Found out on day 2 of out trip that the hotel was closing down the following week for a 2yr renovation. Would have been go to knwontjai im advance. Other than that overall a good hotel with friendly staff

Overall a nice enough hotel with helpful staff (namely drivers, cleaner & receptionist).

Disappointed however with my booking, as I paid for Seaview - which definitely was not provided. Unfortunately, there was also an ant outbreak in my room the night before checkout. If this didn’t happen I’d give the hotel 4 stars for the property condition.

The gym is also quite old with limited equipment, and intermittent air con system which was quite disappointing. Photographs of the gyms hotel should be updated to reflect its current state. The gym would really benefit from a refresh/upgrade.

There was also a hotel party on the day of checkout, which most of the staff attended. Reception was locked during this time and no out of hours contact number was provided - I was unable to access my belongings for departure during this time, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel may like to consider manning reception area for events like this, to ensure that a member of staff is able to assist guests/in emergencies etc.

For those considering staying here in future, please bear in mind that this hotel is not within walking distance to shops etc. you’ll need a car to drive, otherwise you’ll be very reliant on taxis.

Very poor service, rude dining area staff which literally kicks you out from the dinning area 5 minutes after breakfast/lunch/dinner time is over. Friendly staff in Reception and bar area though. The hotel definitely needs to conduct some customer service training. Food choices are plentiful, limited choice of drinks though, only 2 cocktails are available FOC. Rooms are small sized.

Full of kids jumping into pools even at the over 16 pool. Way too busy and not enough sunbeds particularly when most families take more than they need reserving ones in the sun and the shade. All inclusive isn’t really what it seems. Limited drinks included. Snack bar luke warm leftovers. Entertainment not great and the staff clear up noisily around you at 1015pm! Pool towels impossible to get dry yet only exchanged every 3 days. No way is this a 4 star resort. High 2 low 3 I’d say. Walls in the rooms are paper thin, you can hear wverything, even someone next door using the toilet! Beds were very comfy though! I would avoid and spend more to go elsewhere. It was a disappointing stay.

We liked the wide choice of food which was decent enough, but the sausages have an odd strong flavour. It would be good to better display what the food theme night is, and what it will be for your week ahead.

We had a good experience with checking in, a little earlier but thankfully the room was ready. We stayed in a family block, block 11 right by the pool and shop which was really convenient. The room was clean, cool and beds were super comfortable. Rain shower was also lovely.

Sunbeds fill up quite quickly in mid summer which is a shame. And pool rules like no inflatables or no diving are not enforced. Good if you like to fool around, but not so good for a relaxing pool experience. You can get beach towels from reception. Sunbeds are good condition. Little cats roam around outside which was lovely. Mini golf was good with sticks available at reception, the last few holes are tough!

The staff we encountered were all friendly and spoke English.

The music at the evening was pretty samey. Not much variety and caters for Dutch crowd but it's still and enjoyable and busy bar area in the evening. It could be better if the bar listed what drinks were included in the all inclusive options. Menus help.

Fantastic panoramic views from sea view rooms, but this can mean they are high up in the hill, meaning you mainly have to get the bell boys to take you to & from the room, these are very quick & convenient, but only run 8-12, so we did find ourselves racing back one or two times so we didn't have to climb the steep hill. Rooms are a decent size though & come with a hob & fridge.As the hotel is surrounded by greenery & the water, we were bitten by mosquitos quite a few times so be prepared!
Main building is a nice airy space, with lots of room, alot of the space doesn't appear to be being used though, they could make alot more of it. The restaurant was good, plenty to choose from & always fresh & plentiful, did get abit repetitive, so ate out a few times. The lemon granita/slush next to the whippy ice cream was addictive!
Didn't think much of the snack bar, there wasn't alot of choice, but didn't really need to use it.
Drinks were ok, could have done with more variety, prosecco is included & is also available at breakfast! But poor cocktails & very limited for the all inclusive, although you can pay for better ones.
The seaview pool was nice & quiet, as long as you arrived for 10ish there were usually still beds available. The other pool was busy & we didn't really use it.
We saw a couple of nightly shows, which were average & didn't really join in anything going on during the day, as mainly in Dutch.
Nice hotel, but had to get taxis into town as bus infrequent.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, apartment high up a hill but they run a drop off sevice to and from the rooms. Pools not amazing but lots of choice. Food great. Very laid back and kind everyone there. Make sure and prebook taxis as we got caught out one night and were late for a reservation as someone took our taxi. Stuninng calas close by. Bus stop outside the property. Car park chaotic but would advise parking in the overflow as is less busy. The all inclusove option doesnt mean all inclusive doesnt include cocktails for instance and there isnt any food available after 9pm. However, we arroved late amd they provided us with a picnic type packed lunch which was great. Overall we loved the experience, thanks to all at stella maris.

