are the most courteous, polite, efficient and friendliest cleaning staff of any hotel. Sadly the restaurant did not have any vegan options so I could not eat there. The decor is a little dated and some things need replacing but it is a very comfortable place to stay.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff friendliness and helpful, from the front desk, to the concierge and even the technician.

Nice stay. Thanks to hotels.com very helpful staff (she took an extra mile to help me resolve my booking issue). That was a truely Go to Extra Mile Service. Bravo for her. The hotel was nice. Big rooms. Got dining room, seating room, spare room, 2 bathroom. Very clean housekeeping. Courteous housekeeping staff. But some amenities were rather old and need replacement. Great breakfast I must say. And it tasted good too (I'm a picky eater). Within walking distance to the place I needed to go. Overall great stay.

Old apartment conversion

Hotel is an old apartment block converted. Decor and rooms are dated. Bathrooms need an upgrade. While comfortable enough it was just dated. Photos look better then reality.

Location is great as next to a mall Close to offices etc.

I stayed 2nights. Lifts were slow both. Internet ok. Pool area lovely. Gym - not much really.

I would stay again as price was cheap but really needs a do over. More aimed at locals I think. Which is a shame.

Nice place and perfect location

This hotel is nearly perfect in all respects. The location in travel from airport and offices/ malls is so convenient. The apartment is beautiful , spacious and has all the necessary stuff to make you feel at home. The breakfast is spot on and well prepared too. Absolutely no reason to complaint. The staff is always cheerful and helpful and completely unobtrusive. The event organized on 17th august was done exceedingly well and the enthusiasm of the people running the event was so wonderful and infectious. All in all i was feeling sad to leave and go home after a blissful 5 days. For sure I will come back for another relaxing experience at Aryduta Semanggi which has become my all time favorite hotel anywhere..

It is quite big apartment. The one I stayed had one bedroom, one study, two bathrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry.... But that is not really what I needed. Facility is worn out. Cleaning work was probably done in 2 minutes. Breakfast is OK actually.

Overall ok for the price.

Old apartments. Check your bedroom for bedbugs before you get cozy. Not all rooms are infected though. Staff is very courteous as are all the people in Indonesia! :) Noisy construction nearby.
Free wifi and decent breakfast. 24x7 convenience store. Semanggi shopping plaza is right next to the property. Other malls like Ciputra and Kuningan etc are very close.

More of an old apartment than a hotel

Arrived at this hard-to-access \"hotel\" only to be told to wait 10 minutes for a non-smoking room. Check-in woman was friendly, though. 15 minutes later, and still no key, had to approach the desk to ask again for my room key. Place doesn't have a true lobby but rather a cramped hallway with odd people circulating. Annoying to find elevators hidden in a distant corner. Was a good surprise to see the room was a three-bedroom apartment. Until I realized how poor condition the property was. Bathrooms were straight out of 1970s. No room service menu either.

Gym was shared by apartment complex and poorly run. All treadmills taken by apartment dwellers, it seemed. No water available at gym.

Breakfast was average albeit the egg station didn't deliver eggs once cooked.

Not going back--this should be an apartment.

Overall was great. The only issue is that I arrived at about 12:30pm and could not check in till 2pm. The service staff claimed that all rooms were full and could only be ready after 2pm. I was directed to the cafe to access wifi and to enjoy a complimentary drink.

Highly disapointed.

Very poor sevice, lied to several times by the front desk. Old run down room with carpet that never was vacumned. Pretty sure the AC hadn't been cleaned in a long time. After 5 days, everyone had a respiritory infection. Workout room was small and cramped, pool was nice but no pool towels were available, so you had to use your room towel and then wait more than an hour to get a fresh one to shower after. Food was also not very good and very overpriced.

Unfairly being overcharged

The hotel unduly overcharged me for a night that I did not even utilize whatsoever. Even though I checked in very late at night on April 26, 2015, nevertheless the hotel unfairly charged me for April 25, 2015. I did not stay or check-in at this hotel for this date at all. With this, I felt that I was being unfairly treated because the booking agreement had initially specified that I would only pay if I check-in at the hotel for the nights that I utilize. I have tried to dispute the issue with the hotel representatives by they disregarded my grievance anyway.

Great location, spacious rooms

I had a great stay here, and would stay again. This is an excellent location in Jakarta with good access to the expressway to the airport even when traffic is bad. The staff are great and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Many of the suites are actually apartments and are quite spacious. I was upgraded for free from a single room to a 3 bedroom apartment. The only drawback is that the rooms could use some updating. A great value.

Aryaduta semanggi is right opposite to plazza semanggi mall. Breakfast was 5 stars. Huge variety of options for every ethnic race.

My room had 2 tv, 3 ac, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and also a laundry room. For this price, i did not so much space and amenities.

If you dont want to dine out and eat self prepared small meals, then book this apartment hotel. There is a convenient small shop with essentials like bread, beer, chips, milk, fruits, batteries etc. If you want full grocery, then plazza semanggi mall has a Giant hypermart. For eating out, semanggi has many restaurants.

I loved this place because after coming from office, i took a small walk the semanggi mall and felt fresh.

Staff are excellent, but don't be misled: it's a 90s residential tower converted to a hotel, and feels like it. Food is poor; restaurant is well below a 5* standard. Location is good if you need CBD etc.

This hotel have many good point.

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is 1.8m and is good for adults. The swimming pool restaurant is very cheap and delicious. It is convenient to use the bus. It is located in the building right next to Hana Bank. The Semanggi Shopping Mall is currently under construction and cannot be used. There are other shopping malls nearby. It is convenient to use because it is close to the Pacific Shopping Mall (1 bus station. Taxi costs about 220,000 rupees). You can rest and eat inexpensively at the shopping mall. This hotel have many good point.
But The elevator needs overall repairs. There is a bad smell from the air conditioner in the room. The rooms on the upper floors have difficulty in ventilation. Since it is a carpeted room, there are many concerns about the smell and dust. if you visit there, you will know that it is an old building overall.

いつも利用させて貰ってますが、今回は幾つか不満がありましたのでお伝えしておきます。
①　寝室のトイレの流れがとても悪い
②　洗濯機がありませんでした
③　Gパンを朝一クリーニングに出しましたが、その日には仕上がらず、翌日の配達となってました。
なお、朝食はいつもながらに品数も多く、大変美味しかったです。
また利用させてもらいます。
