Café da manhã estava faltando organização, mesas todas sujas os clientes tendo que se virar para limpar as mesas, devido a falta de funcionário no local. O buffet do café da manhã estava faltando tudo com demora de reposição.

o hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, boa localização, sempre houve garagem para meu carro e quando todas as vagas do hotel foram ocupadas deixamos no estacionamento ao lado, coberto e protegido. única observação: os bolos do café da manhã não estavam macios embora fossem frescos.

A gentileza dos funcionários são o destaque, todos excelentes, o café da manha também muito bom. Mas estão em obras, barulho durante o dia, internet da TV péssima e ar condicionado pingando na cama, tivemos que trocar de quarto, garagem própria que cobram R$35 a diária sem manobrista.

O hotel é bem localizado. Tem café da manhã muito bom e é bem limpo. Porém, a cama é muito desconfortável. Solicitei uma cama de casal e quando fui dormir, notei que eram duas camas de solteiro unidas. Dava para sentir o corte do colchão no meio onde fazia a divisão. Além do colchão ser muito mole, que prejudica minha coluna. Wi-Fi de pessima qualidade. O sinal caía toda hora. Atendentes da recepção com pouca experiência e despreparados, sem treinamento adequado. Porém a equipe da cozinha e limpeza foram muito educados e atendem bem.

Amo o hotel, foi minha segunda vez em Curitiba e segunda vez hospedada lá. Café da manhã ótimo, a cama super confortável e tudo muito limpinho. As instalações são um pouco antigas mas bem conservadas e minha única crítica é que o quarto é bastante escuro. O valor da diária, na minha opinião, é um dos melhores custo-benefícios possível

Check in foi tranquilo. Inclusive me permitiram entrar no quarto antes do horário , as 12:30h. Banheiro do quarto estava bem limpo. Senti falta de uma toca de banho. O quarto tem tamanho bom. Internet tem sinal fraco. Lençol estava sujo, manchado. Acabei dormindo em cima da coberta. Nenhum lençol, fronha, cobertor ou toalha tinha cheiro de roupa lavada. Café da manhã bem satisfatório.
