I stayed in a comfortable duplex room with huge windows (nice view). Service and breakfast is ok. Location is downtown near to almost everything, but Curitiba is not safe at night. It's just one block from XV Street (Flowers St.) and very easy to take a bus (lots of bus stations nearby).

Nice location but lacking some essentials

Nice place but it is a 'flat' that doesn't have anything but a fridge and oven. There are no plates, forks, knives, matches to light the oven, pans, etc. So that made it a bit difficult.

Lugar razoável, infelizmente esperava mais por ser um flat: nao tinha fogao, nao tinha itens de cozinha, optei por um flat inclusive para poder cozinhar e nao consegui.

O Hotel Bristol é uma boa opção.

Pontos positivos: Tem ótima localização, o Flat é bem agradável, confortável, arejado, tem ótima vista da rua, tem cozinha, fogão, pia, balcão, dando a opção para quem quer cozinhar, mas precisa solicitar os utensílios de cozinha.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com tudo o que é necessário (café, leite, frutas, bolos, pães, iogurte, cereais, ovos mexidos).

Pontos negativos:
O Estacionamento não pertence ao hotel, fica ao lado, mas não tem acesso pelos fundos, e a recepção informa apenas quando o hóspede chega ao hotel. Acho que isso deveria ser informado ao hóspede na página da reserva, para que o mesmo se organize com as malas, porque dependendo da quantidade é muito desagradável, e um grande transtorno para subir as malas pelo entrada frente, fora que o estacionamento é aberto ao público e as vagas do hotel ficam no último piso.
O controle do carro no estacionamento é um papel que temos que pegar no hotel toda vez que for pegar o carro e deixar no estacionamento e vice versa. Um dia deixamos o papel, e no outro dia sumiram o papel, e a recepção ao invés de verificar o que aconteceu, simplesmente falava que não tinhamos deixado lá, e que era pra pegar segunda via, um transtorno, pegamos a segunda via e quando voltamos, o papelzinho apareceu e fingiram que nada aconteceu, errar é humano, mas precisamos reconhecer nossos erros.

No geral a estadia foi boa , com pontos importantes a melhorar , o café da manhã tem itens que não são de muita qualidade como por exemplo pães muito antigos e ressecados que por incrível que pareça tornam servir no dia seguinte , no turno da noite me deparei com um recepcionista extremamente grosseiro que me tratou com total indiferença ao pedir uma informação , outro ponto a melhorar é a vazão de água do chuveiro que é muito reduzida , fora essas ocorrências o flat é muito confortável e extremamente limpo !

ótimo custo benefício, tinha tudo que precisávamos, colocaram a gente em um andar bem alto e tinha uma vista muito agradável. A cama é grande, tem cabides, toalhas, shampoo e condicionador do hotel, banheiro muito limpo, ar condicionado funcionando, água quente no chuveiro e café da manhã com todo o necessário.

Excelente opção no centro da cidade

Considerando minha estadia de dois dias, recomendo o Bristol como uma excelente opção para quem quer ficar no centro. Perto de diversas opções comerciais e gastronômicas, e o melhor de tudo, dá pra ir à pé. Inclusive a muitos pontos turísticos. Além disso, virando a esquina fica o ponto do ônibus turístico. Não é um hotel moderno, não tem os porcelanatos e decorações de hoje, a própria recepção \"assusta\" a primeira vista por ser bem simples, mas tudo está de acordo, não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Minha opção de quarto simples (que resulta em quarto, sala, banheiro, cozinha e até lavanderia) é maior do que muitos apartamentos modernos de hoje. Espaçoso, silencioso e muito bem limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, com serviço nota 10 de seu atendente.

A estadia foi muito boa! Localização central, facilitando o deslocamento para diversos lugares, e é possível ir a pé até a Rua 24 Horas.

Pontos positivos: O flat é muito amplo, com espaços generosos no quarto, sala e banheiro, além de janelas grandes. O café da manhã é bem servido.

Pontos a melhorar: Seria interessante ter alguns utensílios de cozinha para quem deseja preparar algo, pois atualmente há apenas copos disponíveis. Um espelho extra no quarto ou na sala, além de um ventilador na sala, também seriam bem-vindos. Mais canais na TV fariam uma diferença positiva.

Eu e minha esposa tivemos uma ótima estada no hotel Bristol. O hotel fica bem localizado, tem um bom café da manhã e bom restaurante, fácil acesso para vários pontos de destaque da cidade. Um ponto negativo, a torneira de água fria do banheiro do mezanino não está funcionando.

A localização é boa, dá pra ir a vários locais a pé. O estacionamento é no prédio do hotel, porém não pertence a ele, então para acessá-lo é necessário ir pela parte de fora e o pagamento é feito no hotel no checkout. As instalações são antigas, são boas, mas poderiam receber uma reforma. Não tem utensílios para usar a cozinha do quarto, tem um fogão, que acaba não sendo útil, poderia ser um microondas. O frigobar é velho, tem que empurrar a porta em todos os cantos para fechar bem. A vantagem é o tamanho do quarto, que é um apartamento basicamente. O café da manhã é bom, nada a reclamar. O elevador fica difícil de usar após as 9h, muita gente descendo pro café da manhã ou pra fazer checkout.

