Um único detalhe, eu preciso de internet para exercer meu trabalho, no meu quarto ela estava muito lenta e acabou me atrapalhando um pouco. Tive que ir pra recepção pois lá estava funcionando melhor. Então acabou sendo um pouco prejudicial pra mim e para minha experiência. No mais, só elogios para todos os funcionários e o hotel!

Essa é segunda vez que eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos neste hotel. A primeira estadia foi excelente, porém nessa segunda estadia, não gostamos. Nessa segunda estadia, tivemos problemas com o frigobar, o técnico foi 2x para arrumar, porém não resolveu o problema. A recepção nos trocou de quarto, mas ao chegar no “novo” quarto, tinham camas de solteiro, como colocam um casal com camas de solteiro? A dúvida é, só esse o frigobar estava funcionando? Como era tarde e só ficariamos uma noite, optamos por não questionar a recepção mais uma vez, porém saímos mais cedo do hotel.

Minha estadia foi péssima.Já fiquei no hotel outra vez . Levei amigos.Desta vez , levei os irmãos do meu marido e as avós . Uma das avós , 82 anos ficou doente no dia em q chegamos . O pessoal da recepção do hotel não pode nos emprestar uma colher para ela tomar o remédio . O hotel não serve nada de comida . A moça do café da manhã disse q iria abrir uma excessão para liberar o café para vc ela no quarto . Não tinha uma bandeija para eu levar o café . Tive q subir e descer em 3 etapas. Copos e pratos plásticos na mão .

Tivemos uma boa experiência no Luz Hotel. Localização: Boa, apesar de afastado do centro, conseguimos nos locomover facilmente pelo Uber e 99. Apesar de estar de frente a rodoviária, o entorno é limpo e organizado, e o barulho não chega a incomodar (ficamos no 1 andar de frente para a rua). Quarto: Não é grande, mas muito bem conservado, uma boa oferta de produtos no frigobar e um chuveiro excelente, como ótimo volume de água quente. Limpeza: Destaque, tudo muito limpo. Café: O padrão para hotéis com grande volume de hospedes. Área de lazer: Não utilizamos, mas fomos até lá e é exatamente como fotos de divulgação. Pontos de melhoria: Poderiam investir em instalar TVs nos quartos com opção de canais de streaming.

Estive de férias com minha mãe e minha irmã e pesquisei bastante antes de escolher um hotel. Optei pelo Luz devido às avaliações positivas e não me arrependi. Passamos quatro dias maravilhosos lá. O atendimento foi excelente, a acomodação muito confortável, os quartos são ótimos, o chuveiro é maravilhoso e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem. O café da manhã foi excepcional, com muitas opções, que variavam a cada dia: sucos, bolos, tortas, pães, cuscuz, entre outros. Também fizemos dois passeios com a equipe do hotel: um para a Argentina com o Sr. João e outro para o Paraguai com o Cícero pessoas incríveis nos forneceram todas as informações necessárias sobre onde comprar e comer. Sou muito grata também ao senhor de cabelo branco, cujo nome esqueci, que é muito atencioso e fica na recepção vendendo os passeios. Recomendo este hotel de coração e, sem dúvidas, voltaremos. Parabéns a toda equipe.

The checkin took a long time because of the passports, but the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accomodate us at a reasonable speed. I do really appreciate that.
As for the rooms, they were nice and clean with a bidet and decent shower, etc. I have no complaints about the room, we have 4 twin beds and so it was super comfortable.
Regarding the location, it was OK, not far from the border and some facilities, but a little further from the falls than I had hoped. In any case, we had a beautiful view of the city from there.
Breakfast, as was always the case whenever I went to any place in Brazil, was top notch! Loved it, and thank you!

We had our previous flight delayed so we could only enjoy the hotel for 3 hours.
Although it was a short stay, it has been one of the best ever!
Alexander at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed us an extra hour check-out to get ready for our next leg of our journey home - it was priceless!!
Next time around we will make sure to stay a lot longer.

A localização é um dos pontos altos: fica a uma pequena distância da rodoviária e dos ônibus que fazem o trajeto para Ciudad del Este , além de estar bem perto do centro (em torno de R$10,00 de Uber ao Shopping JL e R$20,00 ao shopping Catuaí), o que facilita muito os passeios e deslocamentos.
Os quartos são impecáveis – sempre limpos e silenciosos, perfeitos para descansar. O café da manhã é farto e bem variado, com opções para todos os gostos, de frutas frescas a pães, bolos e salgados quentinhos. Cada dia havia uma novidade.
O hotel tem piscina, mas nos dias de frio e chuva, a hidromassagem foi uma ótima substituta, relaxante e acolhedora.