Don’t really leave many reviews but I thought it was worth it.

The hotel was handy to get to from the airport which was great for kids.

Overall the hotel, pools, rooms overall hotel was very clean.

One thing was that the rooms were cleaned every day which was great but the beds were just remade. I understand to help the environment you don’t want to change the sheets every day but we were all badly bitten on the holiday and this could have helped. Fresh towels were left each day which was super.

Only found out half way through the trip you can get towels at the hotel after we paid quite a lot to bring over our own so this is a wee tip to save some money.

The hotel was mainly dominated by family’s from Holland. Fantastic people and really friendly. The reason I say this is that a few people
I got friendly with made me aware they paid easily half the amount we paid.

The hotel can order you a taxi and it’s about 10 euro into San Antonio.

Food was great drinks were proper coke and Fanta etc and was lovely. Alcohol was the cheap alternative to Smirnoff etc and this was promoted anywhere.

Staff were class though can complain really friendly and helpful 1st class.

Overall I would say with a family there won’t be many better places to stay than this hotel on the island.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great, something for everyone, maybe too much fish. Service was perfect and it was always clean around the pool, they collected empty plastic glas all the time. They have boogie service for those who dont want/cant walk to the rooms on the higher level. They have 5 nice pools and lots of sunchairs. I recommend all inclusive becaurse beer, wine and drinks for adults and ice cream, slush for kids was included from morning until late evening. We had a family room with sea view and the view was amazing. There was no shuttle to the beach or town. Even if its only 450 meters to the beach its a long walk for family with small kids cause of the hills and heat. Nice entertaining during nights such as acrobatic, bingo, music...the room was clean, big balcony, the beds was comfortable. We had free towels for the pool. I should recomend the hotel to upgrade the kids corner and the pingis table. Also use more electrical vehicle for the boogie service.

Really loved staying here. Came here for a friends birthday. Definitely more of a family hotel but we enjoyed coming back to a chill all inclusive hotel after a busy day in the vibrant Ibiza towns. Would definitely visit again.

Would recommend, just a couple of downsides

My partner and I stayed in a garden view room in block 39. We were delighted that it actually had a gorgeous sea view and the room itself was spacious, stylish, very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The only downside was that the room adjoined another room with a (locked) door in between and when anyone else was next door we could hear them as loudly as if they were in the room with us. Talking, singing, even breaking wind was so loud! We nearly asked to move but after the first day the next door guests left. One other slight issue was that when our room was cleaned they took the towels and didn’t give us any new ones. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good although barely anything vegan. Our room was quite a walk from the main reception and pools etc though they do have a buggy service. And the opening times for the pools (10am - 7pm) aren’t ideal. just things to be aware of but i would still recommend! The hotel is about a 10 min or 7-17€ taxi to Sant Antoni, depending on where you go, and there are lovely beaches and incredibly expensive restaurants a short walk away. The views from the hotel are gorgeous!

This is our second stay here at Stella Marble. A lovely hotel and the staff are always so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in a panoramic view and had a lovely view of the sea and bay. All inclusive was good from drinks to snacks around the pool. Only downside was during our stay there was construction on site which started at 8am each day apart from Sunday which wasn’t mentioned when we booked.

