Tive uma experiência muito boa no hotel, que foi escolhido por ser perto do local onde fui trabalhar. O quarto era amplo e com limpeza nota 10, colchão confortável, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade, uma ducha bem boa no banheiro... Porém, bem barulhento (aliás, imagino que todos os quartos voltados para a rua são barulhentos). Resolvi meu problema usando protetores auriculares. A TV não era boa, pois o som ia e vinha, o que não me incomodou porque não ligo para TV. O sinal de wifi é ótimo. O café da manhã é ótimo, com itens variados. O atendimento dos funcionários é bem cordial. E a cereja do bolo é a sopa de cortesia que o hotel oferece à noite. Adorei!!

Razoável. O tamanho dos quartos são bons, mas o tamanho e conforto das camas, deixa muito a desejar. O atendimento dos funcionários tbem é bom, no entanto, a acústica em relação aos veículos que transitam na rua, é péssima, em especial, nos andares mais baixos. Reclamamos e mudaram o nosso quarto para o ultimo andar, porém o desconforto da cama manteve-se. Nota 6.

O dia que fiquei hospedado, era passado da meia noite e as mulheres que limpam estavam fazendo a limpeza dos quartos, era impossível dormir, visto que ficavam arrastando as camas, fiz uma reclamação na portaria mas resolveu pouco. As pessoas da portaria não eram nada receptiva.

Quando vamos para Curitiba nem cogitamos mais outro hotel, este sempre é o que optamos, equipe sempre muito educada, limpeza excelente, a sopa que servem a noite é um detalhe muito legal, muito boa. A única cosa que nos incomodou dessa vez foi que o quarto que ficamos (136) escutávamos barulho do corredor a noite toda, situação que nunca tivemos em estadas anteriores.

Fiquei hospedada no hotel por 9 dias em família, ocupamos 3 quartos, nesse período a roupa de cama nunca foi trocada, as toalhas nos primeiros dias eram trocadas diariamente, depois não foram mais, apenas quando solicitávamos. O café da manhã era farto, mas não havia variedade,apenas o essencial, sempre a mesma coisa. Não há manobrista, como consta na descrição do hotel e o estacionamento é abaixo do hotel, não haveria necessidade de cobrança extra para hóspedes. O próprio hóspede que têm que se virar com bagagens, entre outras coisas, pois os recepcionistas não saem de trás do balcão. São atenciosos e educados, mas não ajudam.

O hotel é bom, mas pelo preço deveria ser bem melhor, os quartos são muito colados o que gera desconforto se alguém se importa com barulho, pois o abre e fecha de portas e limpeza dos quartos gera muito barulho pra quem quer dormir um pouco mais. No café da manhã o salão fica colado com uma área de eventos e o som fica muito alto e incomoda bastante para tomar o café da manhã com tranqulidade.

Quando cheguei no hotel um mendigo me abordou na porta, fiquei com medo e havia 2 funcionarios na recepção do hotel e nenhum se moveu para me auxiliar, até perguntei se era comum acontecer isso e falaram q não, perguntei se tinha perigo na região e falaram que não, mas podiam ter interferido.A sopa de cortesia foi requentada muitas vezes, e as funcionárias não são receptivas. Me cobraram 2 diárias e meia por 1 noite de hospedagem. Cheguei às 01:00 do dia 11/02 e sai às 15:00 do dia 12/02, ou seja, 27 horas de hospedagem.
Isto me chateou muito, o sistema quebrado de contagem de diárias é desagradável e desconfortante, o que trás a sensação de “ se eu chegar às 01:00 vou ter que aguardar na porta do hotel até as 14:00, Nara que assim não me cobrem uma diária extra”.
Fator que me faz não retornar a utilizar este estabelecimento, é muito menos o sistema de aplicativo contratante, que é falho quanto a esta situação.
