Breakfast buffet was really very good. Pool area has a great vibe. Lovely staff. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup. The mirror over the sink is tiny and there is t one over the desk so you have to sit on the floor in front of the full length. Another case of the designer probably not staying in the room to gauge user-friendliness. Staff very good. Lunch yummy. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and beautiful presentation. The pool had a great vibe and was a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh, wholesome options. Parking couldn’t have been easier. Plus, the hotel’s location is ideal for visiting nearby calas and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean.

Great vibe, extremely friendly staff, beautiful Tulum-like design, high quality food, decent guests, overall absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious yet pretty minimalist (with a boho touch) definitely not luxurious but decent for an Ibiza trip. Outdoor furniture was very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym could use an upgrade.
Besides everything was perfect, clean and loved the pool party. Valet service is very attentive which is helpful as the hotel is a bit out of the way (which is a positive) and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Ibiza. Will definitely return

Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio.
Overall we had a really nice stay.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Rooms are so small you can barely open your suitcase. Our AC didn't work and they kept saying that they would fix it - and never did. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could go elsewhere and they said no. They just comp influencers to stay here and price gouge everyone else to make up for it.

TLDR - Stay at a nicer and cheaper resort on the water like Seven Pines

I was a little sceptical at first as we usually stay on the east coast and in over 20 years of visiting this would be my first stay in the San An area (it’s improved a lot over the years, and it’s actually in a different neighbourhood).

We didn’t regret it.

We booked a superior double, which for us was a little basic (no fridge) and had views over an apartment block over the back. We spoke to reception and paid for an upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the main pool. From then everything was fantastic.

The room, service, the food is all great. The decor is magnificent also with a focus on modern art. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood close by to some beautiful secluded beaches.

The speaker in the room absolutely thumps as well 😂

It was a toss up between here and the standard, we definitely made the right choice.

This may be our new favourite.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever.

The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. I can’t wait to visit again. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave.

The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants.. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely.

The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us. Our waiter was painfully slow & really ignored a lot of what we were saying. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses & we had to ask for the bill about 4 times. Wouldn’t go there again.

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

This was my second stay at Oku, the first time I stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with my husband and it was amazing over looking the pool and dj. This time I had a lovely Deluxe Room to share with a friend and it was perfect for our trip with a large group of friends. The added sitting area provided enough space for us both and all our things. My only complain would be that the closet needs to allow for dresses to be hung, the configuration is silly. Also housekeeping needs to replenish things like cotton buds, etc daily and didn't for our stay. The turndown service with water by the bed was lovely when we came home from the clubs, as were the drinks in the lobby before and after nights out. The breakfast is very good and one of the best around tbh. If you want peace and quiet by the pool, Oku is not for you, a few friends did go to the family pool when they needed it more quiet. I also love that Cala Gracio beach and my fave restaurant Cala Gracionetta is a short walk away! The restaurant across from Oku is also very good and has great tapas and drinks.

Check in process was slick, room was clean and minimalist. Very comfortable bed. We sat in the bar on our first night and got told by a waiter to order a drink at the bar, but didn't get served or acknowledged for 15 minutes. I then had to ask the same waiter for table service which he then provided straight away. Food and cocktails expensive but tasty. Pool was fantastic, very spacious beds and sun loungers. Never had an issue securing one. Breakfast was excellent; huge range of hot and cold choices. Breakfast waiting staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. Although it was an expensive stay, you do get a lot for your money in terms of facilities, breakfast and helpful staff.

Second time I’ve stayed here .. probably the worst experience I’ve had in a while, room wasn’t up to scratch had many issues that later was sorted after complaining to staff and then management. Before staying I had to change dates due to the passing of my grandmother.. was charged an extra £1500 for 5 days on top of what I already paid to change it by 2 weeks. You would have thought with a good heart that you would do your extra for a customer that has gone through something so difficult. Nothing at all. Service around the pool was shocking, basically served myself going back and forth to the bar asking for drinks. Asking for a straw. In the end had to ask for a manager took 3 people to finally for her to come and 45 mins later!!
I genuinely would never visit this hotel again.
Massive let down and anyone that is going I believe your paying for a 5 star hotel that should be 3 star for its bad service.

Reception/overall staff are very slow and could use more training on the overall efficiency of the hotel.