Myself and my partner were put in a room which was right next door to the staff store room/boiler room as well as being underneath the deck area of the pool which meant that when the staff started work in the morning around 7am it sounded like they were in the room with you as the walls were so thin and they were shouting back and forth to each other and you could hear sun loungers etc being dragged around above your head. This mean that we were up every morning from 7am as there was no chance of sleeping in any later. There was also construction work taking place on site which added to the noisy atmosphere. On top of this we didn’t have water in our room for a day which meant going without a shower and using the toilet before we left in the morning as the reception toilets were also closed for cleaning. Overall the hotel looks like it should be really good and have everything you need but we were disappointed in our stay. We did voice or disappointment to staff at the reception desk but they didn’t seem too fussed about it.

The property was great but block 13 (we nicknamed it cellblock 13 was not nice like others. No lighting and no thrills on the outside. Our room had one window that was in the entrance hall. It had a TV but it was wall mounted and was at a 45 degree angle to the bed and not adjustable and a shower without curtains or walls so the entire bathroom was wet after showering and you needed to squeegee the floor. Staff and food was great.

Absolutely lovely staff.

We loved this hotel & don't want to share the secret of how good it is because we'd like to keep it to ourselves.

We adore older properties because that gives them a relaxed feeling & one isn't worried about accidentally scratching a posh polished table and being charged a million. Anyway, North Ibiza is famous for hippiness & is now 'hippi-chique' & all of Ibiza, such as San Antonio, has 'rustic-chique', such things as we found in niches of San Antonio: beautiful 'rustic' elements, including whole honey comb for breakfast, old doors made into chair backs, knarled olive trees gracing poolsides, that's the beautiful Ibiza vibe.

If you want relaxed & 'rustic-chique' Ibiza's for you, if you want gold taps & polished everything, then maybe find a friend with a super yacht? They have those on Ibiza too. We adore the Ibiza 'rustic-chique' island vibe. The hum of cicadas (crickets) is the music we prefer!

This hotel was in a pine wood full of buzzing cicadas, so perfectly Ibiza-lovely for us.

Families seem to have discovered that Stella Maris is a paradise for kids, the beautiful pools were crammed with kids chortling with joy and splashing about. Almost no teens during our stay, but it suited our 15 year old fine: we loved the pools despite them being busy, there was plenty of space around them, and we played table pool in the games room. Plus, it was a short steep walk down a side road to a sea cove.

Who needs a beachside hotel when you have pine woods and cicads?

Excellent stay! We arrived with a late flight after midnight, and could still check in without any problems, reception is manned 24/7. We booked just breakfast, which was a very good buffet. There are plenty of dinner options, both cheap and fancy, in town, about a 25 minute walk. That gives you the sunset strip views on the way. Or you can buy the dinner buffet in the hotel on the spot, for 20 Euro per person, which was excellent and good value. The room was super nice and clean, the pools very good. We definitely enjoyed our last minute break very much!

1) Rooms for families with bunk beds are cute and comfortable.
2) breakfast buffet was plentiful

Cons:

Property is on a hill. They have a golf like cart or a small vehicle that is supposed to operate regularly to take guests to their respective buildings. After waiting with children in the heat for almost 30 minutes, the driver of the car (with another employee sitting in the front seat) argues with us about how it’s impossible that we were waiting for close to 30 minutes instead of just apologizing! They only take 4 of us (two children, 2 adults) because the other employee is sitting in front taking space. One member of our party just walked it up. Owners: 1) invest in another cart, it’ll have people rebooking your property. 2) no need for friend in front passenger. 3) don’t argue with guests when they’re hot and have been waiting! Business basics!!

Asked front desk if they have a scale to weigh luggage. Their immediate answer was no. Fine. As we’re checking out, we find a $1 euro per luggage machine sitting right across from the front desk. Owners: 1) train the staff to know what amenities are available. 2) don’t charge the customers for something they already may be stressed about. 3) either get rid of the machines, get one that doesn’t charge or have some hand scales available.

