Perfect location. Free car park NOT at the hotel- 0.2m away and if you can get a space (is a dirt space right at the bottom of the road and turn left. (Cafe mambo)
Hotel itself was perfect location, clean. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Can be loud (went out of season and it was so not sure when in season whether we would appreciate it.
Pool clean. Maid service great. Would definitely come again

The property was generally OK. The glass hot water kettle was dirty. There was a layer white dust inside the kettle. I gave up to get some hot tea/coffee with it. Also, If you rent a car, DO NOT park on the street. there were two blocks, every cars window was broken within one night. Obviously this kind thing not just happens in San Francisco.

We had a fabulous week staying at this property. A small but very friendly hotel in a lovely location - easily accessible to everywhere. The staff were friendly & helpful and the food was lovely. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meal choices were lovely, the evening meal was a menu choice rather than a buffet which made a nice change. The pool area was clean and a real sun trap - didn't experience the pool bar as it was a week before fully opening. Our room had a balcony and the bathroom was a decent size with a powerful shower, beds made & towel change daily. The only negative was that it was a double room but with the usual 2 single beds pushed together (I understand why they do this) normally they are clipped together but these were not and therefore the gap between them just opened up in the night! However that was our ONLY complaint! I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again, loved it!

Convenient. Really comfortable stay.

This seems to have been a \"Latin\" 70s town hotel? Polished marble and shiny walnut veneer in the old lift. We like that.

It's clearly expanded over a nice motorbike shop for local islanders, a pool seems to have been squeezed into a 'block' next to the hotel with a tiny pool terrace over the top of the motorbike shop, and a modern 'clubbers' pool bar.

On the other side of the reception is a kind of bistro, with football on the big screen, but not football loutish at all. At night more tanned girls dressed in 'Barbie' outfits than a football watching beer belly crowd. At day, flat-out girls in bikinis squeezed on bar sofas. Overall a sophisticated vibe with local shops and sophistication mixed in a surprisingly attractive street, concrete blocks but some nice trees and a green hill in the distance when we looked sideways from the balcony.

The town street maybe a tad noisy for some, with electric scooters and motor bikes, and a bit of clanging and banging, shop shutter and bin sort of thing. We enjoy the business-of-life type of noise and town life vibe. But, it's actually ultra sophisticated with Poke bowls in the convenience store and a light modern white Vietnamese restaurant and boutique hotels. So at first sight just a concrete block town street, and then actually much more pleasant.

We loved it, including our salmon & sesame Poke bowl hotel room picnic! Very near the bus station and no problem for a walk to the coast and coves.

The room I was given was extremely cold. I mistakenly thought it would eventually warm up however it didn't which resulted in me sleeping with layers of clothing on and a dreadful night
The following morning I complained and was informed that there had been a problem with that room's heating. Although my room was changed immediately I should never have been allocated a disfuncional room in the first place, especially in January.
Initially my second room seemed to be warmer, however I discovered that it was in fact due to the heat of the sun during the day time through the window. There was no warm air whatsoever coming through this system despite it being on the correct settings. I therefore decided to switch it off altogether and spent yet another freezing cold night. I did not wish to go through another room change and certainly did not wish to find out that I had been given yet another substandard room, I simply couldn't wait to get up the following day and leave.
I am now full of flu which and have severe back ache which can only be attributed to these two freezing cold night.
I am highly disgusted at been placed into rooms which I wouldn't even allow a dog to sleep.

We stayed at the hotel on the first and last day of our trip and found the check in process extremely efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel overall snd it’s location 7 minutes from the bus station. Breakfast was pleasant and the evening meal good (not great for vegetarians and there were 2 of us) but need to be more vegetarian options pasta with tomato and vegetables an easy and safe bet. Rooms were exceptionally clean as was the hotel and we would definately recommend it for price and comfort. Very happy overall

The reception staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, kind, helpful. I couldn’t be more complimentary of them.

The reception has been renovated but unfortunately the rooms definitely have not.

