Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

Excelente café da manhã, tem que está no buffer até 9 horas no máximo pois as opções de reposição vão diminuindo, excelente opções de café expresso e manual, variedades de pães e equipamentos para quem gosta de sanduíche quentes, atendimento de todos da governança, atendimento na recepção, impecável, todos muito educados e solícitos. Usei a sinalização de optar por não trocar roupa de cama e toalha, um diferencial da rede no sentido de economia de água e energia, não precisei afinal fiquei somente 3 dias. O atendimento no 0800 foi eficiência também.

Parecem que trabalham a força. Tanto os homens como as mulhres. Se não gostam do que faz, estão bom de mudar de ramos. Cafe da manhã antes era incluso. Hoje é carissimo! Na recepção tem um Microondas velho e cheio de sujeira. Eles não tem coragem hem limpar, muito menos mandar alguém limpsr. Tive nojo de usar o microondas. Isso pq eles oferecem varios lanches congelados. Mas com aquele microondas todo enferrujado e sujo, que deve passar barata dentro, a pessoa pode pegar até uma bactéria. Drus me livre. Imundo o microondas deles.

A cama da criança não foi providenciada, onde a orientação era que ela dormisse na mesma cama do casal por ter menos de 7 anos. Insisti para ao menos tivessem um colchão complementar, que foi oferecido bem sujo e sem lençol. Tivemos que dormir em 3 na mesma cama.

Quarto limpo, porem tem uma caixa de dijunntores que faz muito barulho. Em outras vezes ja tive esse probleminha. Mas o que realmente está muitíssimo ruim é o colchão! Faz uma canoa onde quer que vc deite. Também não é a primeira vez. Em outra ocasião reclamei na recepção e a camareira colocou um edredom dobrado para amenizar o desconforto.

A Limpeza estava excelente o quarto é muito confortável. O único ponto “negativo” foi o primeiro contato com a recepcionista, pois cheguei antes do horário do check in e perguntei se haveria possibilidade de liberar o quarto, mesma informou que nao. Entendo que seja uma norma do hotel, mas um pouco de simpatia até para dar um NÃO ao cliente é bem vindo.
