O quarto era muito pequeno e não oferecia estrutura adequada para quem precisa trabalhar, pois não havia bancada para acomodar notebook nem cadeira apropriada. Também não era possível realizar refeições no quarto, já que não havia nenhuma bancada de apoio.

No domingo, durante o café da manhã, houve uma demora excessiva para disponibilização de copos e talheres, o que comprometeu significativamente o serviço.

De modo geral, a experiência ficou aquém do esperado. Único ponto positivo foi a limpeza dos quartos, impecável as moças que limpam os quartos e também o serviço de manobristas, pessoal muito simpático e atencioso.

Ótimo custo benefício

Estadia foi ótima, funcionários atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Nossa cama tinha um rangido bem forte de molas e a porta de entrada também. Além disso o serviço de quarto não trocou as toalhas e não repuseram os sabonetes, tivemos que pedir na recepção. Quanto ao hotel, estrutura ótimo, bem limpo e mantido. Café da manhã excelente e bem servido com horário bem estendido.

Hotel com um bom custo x benefício. Limpeza muito boa, em especial a camareira Roseli, sempre solícita. Café da manhã muito bom, mas poderia ter mais variedades de sucos e frutas. Deixo a minha observação sobre a piscina, como é uma cidade com uma temperatura mais baixa (fui em meados de julho), a mesma poderia ser aquecida, para que fosse possível desfrutar.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, o café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários bem atenciosos. Mas no quarto em que fiquei a TV era antiga, o box do banheiro era muito apertado e o elevador muito incerto no funcionamento. O estacionamento não era no hotel, funcionava 24h, mas fica um pouco longe e tem que deixar a chave.

Já foi bom o hotel, quando tinha gerência competente, que roubava café da manhã com os hóspedes, verificava se estava tudo ok. Já me hospedei várias vezes, mas não pretendo voltar mais, café da manhã está escasso, horrível na verdade. Nem copo de vidro tem mais. Copo plástico, suco misturado natural com artificial, leite em pó que não dilui. Os funcionários se esforçam para atender bem, mas parece que sentem até vergonha da falta de qualidade e variedade. Triste ver como caiu a qualidade. Depois de 4 anos me hospedando, agora não pretendo mais voltar.

Entrei na sexta e sai na terça. Sexta e sábado não tive o que reclamar . Super atenciosos e carismáticos, com ênfase no que ficava na porta do café da manhã e tb cuidava das bagagem . No domingo qdo trocou o pessoal , o hotel mudou . Pessoal mal humorado e até sem educação. Pedi e não foi arrumado o quarto , tive que pedir toalhas . O responsável por levar as bagagem teve a coragem de deixar as bagagens de um casal idoso na calçada, não colocando no carro e o idoso que colocou.
Na segunda meu filho veio me pegar cedo e eu estava indo tomar café, aí perguntei na recepção se meu filho poderia tomar somente um cafezinho comigo ao qual fiquei surpreso com a resposta que para isto teria que pagar R$40,00 ( quarenta) . É isto que queriam cobrar por um cafezinho. O hotel é bom o problema está em alguns funcionários

Old and outdated. The last renovation was done in the rooms was not done well. Badly misaligned tiles in the bathroom with a door that was barely 6 feet (1,80m) tall. Being 6’2” I almost lost my scalp a couple of times. There is NO air conditioning in the rooms.

For your safety do not stay in the hotel.

Where we can start... Never stay in this hotel, the company does not have any respect for you, they don't care about your safety. that is the words from one of their employes. The area is kinda dangerous, it is closet to the principal bus station in Curitiba, daytime is ok to walk but you MUST avoid at the night time. Let's start our trip: We arrived with two kids by car around 11:00 pm, they do not have anybody to help you with the suitcases, beside that the parking is 3 blocks from the hotel, when we arrived the receptionist, told us we need to drop off our car ourselves and walk back at 11:00 pm to the hotel, that was very scary. My husband parked the car and walked back to the hotel, and he said it is a lot of people sleeping in the street and strange people. For your safety, please avoid this hotel. After you get inside the hotel the breakfast is good the apartments are comfortable.