My room was very dark and smelled musty . You couldn’t leave your curtains of the tiny window open for light because rooms overlooked it from all angles.

My room had 3 beds and a sofa bed in it luckily because the mattresses on two of the beds were so old all the springs were sticking through and hideously uncomfortable. The mattress on the third bed was a new one so I slept on that and it was fine although for some reason that bed had cheap scratchy nylon sheets and pillowcases unlike the other bed.

Clean enough but smelled really old a musty .

On the day of check out someone came to knock on my door at 10am, 10:30am and 10:59am to check I would be out on the dot at 11 which I found totally bizarre and quite rude / annoying .

I wouldn’t stay there again. Can Beia is next door similar price and MUCH nicer. I only moved from one to the other because I stayed longer on the island than expected and can Beia was full for the last two days.

The location is PRIME for catching a disco bus or regular bus, walking to the beach, having food/drinks, and whatever else you're doing in the area. It was just right quality for the price, clean, and reasonably comfortable large rooms. They sell club tickets on site which was nice. I appreciated having the restaurant on-site as well where I could grab some food or waters for my room.

I REALLY appreciated the sitting little vanity table with a mirror to sit and do my hair/make-up every day.

I have no complaints other than the shower curtain was a pain and could be better/nicer/fresher. It's one of those cloth ones where the water goes right though it getting the floor soaked every time.

It would be nice to have the option to use hair dryers and an iron but the hostel did not have this available.

Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Perhaps I’m too old, and it might be just fine for partiers in their 20s. Within one minute of arriving a half naked girl from the room next door knocked on the door to ask for a condom. Apparently finally found one. Impossible to get any sleep aside from 7am to 9am due to the thinnest walls that ever did exist. “Fresh” roll of toilet paper was dirty. If you want a towel for the pool or a hair dryer, you have to give a deposit. Room smelled like an ashtray. Luggage storage room was nasty and not at all secure (open, behind the bar by the pool). I have now truly experienced the meaning of “you get what you pay for.”

The staff are just bluntly rude and expect you to know thier hotel like you work there yourself, they have no facilities apart from thier boring pool that noone uses. They don’t have simple kettle nor hairdryers, u comfortable bed. The only good thing is that the hotel is located walking distance to some expensive restaurants and the boat services everything else is trash and the kebab is also trash.

Great hotel 6 minutes from the port and from the sunset strip. We booked a deluxe room which was nice and spacious with a quite incredible bathroom and 2 balconies. It has a pool and a restaurant, which looks reasonably priced although we didn't eat there.

Would definitely stay there again.

First time in Ibiza for me and I really loved it as most of the crazy clubbers had left and the party venues were closing down if not already closed. Unfortunately for me some nutters arrived the next day for a few days and made it impossible to sleep but that aside I liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone with a small budget. The room was meant for three people and it wasn't squashed so it was a nice big space for me on my own! Air con was included in the price but to be honest it wasn't scorching hot so I didn't need it on. I'm pretty sure the towels were changed and rooms cleaned daily. Didn't have breakfast but it was buffet style for six euros fifty. The pool is small but OK for dipping in and out of whilst sunbathing on the upper terrace. There were 2 huge bed loungers if that's what they're called and a dozen or so sunbeds. Nice beach towels were available for fifteen euros deposit - a really good idea which I've not come across before. The hotel's location is excellent being very close to shops and supermarkets, the beach/marina is only 10 mins walk away. The receptionists were overall quite nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked this hotel because it was the cheapest, and near the beach, with a hotel swimming pool. For the price, I can't complain.
Contrary to the information on Expedia, there is no airport shuttle, so we caught a bus from the airport, and I had to walk half a mile from the bus stop at midnight (with my 2 kids and our luggage) to reach the hotel.
The room was spacious, but dark, and unappealing, with an unfortunate smell, although the smell lifted after leaving the (small) window open overnight. The beds were quite hard, but I like a hard bed, so it was fine for me.
This was the first hotel room I've seen with no kettle - a big disappointment for a tea addict.
The hotel offers a dish of the day but the food was awful; just frozen food heated up, with average fries.
We ate in the hotel restaurant one night; delightful waitress, but, again, the food was disappointing, and served with frozen veg which was grim.
To be fair, at the price they charged, they run a great little hotel, very convenient, so overall, we had a nice holiday.