Remember we may travel a lot and you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Go to the highly rated, more expensive options and imitate how they make the guest feel.

Great hotel, first time there.

Laid out like a small village with many rooms in independent blocks of 6 units. Our rooms were spacious and modern - we upgraded to seaview.

Bought an all-inclusive package. Buffet restaurant good although worth avoiding busiest times. Food Court snack bar great for kids / teens snacks or simple meals. Also one pay-as-you-go diner, but never tried it.

Several bars including one at each pool. Good service, drinks quality good enough for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, food and drink good but not gourmet.

We were there with 16 & 17 year olds, just for a short chill out weekend. Probably great for families with younger kids - decent Kids’ Club on the go etc.

Top tip - resort is built across a hillside. Means some great views but also inclines to cope with and some rooms a fair way from the main hotel facilities. We like it like that way but others may not. Neat little in-resort shuttle cart does circuits to offer lifts anyone who wishes. Especially useful with your luggage 👍

10 mins walk down to lovely beach, Cala Gracio, and just a further 10 mins to sea front bars & restaurants. Go 10 mins further along the excellent shore walkway to the legendary Cafe Del Mar. Plus Cafe Mambo and Mint Lounge.

Perfect retreat

Fantastic stay this last weekend, very hilly so definitely make use of their golf buggy service, is quite a trek to San Antonio Port (hilly, have to cross a beach and takes approximately 45/60 minutes on foot).
Views, pools, staff and food were amazing. I would recommend staying all inclusive as its the perfect spot for a fly and flop, Es Tragon is opposite (visited 5 years ago and since gained a michellin star), has been the best mini break for a complete reset, recommend the panoramic rooms as the views are of the whole bay and absolutely stunning. Setting is so peaceful but with plenty to keep adults and children entertained

The all inclusive option of foods and drinks were great, the hotel have everything you need for a short or long stay, there is a mini market inside which it is great if you need to buy anything and don't want to go to the city. Very clean, hotel staff always very polite and happy. Cute cars around the hotel.

The only negative thing was the car rental company inside de hotel, we tried 2x but the staff was very unhelpful and it felt like they didn't want to rent for us, we ended up renting from a different company on the city.

Overall very happy with our stay.

This is a family resort but we went out of season when it was quiet. We went b&b but for and 30€ you can upgrade to all inclusive. This was great value and the buffet is really very good. The rooms are lovely. The sea view room are beautiful. Well worth paying a little extra just for the view.

The hotel is clearly not a 4 star hotel. There is nothing special in the room (no coffee machine, iron, water, mini bar,…). There are no bathroom amenities (just one big bottle of soap in the shower, which should cover for shower gel AND shampoo - and no other toiletries or extra). The breakfast was terrible, although there is choice, it all tastes stale and bad. We are lucky we didn’t take the all inclusive. There was only one snack restaurant extra open, if we wanted to stay and have some lunch or dinner (which only offered pizzas, some salads and burgers, which weren’t the best either). A lot of children and noise, but they have a separate pool lounge, but you need to pay extra for it, which is insane. Our room was literally the highest up the hill. When we arrived (as we had a late checkin), there was no possibility to bring us up with a buggy. It took us 15 minutes to climb up the hills with our heavy suitcases and find our room. The buggies to bring you up, only work certain times, which isn’t the greatest if you want to party in Ibiza and come home later, and still need to climb Mount Everest. The staff was ok, but could be a bit friendlier and more helpful. Pool towels are only allowed each other 2 days (so you need to use your sweaty used towel the next day, which is insane!), and often our room was skipped on cleaning or towels (which made us call reception and ask for a clean). The facilities are all a bit run down, and could use a refurb here and there.

Pros: Lovely staff and nice looking resort (we went after the storm and no obvious signs of bad damage), good location walking distance to Cap Negret and Cape Gracio (though a steep hill).

Great quality evening entertainment - The African stunt group and the singer was particularly good.
Nice pools and decent enough gym. Free parking and access to other sports. No towel deposits or charges.