Budget hotel but very outdated

Budget hotel, outdated but kind of convenient to go about sightseeing in Curitiba. Near the bus station and easy access to public transportation. Location is not the safest place in Curitiba but this is Brazil, no place is 100% safe. Room is clean but very outdated and lacked comfort. The cheaper rate at Expedia does not refer to a room with air conditioning, beware of that! Staff is nice and accommodating but they can't do much about the dated conditions of the hotel.

O quarto é limpo e espaçoso com frigobar, camas bem arrumadas e espaçosas, travesseiros confortáveis, toalhas limpas, shampoo e sabonetes de brinde, ar condicionado novo do tipo split, funcionários educados e muito prestativos, estacionamento com o vallet que leva e traz o carro. Região excelente e segura. Café da manhã gostoso. Checkin e Checkout ágeis.
Porém tem alguns contras: o elevador é antigo e meio \"maluco\", você aperta o botão e as vezes não vem. A água do chuveiro, tem duas torneiras: quente e frio. A torneira fria é gelada. E a torneira quente é apenas \"morna\". Mesmo fechando completamente a torneira fria e deixando somente a quente aberta, a água não esquenta muito. O cartão eletrônico que abre a porta do quarto as vezes desconfigura, e você só descobre quando chega ao quarto, aí precisa chamar o elevador, descer até a recepção e refazer o código do cartão.

Tive que aguardar até 2a- feira para conversar com o financeiro, que não conseguiu identificar o pagamento realizado através da plataforma hoteis.com.
Novamente, despreparo.

Tive que enviar os prints da minha conta/ extrato do cartão, e mesmo assim insistiam que o valor não havia sido identificado.
Mais uma vez: despreparo.


Sem contar que ao retornar ao quarto de madrugada, a “recepção “ sabendo que as chaves haviam DESMAGNETIZADO, me fizeram subir ate o quarto ( depois de aguardar o elevador antigo chegar depois de quase 5 minutos), e ter que solicitar a liberação do acesso novamente.

Uma sequência de falhas que demonstraram falta de profissionalismo, falta de respeito, falta de responsabilidade com os clientes.

No domingo de manhã, como tinha um pouco maus de hospedes, faltou talheres, copos e xicaras para os clientes, eu tive que esperar uns 15 minutos para começar a tomar café.

Na questão do quarto, foi terrível, com ar condicionado muito ruim, barulhento, não gelada, além de ficar baixo no lado da cama fazendo barulho na da minha cabeça. O quarto não tinha uma mesa, ou bancada com cadeira, caso eu quisesse consumir alguma coisa no quarto.

Em relação aos funcionários, tinha poucos atendendo causando muito constrangimento, como pir exemplo no café da manhã e recepção.

Única coisa que funcionou perfeitamente foi o serviço de manobrista, muito simpáticos e rápidos, mas também tive que pagar a parte.

No geral estou muito decepcionado, sempre viajo a Curitiba pelo menos umas 8 vezes no ano e foi a ptimeira vez que fiquei em um hotel, assim. Minha maior decepção foi o quarto como disse acima, era pra descansar e relaxar sai mais cansado e estressado.

Quarto antigo, porém estava bem limpo. O café da manhã tinha opções saudáveis e era tudo fresco. O hotel não possui estacionamento, porém tem convênio com o estacionamento e tem manobrista que leva e trás o carro.

Achei uma ótima estadia, fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários, achei o quarto ótimo, café da manhã excelente, vi muitas avaliações negativas mas vejo falta de bom senso da parte de muitos hóspedes que pagam por um hotel 3 estrelas e esperam serviço de 5 estrelas, foram 2 diárias tranquilas, limpeza no quarto ok, único ponto que poderia colocar é a qualidade do colchão mas este não interferiu muito na qualidade do sono. Voltarei a ficar no hotel.

Atenção Necessária

Ar condicionado muito barulhento e com dificuldade para gelar o quarto, provavelmente necessita de manutenção. Porta externa do quarto estava torta, necessitando empurrar com força para fechar. Cheiro ruim no hall do elevador do quarto andar, solicitado a verificação no lixeira, etc. prometeram verificar e até a data da saída não verificaram, mantendo a lixeira cheia e sem providência alguma. Estacionamento meio distante, quadra de trás necessitando caminhar um tempo até chegar no local, o que em dia de chuva torna-se um desconforto.

