Quarto amplo. Bom pequeno almoço, acima da média, com bastante variedade. Camas confortáveis. Boa limpeza e bom duche. Zona da piscina agradável, piscina pequena com 8m de comprimento. O ginásio é pequeno, tem apenas uma passadeira, uma bicicleta e um aparelho para musculação. Móveis do quarto muito velhos mas não prejudicam a estadia, estão em boas condições.

Me impressionei positivamente com o hotel. Inicialmente com a cordialidade e respeito que fui atendido tanto na recepção, quanto com os demais colaboradores.
Ficamos no quarto família e gostei, além da cama de casal, havia uma cama de solteiro e um sofá cama de casa. Ainda no quarto havia uma pia e cooking top, o que ajudou na cocção da comidinha do bebe.
O café também é um destaque, com uma variedade interessante.

Viajei com minha familia, minha esposa e minha filha de 2 anos. Escolhi o hotel pois era indicado para familias. porém o hotel não tem espaço kids. Existe um pequeno espaço contendo uma mesa, papel e lápis colorido. O conforto tem que melhorar muito, fiquei no quarto 1111. O colchão da cama de casal é duro, nem um pouco confortável. No primeiro dia, caiu a maçaneta da porta do banheiro. Quando limpavam o quarto, não colocavam sabonete. A Televisão muito antiga, a imagem era muito escura e praticamente alguns canais não era possível assistir. O que mais incomodou foi o som ambiente nos corredores, era muito alto, tanto é que se escutava dentro do quarto. Pedi para diminuir o volume, mas o pessoal da recepção disse que não era possível. Eu não sou obrigado a escutar musica. O som ficava ligado até as 22 horas. Tenho criança pequena, a qual dorme cedo. Escolhi ficar num hotel, para ter paz e sossego na passada do ano, mas não foi isso que aconteceu. Outro problema gravíssimo é na hora de tomar café da manhã, o restaurante do hotel não é compatível com a capacidade de hospedes. Teve dia que se formava fila, para entrar no restaurante, tendo mais de 20 pessoas na espera, Sugestão ampliar a área do restaurante, pois o momento da refeição tem que ser tranquilo. Único ponto que merece 5 estrelas é a educação e excelente atendimento dos funcionários.

Ponto positivo - Os funcionários são muito prestativos, estão de parabéns. A localização é ótima, o café, muito bom, os aposentos são bem equipados.

Ponto negativo - O quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos, houve um atraso de meia hora, e o chão não estava bem limpo. Também ao redor da piscina, havia itens deixados por hóspedes e não havia sido limpa de um dia para o outro. Ar-condicionado estava pingando no interior do quarto.

Um ponto negativo o atendimento. Tivemos duas situações chatas de entrarem no nosso quarto sem a nossa presença e sem autorização da limpeza. Quando questionamos o fato na recepção, o atendente foi muito deselegante e ainda quando voltamos do passeio nosso quarto estava sem a limpeza.

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém o quarto que fiquei com aspecto de velho, sofá cama ruim, paredes do quarto precisando de pintura, pontos na parede onde a tinta está estufando, não emprestam taças para o hóspede tomar um vinho de sua preferência, nem mesmo na área do restaurante, sem levar para o quarto… enfim pouco provável meu retorno se eu precisar hospedar em Curitiba novamente.

Esperava mais de um hotel Slavieiro

No ato da reserva solicitamos cama de casal no portal Hotéis e enviamos MSN para o hotel com a solicitação, quando chegamos a recepcionista informou que não receberam a solicitação e no momento não tinham como faze ló pelo hotel estar lotado, detalhe era só juntar as camas.
No primeiro dia quebrou 1 dos elevadores, tornando a espera de no mínimo 10 min afinal o hotel estava lotado.
Impossível usar a piscina devido a lotação do hotel.
Box do banheiro cheio de limo nos rejuntes, privada vazando.
No momento do check out, descemos direto para garagem para arrumar as malas no carro, o manobrista foi grosseiro dizendo que não poderíamos fazer isso, que o hotel não permitia, fiquei sem entender como o hotel não permite que possamos arrumar as malas no porta malas na garagem, queriam que arrumássemos na porta do hotel!?

Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Excelente localização. Pertinho da rua 24 horas, shopping Curitiba, shopping Estação e fácil acesso à vários pontos turísticos. Quarto enorme, com antessala e uma pequena cozinha. Chuveiro excelente, boa cama e acessórios. Quarto com cofre, frigobar, ar condicionado e cortinas blackout. Café da manhã muito bom e com várias opções. Único ponto negativo é o tamanho do elevadores que são bem pequenos e costuma demorar muito no final de semana e em horário de pico. Num retorno à Curitiba, com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Foi tudo maravilhoso. Funcionários gentis. Localização boa. Quarto amplo e limpo, com cozinha. Saunas ótimas (seca e vapor). Piscina pequena (largura 3m; comprimento: 8m; profundidade: 1m) e não é aquecida; porém é muito limpa.
Café da manha excepcional (5 tipos de geléias caseiras; grande variedades de frutas). Reposição rápida. Ótimo custo x benefício.

Pelo nome que ostenta, esperava mais do Slaviero Curitiba Shopping. Quartos com uma acústica terrível, pois era possível escutar a conversa no quarto vizinho, serviço de alguns atendentes muito ruim, pois ontem dia 22/06 eu pedi uma taça para tomar o meu vinho no quarto e fui informado que não seria possível fornecer, a não ser que eu comprasse um vinho do hotel.

A experiência não foi boa. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, que oscilava entre quente e frio, tornando o banho bastante desconfortável. Acionei a recepção que solicitou o serviço de manutenção, que disse que não havia nada errado, e ainda, que eu não sabia usar o chuveiro. O problema persistiu até o fim da estadia, me tirando o conforto de um bom banho quente ao fim do dia. Além disso, o quarto tinha mofo e pontos de infiltração na parede, com móveis velhos. O banheiro não fechava a porta pois não tinha maçaneta. Enfim, era uma viagem de família para comemoração do meu aniversário, gostaria apenas de conforto para um descanso no feriado.

Minha Hospedagem no Hotel foi ruim.

Durante as noites que passei no quarto nr 904, não dormi devido o barulho de pombos cantando na minha janela. Outra coisa que não concordo foi pela cobrança do estacionamento. Deixei meu carro por 3 dias, me cobraram R$ 138,00 reais. Eu não fui previamente informado disso, do contrário, eu não tinha ficado nesse hotel. E, por ultimo, o elevador é extremamente pequeno, mal cabe 4 pessoas com bagagens. Minha experiencia foi ruim, eu não volto mais nesse hotel.