The breakfast is one of the best, be aware of bees on the patio.

The stay price is inflated for what you actually get, the gym is beautiful but doesn't have real standard equipment..everything’s just design orientated. Instead, I highly recommend doing their yoga/hiking/morning rise/sound bath classes(they’re free and really nice).

Don't get the burger for lunch, food is pretty expensive and underwhelming.

Location is solid, a nice walk to the town along the water. Overall not bad, you’ll enjoy it and its probably better than most in the area.

This is a BEAUTIFUL Hotel . Very stylish and well though of from the décor to the staff multiple uniforms. The 50 meter olympic pool is absolutely fantastic for swimmers. the live djs every day are a dream and so is the breakfast in the morning The beds around the pool are amasing. The food and drink options is fantastic and delicious. You must rent a car to get in and out of the hotel because taxis can be pricy and you have to wait. but the drive is easy and the roads beautiful.

The staff make your stay feel even more special. I would go back anytime.

OKU was great overall & I would definitely stay there again- in Ibiza. We had a swim up terrace room & highly recommend that room category as it gives you some privacy & a peaceful pool spot to chill out. Location is ok but you need to hire a car or be prepared to spend a lot on taxis to get to where all the decent restaurants are in Ibiza. I would still stay here at Oku vs Ibiza town hotels- as prefer the extra space and pools that the hotels in Ibiza town don’t have.

The restaurant in Oku is ok, the lunch menu/ room service is nice but way too limited for such a large hotel. Think the prices of all food and drink in the hotel is too inflated. We ate out in Ibiza town most nights (30-40€ taxi each way)

Breakfast at the hotel is included and is a very good buffet.

Air con in room could have been better and also the gym looks amazing but I personally would have preferred a gym that is more functional and usable.

Overall a great hotel with a good concept but lacks a few things that one would hope to experience from a 5 star hotel, including some of the staffs attitudes.

There were very loud guests below us and when we called the desk saying they were blasting music and screaming at 7am the front desk said there was nothing they could do. If you're looking for a luxury stay near Sant Antoni, OKU is a great option. Two buildings - one surrounding the family pool (and contains the main lobby), and the other surrounding the adult only pool which tends to have louder music.

One area of improvement: soundproofing the rooms a bit better against street noise and hallway noise. I think people will understand perhaps some music played from the pools but it's not great to hear street noise or noise from hallways.

The hotel was honestly incredible, so clean and well looked after. The staff were amazing for the whole trip, nothing was too much for them! They would organise taxis, open all car doors, carry your luggage, turn down service in the evening etc. everybody was so friendly and would do everything possible to help. The facilities available were amazing, the whole hotel had a very chilled, relaxed feeling with the most gorgeous decor. 15 minute walk from San Antonio so easy to get to but also in a quiet area so not much noise at night, very close to a beach which was lovely. Overall very good location, hotel and facilities were incredible and the staff were amazing! Wouldn’t change anything about the trip. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool, bedrooms & restaurant are all top standard. The check in process can be slightly long winded and the communication skills of the reception staff leave a lot to be desired. I have stayed here twice and on both occasions they have lost luggage, or put it in a room that it wasn’t supposed to be in. I don’t feel like the care from the staff warrants a 5* status currently but it’s a newish hotel so hopefully will improve.

The design is really cool. The Location behind a huge old Hotel that is being renovated right now is less than ideal. The construction noise did not help.

One of the hero pictures shows a beach cove with no people. It is actually a public beach, 5minutes by foot away with a standard beach Hut that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Staff was very friendly except at the Japanese restaurant. The 50 Meter pool is great and kids are only allowed at the second pool and sunbed area which are completely separated - very good.

If this hotel would be first row to the sea and the breakfast would not miss a couple really good and special/healthy alternative dishes this hotel would be one of a kind ….

Enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be going back. The breakfast buffet and the quality of the food is incredible. Their drinks, restaurant and food everywhere was very tasty. The staff are so helpful, we stayed for 3 nights and it wasn’t enough. Can’t wait to go back.

Great stay

We loved the food, the valet parking service and the pools were great. Service was also impressive for Ibiza. We would have preferred to stay above the 50m pool but did not realise when booking that there were 2 areas. We had one of the last rooms available which was nice but a little small, with not a very good view and with travelling with a baby a good balcony we think is a necessity. So we would try to book a better room next time.