Bom hotel porém com detalhes.

Bom hotel porém academia mal cuidada devido a uso inadequado dos hóspedes. Café da manhã excelente com pessoal se esforçando para repor os ingredientes. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Banheiro apertado porém limpo. A garagem fica longe, ao lado tem Estapar porém custo elevado quando há vaga, e a região merece atenção quanto a segurança.

Prestem atencão na avaliações

Hotel em um modo geral acaba sendo mediano, café, acomodação cama e travesseiro nada que surpreendeu positivamente...o que tambem deixa a desejar é o convênio garagem que fica \"longe\" do hotel, fica atras do hotel porem nao abrem a porta de trás o cliente precisa dar a volta na quadra para deixar o veiculo...

O prédio é mto antigo, apenas 2 elevadores lentos e cada um com capacidade pra 4 pessoas por vez. Banheiro mto pequeno e com mal cheiro. Paredes com bolhas descascando, parece infiltração. Ar condicionado antigo e próximo ao chão. Pela manhã tinha uma barata pra morrer no chão do quarto e café da manhã faltando pratos pra nos servirmos, precisamos usar os pires, e a reposição de alimentos tbem não foi feita. Infelizmente não fiz fotos.

Hotel familiar, bem localizado 😍

Foi muito bom, ar condicionado gelando, banheiro espaçoso, camas confortáveis, por falta de tempo não usamos a área de lazer, tem um ótimo café da manhã bem servido, toda hora funcionários repondo os itens. Localização excelente próximo a rodoferroviária. Indico o passeio de trem Serra Verde destino Morretes que tem uma vista exuberante para quem ama a natureza como eu vale cada centavo. Particularmente optei por ir de ônibus empresa Graciosa o horário das 9h da manhã passa pelo estrada da Graciosa que é linda ele faz uma parada para lanche quiosque com preço acessíveis aproveite para tirar fotos também; chega-se aproximadamente as 11h da manhã tempo para almoçar caminhado pela rua mais movimentada de Morretes e a volta para Curitiba AMEI ir de TREM 🚂, comprei antecipado os bilhetes obs. escolha o lado direito top.. saímos às 15h de Morretes e chegamos às 18 em Curitiba praticamente do lado do hotel😉. Sobre o estacionamento o hotel indica um que eles confiam éste fica na rua detrás pagamento a parte da estadia, e com carimbo do hotel tem desconto. Porém acha-se muitos outros na mesma rua detrás com preços mais acessíveis. Viagem em família Aproveitamos muito a programação de Natal do ano de 2024 foram muitos passeios. Simplesmente amamos tudo que fizemos.

O quarto era enorme, camas limpas e confortáveis. Ótima localização, bem central. Café da manhã era muito bom, mas no mês de dezembro que há uma grande quantidade de hóspedes, é importante aumentar a quantidade de funcionários na cozinha, pois dependendo do horário que vão tomar café os funcionários não estavam dando conta de repôr o buffet e limpar as mesas.

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários é muito boa, contudo o hotel não tem estacionamento, os elevadores não atendem a demanda e o banheiro do meu quarto estava com vazamento.

Atendeu o descanso da família

A localização é muito boa, perto do Jardim botanico, mercado e lanchonetes. Estacionamento na rua de trás com uma taxa a parte que vale muito a pena. Sai a noite e voltei tarde sem nenhum problema para tirar e guardar o carro novamente.
Café da manhã delicioso e variado.
Só não dou nota máxima, devido problema no elevador e minha mãe de 70 anos ter que subir 4 andares pela escada.

Bom custo benefício

As condições do hotel são razoáveis, é um estabelecimento antigo que poderia ser melhorado, principalmente nos elevadores. Outras questões básicas poderiam melhorar como o fornecimento de água no frigobar, que tem que ser comprada pelo hóspede na recepção. As condições de higiene são boas, a equipe de limpeza é esforçada e simpática. A localização do hotel é ótima e a região bem segura.
