Cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. The staff was absolutely incredible at every step from supporting booking bars and restaurants to accommodating our requests. We truly felt like friends by the end of our trip. They remembered details of where we’d been (Bali) and our flight times leaving which was just such a nice touch. The room was super spacious and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the massage at the spa was 10/10. We really, really loved our stay!

코로나 시국이지만, 잠시 바람 쐴겸 호텔스테이 2박했습니다. 조식도, 룸컨디션도,라운지 서비스도 좋았습니다. (코로나때문에 레스토랑이 활성화가 안되서 주문해 먹는 시스템이 대부분이었는데 맛은 좋았습니다) 딱 하나 실망했던건 수영장 컨디션. 하수구 냄새가 너무 나서 참다 참다 나와버렸어요ㅜㅜ 물에서 나는 냄새는 아닌거 같고 어디선가 풍겨오는 오수 냄새였는데 비위가 상해 힘들더라구요

Perfect Hotel fo Business, Not for family.

I booked room for 3 people.
Each room for 3 people (offered by hotels.com). 3 times meals were included.
But finally I just knew that meal facility was only for 2 people (in spite of the fact that I booked the room for 3 people)
Pay extras for one person

The choice of meal was limited (buffet)

The hotel was connected with pacific place mall.

No connecting rooms in this hotel (not suitable with family members of 6 who need a connecting room)

The room was wonderful and the check in process was very smooth and efficient. We were celebrating one of our birthdays and they decorated the room with balloons and we also got a birthday cake and some chocolate. The staff at Ritz were amazing in carrying out their work and including personal touches to it. Our concierge, Naomi was professional and accommodating during our interactions with her online and in person. She even left us a note and a parting gift on our last night there. The housekeepers were also lovely and did their job really well. Two of them, Tantan and Putra, also a left note to welcome us on our first day there. On the last night, Wayan prepared a bath with a vase of roses to help us relax. Overall, the service and people at Ritz were wonderful and really made a good lasting impression on us. Looking forward to staying with you in the future.

Super service in downtown Jakarta. The chef in the Club lounge, Fetty, was extremely cheerful and helpful. She was most willing to try and cook whatever clients request - amazing service. All rooms are Club rooms in this hotel and you can see the smiling faces of the staff the whole day! Rooms are spacious and well-stocked with all you can expect. Located within the Pacific Place mall building, that means you’re just a few minutes from shops and more restaurants, without having to worry about Jakarta’s notorious traffic. Definitely a good choice for Jakarta!

Embarrassingly Deteriorating Hotel Conditions

The junior suite given to us was embarrassingly and sadly in deteriorating conditions; smelling stinky wood and with burnt light bulb. It was my fifth stay with the hotel and I have seen it in a spiral movement of degeneration of facilities. Attention to details to the cleanliness and relentless upkeep/maintenance of the hotel room and especially hallways are of utmost importance to the supposedly excellent 6 star hotel. The front manager however took action right away and did his best to improve clean at least the hallway first. The hotel staff were only as good as their weakest link. Obviously the facility maintenance manager has been sleeping and/or has only a 3 star level of hotel's upkeep. Being attached to a shopping mall is definitely a plus. Food variety and quality at the club lounge is remarkable. Staff were overall very friendly although one on the ground floor was amazingly clueless and racially discriminating.

Opulent in every way.

Upon entering the hotel drive you're greeting by security which is thorough but not obtrusive. The lobby is on the 21st floor as well is the lounge. There is a another lounge/restaurant on the 8th floor. Pool and fitness center on 8th floor.

The 21st floor lounge offers 5 different meals a day that are inclusive of your rate. Breakfast, lunch, noon tea, dinner as well as chocolates and cocktails. Now this is no huge buffet, there are a few hot dishes but mostly canapés.

The rooms are grand and huge while tastefully decorated. Walkin closets are the size of some low end hotels rooms. I had a problem with the bed, after a few calls I was not only greeted by the rooms manager but the hotel GM. A temporary remedy was given until a solution was found. I have to hand it to Patrick the GM and Sheryl the rooms manager. They went well out of their was to solve the problem.

The young ladies that work the lounge day and night are so hospitable you almost feel guilty asking them to get you more coffee or soda. Gita is one of those young ladies.

Overall it's the small things that you don't see that make the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place special. From the nightly turn down service to the heated peppermint oil in the restrooms wafting through the air. This is a true 5star hotel, from the service to the staff. I only wish I could stay longer.

