Staff spoke English and very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is better than some hotels near Parque Osorio. Super Muffato close by and Restaurant Alameda near the park has a very good lunch buffet. 😋 Rooms are big and, depending on the side of the hotel, very quiet. I will stay there again when in Curitiba.

Ficamos hospedados no último andar do hotel , apto 1204 , onde , parecia , que as máquinas dos elevadores estavam dentro do quarto . Barulho dia e noite , sempre que o elevador era usado.

É um hotel antigo, mas tudo funciona muito bem. A limpeza é adequada, funcionários gentis e educados. O café da manhã muito bom, com variedades e reposição adequada. A única coisa que nos desagradou foi a garagem, que apesar de paga deixa muito a desejar, é extremamente pequena, e difícil de estacionar, se for uma veículo maior é quase impossível. A sugestão é: não ofereçam garagem se as condições não são boas, há estacionamentos pagos com uma viabilidade melhor. De resto é um bom hotel pelo custo benefício.

Achei a recepcionista bem antipática, principalmente quando perguntei porque iriam desligar a energia logo de madrugada, na hora do descanso dos hospedes. Achei o povo bem sem noção em desligar a energia de noite pra arrumar um elevador, porque não fazer isso de dia quando os hospedes não estão no hotel? E ainda por cima estava muito calor e a recepcionista mandou eu abrir a janela pra dormir, como se isso fosse resolver o problema de calor. Meu Deus, que povo sem noção. Fora o mau atendimento e falta de noção, o apartamento é bom, grande, no quarto quase não se ouve barulho, porém achei muito escuro, falta iluminação no quarto, banheiro, sala. O café da manha é bom, nada extraordinário, a cama é boa, lençóis também. O melhor é a localização. Também comi dois pratos no hotel, comida deliciosa.

Ficamos encantados com o quarto, mesmo sendo antigo. Enorme, confortavel. O chão do quarto e do banheiro tinha muita fuligem, necessitando ser melhor varrido, passar pano umido pra limpar melhor . Mas a rua é movimentada demais, por essa razão, entra muita poeira. Os funcionários da recepção, tanto os do dia quanto os da noite foram muito atenciosos, com destaque para os jovens, um rapaz de cabelo maior e uma moça bonita, nos ajudaram com dicas e cordialidade. Passamos maravilhosamente bem nesse Hotel durante os muitos dias hospedados.

Hotel antigo, quarto muito barulhento pois é perto do elevador, canais de tv vários não funcionavam, algumas tomadas não funcionavam. Wi-Fi lento, torneira fria da pia do banheiro não funciona. Garagem do hotel é paga mas não havia vaga e foi indicado uma garagem de uma outra empresa em um outro quarteirão e a diária lá é mais caro do que a do hotel.

O unico ponto foi que eu nao destaquei que queria area de nao dumante e fui colocada num quarto que eatava todo impregnado de cheiro de cigarro. A principio nao notei, pois as janelas estavam todas abertas, ventilando. Mas quando fechei comecei a sintir. Como estava exausta, tentei me acomodar e no dia seguintw pedi outra acomodacao e fui prontamente atendida.

O hotel e a acomodação são ótimos! A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a cozinha do apartamento, existe o espaço com uma pia, o frigobar e duas bocas de fogão, mas não da para utilizar o fogão e o motivo de ter escolhido essa estadia era ter acesso a uma cozinha funcional, porque gosto de ter onde esquentar comida. Mas, com exceção desse detalhe eu adorei tudo nesse hotel, o quarto é ótimo, confortável e achei a limpeza ok, adorei o café da manhã e fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. O local também super tranquilo, de fácil acesso com mercado, farmácia e restaurantes a poucos metros, podendo fazer muita coisa a pé. Super recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.

Gosto de ficar no quarto mais alto dos hoteis quando estou em viagem e me colocaram em um ótimo quarto, distante dos elevadores, o quarto é amplo e tem vista para cidade de dois diferentes ângulos, nao tem sacada, mas é um excelente quarto.

Aplausos e elogios para o senhor que toca piano às 19hs no Hotel Duomo. Além de talentoso ele é extremamente simpático, um querido. Atende a solicitações de músicas, um senhor muito conhecedor de piano, culto, conta histórias sobre as músicas que toca, fala sobre os artistas que compuseram as músicas. Parabéns! Minha estadia não seria a mesma sem a presença desse notório pianista. Toda noite, queria voltar cedo para o hotel para poder escutá-lo e apreciar a sua arte.