Cons: Managed to get a lovely room near to the pools so no travelling up some of the hills. There is a buggy service but could be a pain. However this means we were very close to the entertainment stage, which is great except for when the karaoke hits - dreadful noises until very late at night. Perhaps you might consider Karaoke only one night a week and stick to a DJ during all other times. A few more Dutch but not a “Dutch Hotel” as remarked by some reviewers.

Only 25/30 mins drive down main roads from airport. I’ve only driven once abroad before and found some beautiful sunsets from the restaurant.

Very Dutch resort! We were not expecting that the major culture we would interact with would be people from the Netherlands. We found them to be (from an American perspective) more reserved and quieter than the other people we met in Spain. If you are looking for a place to be loud and wild and crazy this is not the place. But, if you want a relaxing drink as much as you want trip, this is perfect.

Very spread out so buggy needed to get back to room, whilst there is a buggy service sometimes you wait 10 - 15 minutes which is frustrating.
The food is generally ok, but the meat and fish were all very over cooked and not a lot of variety from day to day. It generally is catering for a Dutch market.
Breakfast isn’t replaced after 10am so I suggest you get there no later than 9/930.
The bakery is nice and the staff very accommodating.
The staff are generally pleasant, sometimes it felt like you were interrupting them though.
The room was very basic but very clean.
Overall I would give it 3/5.

The hotel in general was very nice and i would say was geared to the family market with lots to do for kids teenagers of all ages. The adult section at Marble beach was a god send to us (no kids nice chilled vibe and in my opinion should be extended) unfortunately during our 4 day stay the big adult pool was closed for maintainane otherwise would give our stay 5* rating. Cala Gracionatas beach & drinks were worth a visit.

Let me start by saying that I'd never visited Ibiza before, nor have I ever gone on a family package holiday to an all-inclusive hotel. Both of these things had never really appealed to me as I tend to travel to more far-flung areas and work things out at smaller places on the fly.

However, my girlfriend raves about the island and wanted a nice holiday with her family in the sun, so off we went. We were all absolutely delighted with our stay and this was down in large part to the fantastic accommodation!

After a flight from Bristol before the crack of dawn, we jumped in our hotel transfer taxi (was worth paying the extra in advance for this so we could get a seven seater with child booster seat, as we would never have got this at the airport - booked online, details on request, not looking to advertise!) and arrived hours before hotel check-in time to find our rooms (obviously) not yet ready.

The hotel were lovely enough to let us drop our bags and check-in so that we could help ourselves to the inclusive food and drink while we waited. We kept checking at the front desk and my girlfriend's family's room was ready first so we dropped them off in their triple bed room. To put it bluntly, the room was brilliant. The six year old was delighted with the fold-out bunk beds, the adults were happy with the huge size of the accommodation and ecstatic with the sea view overlooking Sant Antony bay, with a lovely large balcony to take it all in. The property was very clean and had choice of lively or chilled out areas throughout day and night. Good Things Bakery was fabulous.
My family and I were not overly keen on the restaurant food in the evening, although there was a lot of dishes we found little that went well as a full meal. An excellent place for a holiday with very hard working staff.

The Marble Stella Maris, it's staff and location were exceptional. We were sad to leave and loved our time there.
Contemporary and we'll equipped rooms. Genuine, friendly and helpful staff - Frederick, Vincent and Miriam to name but a few. Great choice of food, fantastic pools. A hidden Jewell in Ibiza just away from the madness up in Cap Negret. If you have kids, this is your choice. Thank you Marble!

Fantastic all inclusive Hotel. Large well equipped and beautifully decorated rooms. Only downside was that there was a hill to get to the apartments although there was a buggy service if you wanted. Food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and would return.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and the room was horrible. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Checked into the room and once I saw it I checked out and called Expedia but they put me on hold for 45 mins and did not refund my hotel charges. I will never stay here again and I would like to speak to someone about my hotel charges for this hotel because I had to go and book another hotel.

