Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

While the hotel was generally clean the white sheets were in need of changing as they had taken on a yellow hue and were stained. Good price but the parking will double your cost.

O hotel é ok. Não foi uma experiência muito satisfatória pois o chuveiro saia pouca água e não estava quente, infelizmente não tivemos a experiência de “chuveiro de hotel”. O elevador é pequeno e só tem dois, sendo que um estava estragado, era uma missão quase impossível conseguir elevador, principalmente nos horários de café da manhã. O café da manhã é bom mas tem poucas opções. Não consegui garagem no primeiro dia, o estacionamento do hotel é pequeno e vi que mais pessoas tbm não estavam conseguindo, gastei mais de R$50,00 no shopping ao lado do hotel pra uma noite.

Houve dia dos dois elevadores estarem quebrados, obrigado a subir de escada, típico barato que sai caro. Estacionamento a parte, 35,00 diária, decepção total, sem contar a limpeza, muito precária.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem no Centro da cidade, tendo nas proximidades restaurantes, supermercados e pontos turísticos, podendo alcançá-los à pé, sem necessidade de transportes extras. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e ágeis. As acomodações são honestas, sem nada surpreendente, mas também sem nada faltante. Os quartos têm frigobar, ar condicionado, cama confortável, mesa, cadeira, banheiro e chão carpetado. Há arrumação do quarto diariamente, com coleta de lixo, troca das roupas de cama e toalhas e reposição de papeis higiênicos e sabonetes. Shampus e condicionadores não são oferecidos. Já o café da manhã é muito bom. Servido das 6h30 às 10h, dá oportunidade tanto para os hóspedes que saem bem cedo quanto àqueles que optam pelo descanso e acordam tarde. O café é muito diverso e abundante, com variadas opções de frutas, pães, sucos, bolos, geleias, iogurtes, doces e cereais. As colaboradoras são muito atenciosas, pois quando uma opção se esgota, prontamente há a reposição. O valor cobrado pela estadia é justo pelos serviços oferecidos e vale a pena se hospedar no estabelecimento.

O corredor do quarto de fora infelizmente muito barulho, pessoas desrespeitando horário de silêncio, com barulho no corredor e falação. Acredito que se o hotel organizar isso pra que os hóspedes mantenham silêncio, ficaria muito melhor! Infelizmente brasileiro não respeita e não tem educação nesses locais coletivos. Mas de resto, tudo ok com o local, atendimento e localização!

Tem alguns horário críticos na recepção que fica um funcionário apenas e o hotel tem uma demanda alta, ai acaba deixando aguardando muito tempo para ser atendido. Alguns dias os elevadores estavam quebrando em alguns dias, tendo que subir 7 andares de escadas. Poucas tomadas no quarto e o cafe da manhã, era basicamente o mesmo todos os dias, seria interessante variar um pouco.

Primeiro: no momento da reserva consta “estacionamento disponível (sem manobrista). No momento que cheguei descobri que não tinha mais estacionamento disponível. Tive que deixar em estacionamento particular, com prejuízo de 60 reais. Com esse dinheiro pagaria estadia em outro hotel com estrutura melhor!
Segundo: O hotel é muito ruim. Só tinha um espelho de rosto no banheiro. Por sorte estava frio em Curitiba e nem precisamos utilizar o ar condicionado. Os sofás da recepção estão imundos, velhos, usados demais e com cheiro de mofo.
Terceiro: O café da manhã também não era bom. Os dois tipos de bolo que tinha estavam com a massa super pesada. Basica.
Enfim, não volto nunca mais, não indico. Sem chance de ser bem avaliado. A única coisa boa foram as funcionárias da cozinha, que durante o café foram super simpáticas.
Quarta: Fui incomodada as 1h da manhã quando cheguei de um evento … foram até o quarto e bateram na porta perguntado se eu tinha reserva. Poxaaa! Já tinha feito check in às 17h. Eles não anotam? A cama e os travesseiros deixam a desejar. Dessa vez o quarto que fiquei o ar condicionado estava ok, mas em outra estadia fiquei em um quarto em que o ar condicionado era muito barulhento. Seria boa se houvesse uma renovada nos quartos. Precisei buscar uma alternativa e pagar por fora. Prédio com mobília antiga e estrutura antiga, o qual está pedindo uma reforma urgente. Colchões muito moles, que afundam bastante quando se deita. Instalações elétricas precisam de atualização, pois o quarto pouco iluminafo e também possui poucas tomadas. O chuveiro esquenta bem, porém, a água está sem direção, espirrando muito para os lados. Infelizmente não recebe 3 estrelas.

O hotel de fato é antigo, isso eu sabia. Já fiquei em outros quartos do mesmo hotel que foram melhores. A limpeza deixa a desejar, mas o quarto em si é minimamente confortável com ar condicionado. Infelizmente, essa foi a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel.
Logo na chegada, fomos mal atendidos pelo recepcionista, com grosseria e total falta de profissionalismo.
No anúncio constava que o hotel possuía estacionamento, porém ao chegar fomos informados de que estava lotado, sem qualquer aviso prévio de que isso poderia acontecer. Por esse motivo, fomos obrigados a pagar R$ 160,00 de estacionamento externo por dois dias, um gasto inesperado e injusto.
O elevador é muito antigo e passa pouca segurança. Ao entrar no quarto, o cheiro era terrível. As paredes estavam sujas, com manchas visíveis, os espelhos completamente sujos e mal conservados.
O banheiro estava extremamente sujo, a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava e o ar-condicionado não funcionava, além de ser muito antigo.
Para completar, o café de péssima qualidade, quase nenhuma opção de frutas e pouquíssima variedade. Muito abaixo do mínimo aceitável.

A localização pelo Google maps leva o usuário após a estação, 500 MTS do local, quase achei que tinha caído num golpe porque não achava o local. só fui encontrar no Wase. O estacionamento próximo é caro, sem parceria com o hotel, o bwc estava sujo com a cesta de lixo cheia de outra estadia. Hotel decadente, bisognoso di molti miglioramenti e diverse riparazioni. Bagno cieco e con aspiratore non funzionante. L'acqua del lavandino defluiva con difficoltà (scarico semiostruito). Luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionante, per cui, essendo l'ambiente poco illuminato, risultava impossibile radersi. Tenda dell'unica finestra della camera troppo leggera, per cui al mattino entrava molta luce, facendomi svegliare all'alba. Prima colazione abbondante e variegata, ma molto ripetitiva e mancava qualsiasi tipo di brioches. Ubicazione dell'hotel molto comoda. Personale molto gentile.

O hotel cumpre o que promete, é um prédio antigo, mas reformado. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e possuem boa ventilação/iluminação, além de zelarem bem na limpeza. Na minha avaliação, para uma proposta de hospedagem 3 estrelas, está dentro dos conformes. Pontos a melhorar seriam a qualidade das toalhas e uma maior variedade de alimentos salgados no café da manhã, além do tradicional misto ou salsicha e ovo. Para mim que estava sem poder comer alimentos com açúcar acabou que ficou bem restrita a refeição, mas nada que tornasse minha experiência negativa.