Super awesome, the experience on the club floor at the Ritz was unforgettable. We arrived late close to 11pm and the staff made simple dinner for us, everyone addresses us by our names and remembered the way I like my coffee and my favorite wine. We had a 4am flight two days later and we had excellent check out preparation and even a nice breakfast box.

The hotel strives to give the Ritz Carlton standard of service. Very centralized location and it is attached to the mall with many ships and restaurants. Very convenient. The only issue I had was the bottom of the toilet seat was stained and soiled. It was never cleaned per Ritz Carlton's standard. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

The staff at the hotel were very obliging and made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect for my work needs. The room was large and inviting as was the bathroom. My room was super clean and I loved the little extras [ie: chocolates and book marks with the hotel logo]. The room service was very accommodating - even when I asked for items which were off the menu and breakfast was a veritable feast at the buffet each morning.
I had a few treatments at the spa during my stay and they were wonderful!
I would definitely stay here again!

What else is there to say about Ritz-Carlton? Big luxurious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located in a business area and spoilt for choice for drinks and restaurants.. Will stay here again next time in Jakarta.

This hotel is well placed to avoid the Jakarta traffic delays. The only things it lacks (if it matters) are perhaps a large and luxurious foyer such as the Four Seasons, more artfully decorated rooms and perhaps a greater range of items in the tourist shop. However as the hotel is above a major shopping centre, easily accessible with a supermarket nothing is missing. It's also nice to have the space in your room rather than in the foyer area. The rate included use of the large and excellent Lounge Club on level 21 with inclusive food and all beverages from 6am to 11pm & complimentary lap top with wifi accessability. The food was healthy and excellent, with a great range. The \"continental breakfast\", included cooked food of many cuisines. The pool and spa and gym are very good also with a trainer if you like. The room (apartment actually) was large in size, including a washer-dryer, bath, ll kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, and filtered boiling and cold water, and a separate bedroom, 2 tvs and wifi. The lovely and professional staff were helpful, welcoming and courteous at all times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in Jakarta.

Good Stay, Not-so-great pre-stay experience.

Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for a quick family getaway. We were celebrating our son's birthday when we stayed in the hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The team prepared, what I assumed was the standard setup for children staying in the hotel, with balloons, a tent, and a sweet treat, which were all appreciated.

We stayed in a suite, so it was quite spacious, although I would say it's smaller than some other hotels we stayed in. Regardless, it was more than enough and the most underrated bit is how sound-proof everything was. Unlike our experience in another hotel, the noise from the street was not that disturbing and we got a sound sleep, which is always good.

Never liked the access to the hotel, because it got quite complicated, from parking, having to go into the mall, find an elevator, go up, go in, go into another elevator, arrive, and for some guests, having to change elevator to get to your room. But I definitely would say, the lounge was the main plus point. Being able to get something to eat at every hour of the day was an underrated benefit, and staying close to the lounge definitely made us enjoy that benefit even more.

I would like to point out, however, the pre-stay experience which was horrible. Tried to find a chat feature to ask about the rooms which I cannot find anywhere. So I DM'ed the hotel through social media, and I got transferred few times before finally able to get to the real contact person.

Everytime i stay in this hotel always a remarkable time and different moment and surprise…. My daughter love to stay in here and its feels like home. とにかく豪華！スタッフのサービスも満点です！スタッフさんの笑顔や素晴らしいタイミングでの声がけはもちろん、食事やデザート、ドリンク、そしてジャムーまで満足いく内容でした。さすがジャカルタでNo.1を誇るリッツ・カールトン♫とにかく食べまくり、飲みまくり(笑)で終始お腹いっぱい。10年目の結婚記念日で宿泊しましたが(宿泊前に通知しておいたのです)、その為のサービスもたくさんあって、もう忘れられない一夜となりました！今度は記念日じゃなくても泊まろうと思っています。

Great place to feel at home

Good location - near the MTR & in the middle of the SCBD. All the staff were extremely friendly and caring...When I went for breakfast, the staff knew me by my name which was pretty surprising (since there are 60+ other guests in the hotel) so I felt very welcomed. A little more diversity on the lounge buffet would have been a plus but it's not bad as it is.

スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです！友人の結婚式の為に一人で宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方が声をかけてくださったり面倒を見てくださって素晴らしい時を過ごせました。既に両替に困っていると、両替商まで案内してくださったり、伝統料理を食べたいという話をすると、用意をしてくださり、本当に助かりました。感謝を充分伝えられずホテルを出てしまい申し訳なかったです。またいつか泊まりに行きたいです。