For £38 I cannot complain. I had a late flight into Ibizia and decided to stay here for the first night then off to my all inclusive hotel to enjoy my vacation. The reception is open 24/7 which is perfect. The hotel is very local and is literally in the town centre. If you're looking for an amazing night out this is the perfect hotel as it's located in the \"WEST END\". A 3 minute walk from the clubs. Despite the clubs being so close to the hotel it doesn't disturb you.... It took me ages to sleep as the bed felt a bit hard and my gosh the room above us walked around nearly all night.

The hotel also provide breakfast for only €6 however I didn't take advantage of this as I was fast asleep.

Being honest my overall stay was okay not sure if I would stay here again though because the duvets did not have cover and instead were just blankets and they just made me feel unclean. Had to sleep on a towel and under the sheet and even then it took me ages to fall asleep o.O

This hotel or hostel that it was sold at was a pleasant surprise. The room was big with two balconies walk in wardrobe and large bathroom. The hotel itself and room was clean and consistently maintained. The wall were very thin so you could hear everything plus do not expect a good night's sleep at all. Buy this is ibiza and people are coming and going at all hour. Would recommend here as it was close to everything the beach,bars and bus station.

This is a great value hotel. You get way more for your money here than anywhere else in San Antony,arguably in Ibiza as well.
Nothing is briliant but everything is without flaws and altogether worthy of even much higher ranked hotels. Swimming pool was great,even spectacular for the hotel of this range. Breakfast lacks a bit in variety but for the pricmd you cannot fault it.
Hotel staff were always nice and at service. Information about transfers, tickets for the clubs are updated daily and always available at the reception.Prices of snacks and food at the pool bar are very decent.
I am extremely pleased with how much I got for my money in this hotel that I have decided to target this hotel on each of my next visits to Ibiza,if prices remain the same.

The room would have been great if it wasn't for the ants, now I understand that Ibiza has an Ant problem; but we told reception about the issue and they said \"you are the first people to ever complain about this\". After 5 days of complaining, having ants in the shower, on our skin and hair we are then told we can change our room (on the last night)- and the manager will speak to us on the last day. We complain to the manager/owner who says \"email me- and I'll get back to you in 2 weeks\"..... Appalling, unhygienic and disappointing. Don't waste your time here

Very friendly staff, they had many rooms left so let us decide and view couple rooms ourselves. Swimming pool is alright does the job. We stayed 14 nights at the hostel which I wouldn't recommend. I think 1 week max. is enough- the restaurant doesn't have a lot to offer so we ate the same meals all over again.
Now to the rooms- beds are ok, tv is very small-an old hd tv but does the job. Unfortunately we had bed bugs in our room which was a nightmare until the staff gave us the option to change the room. I'm sure previous visitors brought them with them but still aweful experience. Overall if you want to stay there for a couple days or a week for little money it's a good place but that's about it. The best of that place was the friendly staff.

Don't be put off by the pictures on the net, they really dosnt do this hotel justice. The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are more than adicut, the bath room was huge with room for both my adult daughters and i to do our hair and make up at the same time,both bed room and bath room were well lit with an abundance of sockets we have found even in better star hotel's this is rearly the case. The pool is gourgas and spotlasley clean and a wounderfull sun trap of a sunbathing area. A stones through away from all the hustle and bursal of the resort but surprisingly quiet on a night, we all slept well. I would most defanatly recommend and will returned to this hotel againe.

