Good location. Pool has a nice view. However, the room smelled terrible. The shower drain smelled like a sewer. They gave us a new room (great!). However, when we came back that evening, somehow our TV was on (we never turned it on). Then the AC unit began leaking during the night. It leaked all over our travel bag and the shelf it was sitting on. I used four towels drying everything. The rooms are old one bedroom studios that need renovating. Also the pool bathrooms also smell like a sewer. Very disappointed.

The hallway smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking area. The toilet was clogged. I asked for the room change and I was promptly taken care of. The mattresses are very old and the body \"sinks\" at lay down. The air-conditioner was smelly. The breakfast is very good, and some attendants were very helpful.

So tenho que reclamar da atendente julia, que fez pouco caso quando perguntei se havia algum quarto vago, se poderia entrar antes das duas, isso pq era 12:00. Muito sem profissionalismo. O hotel é bem aconchegante, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. O café da manhã foi muito bom e o atendimento sempre atencioso. O quarto parecia ter passado por uma reforma recente, estava agradável e bem cuidado, com banheiro parecendo novo. A televisão era simples, mas suficiente para a estadia. No geral, a experiência foi positiva do início ao fim, em um ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Recomendo o hotel para quem busca uma estadia tranquila e de qualidade.

Colchão horrível, torto. Travesseiro fino como um papel. Eu e meu companheiro de quarto acordamos com uma super dor nas costas. Quarto escuro e com uma janela acima do nível da cabeça, não dá pra ver nada e quase não entra luz. Esqueci um relógio de pulso e sumiram com ele. Não recomendo.

Fomos para Curitiba de moto, foi uma viagem de quase 300km. Enquanto meu marido foi colocar a moto na garagem eu subi para fazer o check in e ninguém me atendeu, o rapaz da recepção simplesmente ficou conversando com outro hóspede, só quando meu marido chegou e eu disse que ninguém ainda tinha me atendido que outro rapaz veio nos atender, coloquei que nossa previsão de chegada seria perto de 12:30 e chegamos 13:30 mas o quarto ainda não estava pronto, o ar do quarto era antigo e fazia bastante barulho e ficava bem en cima da cama. O quarto tinha um cheiro peculiar. O banheiro era bom e o chuveiro também. Em um determinado momento entrei no elevador e perguntei para a funcionária se estava subindo ela nem olhou na minha cara, apenas disse mexendo no celular \"descendo\". O corredor tem apenas um sensor de movimento então se o quarto for longe tem que andar um pedaço no escuro. Achei a divisória do quarto bem estranha. Voltaremos mas se não tiver outra opção por perto pois gostamos de ficar próximo ao shopping Estação. E também cobraram o preço da garagem errado, mas corrigiram o erro em seguida. A maioria dos funcionários precisam ser mais simpáticos, sempre que encontravamos alguém nas dependências em conum e nos davam bom dia sabíamos que eram hospedes.

Minha estadia foi muito ruim. As acomodações são velhas e em mal estado de conservação. Pedi um berço para a minha filha, e disponibilizaram um com o estofado rasgado. O banheiro tinha um cheiro muito ruim. O café da manhã é de baixa qualidade. Enfim, me decepcionei e me arrependi de ter reservado esse hotel para ficar com a minha família. Ainda bem que foi por apenas uma noite.

O chekin demorou mais de 50 minutos. Não encontravam nossa reserva, mesmo tendo sido enviada confirmação. O atendente apenas dizia que não era culpa dele e que não podia fazer nada. Quando entramos, havia número de travesseiros e toalhas menor que o número de pessoas. Os cartões de acesso estavam desmagnetizados, apenas um funcionava. O chuveiro saía água parecia um cano, não havia espalhamento da água. A porta do banheiro estava podre.

Lençol e travesseiros de baixa qualidade, quarto com certo barulho de obras à noite, e barulho de agua em algum cano de apartamento do lado. Fazia barulho de agua, mas muito alta, provavelmente era registro, e estava fazendo no apartamento que estava utilizando a agua, bastava o outro hospede ter aberto um pouco mais o registro e ia parar o barulho... Café da manhã bom, com bastante variedade. No entanto, não volto mais ali...

Diferente das fotos, decepção.
Ficamos inicialmente no quarto 510, um horror, o AC vivravs tanto que parecia que ia cair da parede! A compressor do AC fica dentro de uma caixa que gixa na copa, é impossível dormir com o barulho, o quarto estava velho é sujo, bem diferente das fotos.
Reclamei e nos trocaram pro 703, bem mais novo e com o equipamento de AC zerinho.

Simplesmente muito ruim.
Estrutura do hotel é velha e mal conservada. O quarto tem um armário sem portas, frigobar desligado e com cheiro ruim, as camas são tipo box mas com colchões antigos, tem uma ante sala com um sofá vermelho sujo. O banheiro foi reformado e mal acabado, aspecto de filme de terror e as toalhas pareciam folhas de papel com banho de perfume.

Quarto família bem grande, cama confortável. Estavamos em 4 hospédes conforme informado na reserva, e no quarto tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho, ligamos e nos mandaram mais 3, porém se é um quarto família com 2 camas de casal e 1 de solteiro, qual a lógica de ter 1 toalha só. Teto tava bem sujo, cheio de teias e puera grudada, com um aspirador da pra limpar. Localização boa. Estacionamento tem que pagar a parte. Café da manhã bom, restaurante grande.

Tive uma hospedagem horrível, começando pelo check-in que fui atendido com muito desprezo,pelo jeito não sabem receber gender de fora de Curitiba. Aí descobri que eu teria que pagar uma diária de estacionamento, mesmo no anúncio dizer que estava disponível, quando questionei, aí fui tratado com mais desprezo ainda, e ainda disseram que tinha que pagar e pronto, que no site estava errado, pois é, o site está errado porque eles colocaram errado. O quarto era grande, mas com um cheiro horrível, box do banheiro muito nojento, piso madeira todo estufado nas emendas, geladeira cheia de ferrugem, toalhas mais velhas que a minha vó!

Quando chegamos, a recepção queria cobrar novamente a diária, que já estava paga pelo aplicativo. Precisamos abrir a fatura do cartão para provar o pagamento. A descrição do estacionamento no anúncio induz ao erro de que ele está incluso, quando na verdade é cobrado a parte na chegada. Quarto antigo e não muito confortável, mas ok pelo preço cobrado. Atendimento salvo pelos atendentes do estacionamento, que são prestativos e simpáticos.