To resume:
1) Front desk: an intership girl with no idea of spanish language. We can tolerate that you may take more time to resolve questions but no speak ig the local language is very rude.
2) 1 hour delay of the time the room was supose to be ready, in June, not high season.
3) When we entered the room the maid was also there and needed 10 more minutes to finish.
4) The bar at night closes at 2, we went there exactly at 1,50h to take te last order and the barman said he can only give us beer (easier from the machine). We demanded it again and he serve us but with bad mood. Also if there are people in the terrace they close the door directly to the bar, so you have to turn around reception. At 1,45h.
5) Reception acces to the main door is close at night, not to mention that Ibiza is a nosleep island, the answer of the guardian was “u can go outside for every other way”. So they close it, u may just go by the forest or so.
Bad behaviour, answers and attitudes for that kind of Resort. Neither in a hostel i felt that way.

Likes: *Cleanliness was evident in the rooms, the communal areas, the pools and lounge areas.
*Genuinely nice friendly & helpful staff, this is so refreshing to find.
*Quiet surroundings, yet only 5 minutes drive to San Antonio centre.

Dislikes: *Buffet restaurant had literally no vegetarian dishes most evenings, I mean none whatsoever, (I did inform hotel prior to arrival, & talk to a chef on our first night...) no dairy free milk to be had either - so disappointing.
*Noise from neighbouring rooms - the walls are paper thin, & even earplugs couldn't keep out the din, so a few sleep disturbances each night unfortunately.

Having done our research and read the reviews we were very pleased with our stay and would readily return. There is a steep hill but it is well documented. The noise transfer between the rooms is bad so it depends on who your neighbours are. (pack earplugs). We would still return as the plus points way outweighed the negatives.

Stayed in this hotel last week the hotel was well located for the beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracionetta. We booked for breakfast only and the choice of food was very food. Only disappointment was no WiFi in the rooms and very poor signal in the reception. Apart from that very enjoyable stay.

Ci siamo trovati bene, avevamo una camera comfort ed era vicina alle piscine e al corpo centrale dell'hotel.
Il mangiare era buono e abbondante, l'unica pecca la pulizia delle stoviglie e la mancanza di tovagliette sui tavoli. All'estero purtroppo non è come in Italia.
Il personale è gentilissimo, tutti indistintamente, dalle signore delle pulizie ai ragazzi in sala che ai signori del bar e anche in reception.
L'hotel è frequentato per lo più da olandesi, inglesi ne ho visti pochi, e spagnoli.
Ti danno la possibilità di noleggiare l'auto al loro interno. L'auto è fondamentale perché la spiaggia più vicina è Cala Graciò, che la danno a 500 mt ma la strada a me è sembrata più lunga anche perché in pendenza.
Giudizio complessivo positivo anche perché sei fuori dal caos di Saint Antony ma a 5 minuti di auto dal centro.

Soy coreano y he estado usando Marvel Stella todas las vacaciones durante 3 años. Me fascinaron las operaciones respetuosas con la comunidad, el medio ambiente y las familias. Aunque la instalación es antigua, quiero dar una puntuación alta al hecho de que se gestiona sin dificultad para usarla y operarla continuamente. En particular, el todo incluido tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Es un lugar maravilloso para la apariencia experta de los empleados de larga dada. Lo volveré a encontrar la próxima vez.

La habitación que nos dieron no era nada similar a la de las fotos. Fue una habitación debajo del área de la piscina, con una muy mala iluminación, y con un olor feo. Inclusive la basura de todos los cuartos estaba afuera de nuestra habitación y pese a reportarla no se llegó a retirar. Además la propiedad en general está sumamente descuidada y sin restaurantes o locales a su alrededor. Nosotros tuvimos que pedir un early check out y conseguir otro hotel. No recomiendo este hotel.

Súper para pasar unas vacaciones para desconectar y relajarse. La ubicación esta súper con dos playas cerquitita, quizá 5 minutos a pie máximo. El buffet también delicioso y variado. Disfruté muchísimo mi estancia aquí!
