Bem localizado, equipe prestativa e café da manhã excelente!
Gostamos bastante da estadia, únicos pontos negativos: o tamanho do quarto duplo (a cama fica muito próxima à parede com a televisão e sempre esbarrávamos nela indo e voltando do banheiro), o isolamento acústico entre os quartos poderia ser melhor e os travesseiros eram muito altos e grossos, mas foram trocados quando solicitamos.
Mas o café da manhã merece todos os elogios, muito farto, com opções sem glúten e leite sem lactose todos os dias.

Funcionarios bastante cordiais e prestativos. Quarto pequeno e apertado, espaço entre a cama e a tv, bem apertado, uma pessoa mais encorpada não consegue passar. Cafe da manha muito bom. Estacionamento é um problema, demora para trazer o carro, tem que solicitar com antecedencia para não atrasar nos compromissos.

Efetuei uma reserva para minha família, 3 crianças e 2 adultos. Não me lembro como, descobri que os quartos não eram conjugados. Entrei em via telefone e fui informada que nenhuma unidade da rede Slaviero poderia nos receber em quartos conjugados. Solicitei então que fossem quartos no mesmo andar, pelo menos, pois somos uma família. Fui informada que isso só seria possível no momento da chegada ao hotel.
Após nossa chegada, ficamos uma noite em andares separados e depois tivemos que trocar um dos quartos. Fomos então informados que algumas outras unidades poderiam ter nos recebido melhor como família. Pois era isso que eu havia perguntado antes de nossa viagem quando liguei.
Acredito que um pouco mais de cuidado com uma família e qualquer outro hóspede seria o ideal. Obrigada.

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service.
Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning.

This is a very comfortable Hotel the bed is great and a decent size TV. Staff are very helpful and gave me advice on where to find the nearest supermarket and mall etc. Initially I booked the smaller cheaper room it's very small so I would recommend not taking the smaller room and going for the larger room it's only an extra few dollars.

All is well at the Slaviero Executive Batel.
We spent 2 weeks at the Slaviero Executive. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was great. Street noise was not a problem. If the noise got loud, we closed the window. Staff was responsive.

Para completar dia 26/12 acordei 11:30 da manhã e pedi late check out no hotel que estava aparentemente vazio me deram até 12:30 para sair ou pagar meia diária. Sai correndo sem tomar banho mas chateado pela falta de cintura e despreparo dos 2 funcionários da recepção. NÃO RECOMENDO A ESTADIA.

Outra questão que pegamos estacionamento com manobrista, mesmo deixando o carro lá por apenas 8h. Ao solicitarmos o carro pela manhã (pedem para solicitar com 15 minutos de antecedência), nos avisaram que o carro já estava disponível em frente ao hotel. Para nossa surpresa ele estava na rua mesmo, nem sabemos há quanto tempo estava lá e não estava com as portas travadas.