A good budget hotel that is close to the West End

We stayed here for around 5 days. The pool and lounge area was nice and clean. Our room was also cleanThe hotel was only a 5-15 minute walk from the beach, depending on which one you decided to go to. The cafe on location was also pretty good quality and very reasonably priced. There were two liquor stores on the same block as well was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The only complaints that I had was that the towels provided in the rooms were fairly dirty. The first set of sheet sheets we got were clean, but upon having them changed we found blood or some dark stain on both beds. I ended up using my own towel several times. Also, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well at all. You have to make sure that your balcony door and all other doors are closed. Even then it did little to cool the room.

Lastly, for those with concerns about noise. The hostel is far enough away from the main strip and the seaside that you won't really be bothered. We had a balcony room facing one of the streets. There was only one night when loud party goers woke us up with yell, but hey...you're in Ibiza. There's not much you can do about that.

Not a bad hotel. Basic but perfect for a few days stay. Free wifi is a big plus. It is also located in a place which is not far from the beach. Has plenty of shops, supermarkets around it. Be warned it is popular with 18-23 year olds who can be noisy. But I had no problems with that-we all were that age once!

When we first arrived at Hostal Florencio the reception area told us we were going to enjoy our stay. We were very wrong. The website stated the following for their standard rooms: Double or single occupancy - Beds were larger than your average single size bed :) Bathroom with shower and toilet Starter Kit - Shower was a dribble of water at different speeds :( TV and Wi-Fi - The TV had nothing but Spanish channels :( & the Wi-Fi did not work :( Mesa desk - Did not see the point of this if there was no mirror in front of it to turn it into a dressing table :( Air Conditioning and Heating - This worked but we did not use it as the rooms were cool enough :) We were expecting tea/coffee making facilities in the room & although it wasn't stated, we thought it was standard to have this facility but we were highly mistaken. Some of the hostel staff were very pleasant whilst others were rude - we didn't even get a 'did you enjoy your stay?' when we checked out. We opted for half board accommodation but the menus were very basic with 3 options each on starter, dinner & dessert for dinner - continental breakfast with stale bread & funny tasting ham for breakfast. An English breakfast was available separately for only 6 Euros & the dinners were just as cheap. The swimming pool is pretty much in the shade for a majority of the day as it is situated below the pool lounging area which is a sun huge trap. However location was ideal situated in the middle of the West End.

Basic but ideal for clubbing holiday!

I was a little worried about booking a hostel, but felt little difference to booking a 2/3* hotel. The rooms were clean, basic, everything you would need (inc private bathroom, daily fresh towels). Location 5 min walk to west end / 10 to beach. Quiet stay, had no trouble at all. The only thing to mention, the pool & sun loungers are on two levels which makes it difficult to be social with other hotel guests.

TV language was in Spanish, however, you can switch the language to English on the English programs.
Bathroom layout (toilet in particular) was too cosy for my liking.
There are a few stairs that cannot be avoided. Traveling heavy can produce some challenges.

Better than I thought!!

Awesome place for under 30. Breakfast is not much and shower is soap but the rest is amazing and for the price. I recommend!!!!

Hotel was much better than I expected, I don´t really understand the 1* rating! Hotel has 4 floors, room was big and nice and clean, everything worked. Only bad thing - walls are thin so you can here your neighbours well and can sleep only when they do:) But we didn´t come to Ibiza only to sleep so it didn´t bother really. Breakfast was also good although coffee was awful.

Hotel cómodo si te gustan las calas de esa zona, hay ola pero dando un par de vueltas sueles encontrar aparcamiento, habitación con 2 camas grandes y baño amplio, lo malo que no tiene balcón o ventana al exterior solo una pequeña ventana en el baño y habitación que dan a un pequeño patio cerrado x arriba x lo que no ves la calle x ninguna de ellas y da algo de sensación de agobio, limpieza muy buena, el ascensor hace mucho ruido cuando estas subiendo o bajando.

L’établissement dans l’ensemble est propre. Personnel de service restauration et bar agréable.
Parking soit disant « full » tous les jours mais, à force d’insister pour une place, c’est un terrain à 5 min fermé par une vielle barrière avec cadenas. Un parking où l’on se demande s’il on va retrouver sa voiture le lendemain…..