Segunda vez em Curitiba, mais uma vez fiquei no BRISTOL METROPOLITAN, gostei muito, acomodação espaçosa, cozinha à parte completa, sala e quarto separado, pequena sacada voltada para a praça Rui Barbosa( vista bacana ). O atendimento nota 10, pessoal da recepção, Vander, Felipe, Vinícius, entre outros, sempre muito solícitos e ajudam no que for preciso, as camareiras também nota 10 , se você não coloca o pedido na porta para arrumar elas passam todos os dias perguntando se deseja arrumação do apartamento. O café da manhã é excelente, bem variado e servido das 06 às 10 da manhã. A localização do hotel muito boa, no centro, dá para andar bastante e fazer compras a pé. O único senão fica por conta do estacionamento, pago e meio apertado, pois a empresa recebe carros da comunidade em geral, fora isso, muito bom, recomendo.

Quarto amplo com cozinha, apesar do chuveiro ruim

O hotel é bem localizado, no coração do centro de Curitiba. Mas não recomendo para pessoas com problemas de acessibilidade. A garagem não possui acesso por elevador ao hotel, é preciso subir uma rampa, a mesma dos carros, bem difícil para quem tem dificuldade.
O bom da suíte é que temos uma ampla sala integrada com cozinha completa, forno e fogão. O hotel fornece os utensílios de cozinha. O quarto é separado e muito amplo. Na pandemia, essa separação de quarto com a sala, traz mais segurança.
O chuveiro é ruim. O ponto mais negativo do hotel. A água esfria ou interrompe repentinamente. É muito desconfortável, no meio do banho passar frio porque há problemas com o chuveiro. Após uns minutos volta a funcionar. Mas o desconforto é muito grande.
Os funcionários são todos muito educados e respeitosos.

Hotel com OTIMO custo benefício, quartos enormes, com sala, cozinha americana, banheiro e quartos grandes, roupa de cama e banho limpinhas, com produtinhos no banheiro de qualidade pra higiene pessoal. Só sentimos falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas no geral, o que tinha nos ajudou muito! Café da manhã variado, com muitas opções e o atendimento sempre muito bom também! voltaremos com certeza

Muito boa a estadia, a acomodação é ampla, quarto,sala, cozinha, pequena área de serviço e varanda, um apartamento bem espaçoso. A localização do hotel é ótima, no centro, dá para andar bastante a pé. Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado com pães, bolos ,frios, frutas,etc. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, uma equipe bem profissional com destaque para o Felipe que nos atendeu muito bem por telefone e pessoalmente também. Excelente! Recomendo em Curitiba o Bristol Metropolitan.

Hotel na regiao central de facil acesso a bons restaurantes no Batel de uber ou carro. A regiao a noite fica um pouco deserta, mas chegando de carro nao há problema algum. Estacionamento no subsolo com preço bom devido o convenio com o hotel. Quarto duplex excelente, boa cama, bom banheiro, chuveiro, toalhas e etc. Devido o quarto ser duplex, voce nao se sente em um quarto de hotel, fica totalmente confortavel. Essa foi a segunda vez que fiquei nesse hotel e recomendo sem duvida... pelo valor do hotel, é muito bom o que voce encontra. Cafe da manha excelente, com diversas opçoes de bolos (acho que é feito no proprio local), paes, sucos, frutas e etc...Atendimento rapido no checkin e checkout.

Na chegada percebi que havia deixado a identidade de minha filha em Florianópolis e fomos muito mal atendido, o atendente disse que sem a identidade não poderíamos fazer check in. Voltamos depois das 22 horas para Florianópolis , a viagem foi muito cansativa e perigosa e aqui soube que poderíamos fazer um BO e nos hospedado, o atendente não nos deu qualquer possibilidade, realmente ficamos com uma péssima impressão, além do prejuízo, já que fizemos o pagamento antecipado

Hotel sem manutenção. Primeiro quarto que nos colocaram a porta do frigobar estava caindo. Nos mudaram de quarto, os problemas foram ainda maiores: sem sinal de internet, ar condicionado com problemas, sinal da TV (NET) caindo a cada 5 minutos. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos, fizeram o possível para resolver os problemas, mas a resolução não estava ao alcance deles ... Não recomendamos o hotel.

Hotel muito bom, o quarto é enorme, super confortável, tem uma TV maravilhosa e ar condicionado, a cama é ótima também! O banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. A estrutura do hotel é meio antiga, mas nada que prejudique a estadia, é até bonito, é bastante arejado e com janelas enormes com uma vista super legal! Recomendo!!
