We love staying at Bristol! It’s perfectly located with an average of R$ 8 Uber ride to anywhere in the immediate bubble. It’s also right across the mall, where its a super convenience (clothes, food, pharmacy, laundry)!

The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good english. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast choice (buffet style like the rest of the country). Walking distance to the airport shuttle stop, very good restaurants, and historic center. Large shopping mall across the street. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Excellent hotel for the price, the best value I had in Brasil so far.

In the heart of Curitiba right across from the Mail. Exellent neighborhood. The building is not out dated at all instead it is a Retro Style Design. The only carpet is on the hallways of each floor building access to the elevator. All rooms are wood laminate floor and porcelain bathroom. Small refrigerator and microwave. The hotel employees are well trained e very polite. The breakfast is really good and the menu for other meals is affordable. Very good for the money. I recommend it.

A limpeza do quarto estava impecável, porém nota-se algumas oportunidades de melhorias na propriedade como um todo (havia bastante rachaduras nas paredes). A equipe de funcionários no geral foi prestativa, tirando a pessoa que estava na recepção no momento do check-in, que respondeu com indiferença e rispidez minhas dúvidas sobre horário de funcionamento da piscina, academia, etc. a academia atendeu a necessidade de um treino rápido, compacta, mas funcional.

Dificuldade em conseguir retirar o carro da garagem pela de madrugada. Tínhamos um voo e precisamos fazer check out de madrugada, atendente fez o procedimento, porém o manobrista estava com dificuldade de retirar o carro do estacionamento e acabou ficando sem suporte da equipe do hotel para que o procedimento fosse realizado e o carro fosse retirado de forma eficaz.
Precisa melhorar a comunicação entre os funcionários pela madrugada, já que a recepção é 24 horas, precisaria de alguém lá para os orientar e auxiliar o manobrista. Ficamos aflitos na recepção sem saber o que estava acontecendo aguardando o carro enquanto o recepcionista desapareceu.

Foi boa a estadia, apesar de alguns pontos, o anúncio menciona estacionamento porém é pago e caro. A recepção demora a atender e precisei de uma troca de toalha e fiquei mais de 2 horas esperando e não chegou, tive que sair. Estava cheio e devido a isso o café da manhã estava sem alguns produtos e o pior que achei, eles pedem, através de comunicado, pra vc acordar mais cedo se vc quiser ter todas as opções do café e também se quiser sentar. Na recepção tinha algumas balas quando chegamos depois retiraram pq tava com muita gente. Então na minha opinião está na média, não vale o valor que pagamos na diária.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade. Na primeira noite, chegamos de madrugada e a TV estava sem sinal; ao pedir ajuda na recepção, fui informada de que não era responsabilidade dele era coisa de sinal da operadora. No dia seguinte, outro recepcionista resolveu o problema com muita boa vontade e que era so ter colocado no sistema certo.
O sistema de ar-condicionado também poderia ser melhor.
No geral, eu voltaria a me hospedar, porém alguns pontos podem ser aprimorados, especialmente o carpete dos corredores, que passa um cheiro de mofo e um aspecto de envelhecido.
O ponto super positivo é a localização, bem em frente ao Shopping Curitiba.
