Very good accommodation; the hotel has suffered a bit over time with some gaps in the windows and in need of a makeover. However, the pillows were good and the toiletries were good. The first room faced the avenue and was a bit noisy, but Manoel promptly moved me to the back floor. The restaurant prices were good and fair, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, even though it was paid.

Hotel tem péssima acústica, conseguíamos ouvir pessoas falando e andando nos outros andares, assim como cachorro latindo.
Para quem quer ir relaxar e descansar fica um pouco difícil, elevador também deu problema no dia que chegamos (sábado) e até nossa saída (terça) não tinha sido arrumado, deixando apenas um elevador funcionando e uma fila/demora enorme.

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel por quatro anos seguidos em nossas idas a Curitiba, sempre gostamos, mas dessa vez foi um pouco decepcionante. Pedi uma cama de solteiro para colocar um dos meus filhos logo na reserva, mas chegando lá informaram que não tinha disponibilidade, só colocaram no último dia. O quarto estava cheio de formigas, deixamos um xarope e um pacote de bolachas em cima do balcão e amanheceram infestados. O blackout do quarto estava quebrado nos cantos, tivemos que prender com durex para ficar fechado. Em um dos dias estávamos dormindo quando ligaram solicitando que parássemos com o barulho porque o vizinho estava incomodado, mas incomodados ficamos nós com uma ligação tarde da noite acordando a todos. Por fim, toda vez que o quarto de cima dava descarga, ficávamos um tempão escutando o barulho de água. Foi uma grande decepção, na próxima vez pensaremos muito antes de decidir ir para esse hotel novamente, uma pena.

We liked our recent stay, but walls are thin and you can clearly hear movement and people talking both inside and outside your room. It’s not terrible but loud enough to be noticeable, if you’re a light sleeper you might have issues falling or staying asleep for this reason. The room layout is also kind of awkward, there’s a door to the bathroom that pretty much blocks the corridor to the bed area when open. Rooms are quite small, but the location is great. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think next time we’re visiting Curitiba we will stay someplace else for the reasons above.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto família muito bom em relação ao espaço. No entanto as janelas são todas de vidro, e o tamanho do black out é insuficiente. Ou seja, 6h da manhã o quarto está todo claro.
Mas o que mais chateou foi q falta de vontade dos funcionários do café da manhã. No primeiro dia, foi pedido um iogurte de morango para meu filho, de 2 anos e me informaram que estava chegando. Ficamos sem e tudo bem. No outro dia, pedi novamente e fui informado de novo que ele estava chegando.
Mas o pior foi de tudo, foi o fato de negarem um dedo de banana para um bebê de 10 meses. Tinha como opção no café da manhã banana picada com canela. Mas o bebê não ingere esse condimentoi. Cama e chuveiro muito bons, o que é fundamental. Porém, se você deseja dormir antes das 22h ou acordar após as 7h, muito cuidado para não reservar um quarto no 13º andar, pois a academia do 14º andar não te deixará descansar neste horário. Foi o que aconteceu conosco, com pessoas parece que jogando os pesos no chão logo acima de nós (muitooooo barulho!!!). Impossível dormir, horrível mesmo acordar as 7h com uma \"bomba\", parece que o teto está caindo em cima da gente. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas não teve jeito. Se tivesse um bebê conosco, não dormiria com certeza. Fora isso o hotel tem um bom custo-benefício e está bem localizado.

The hotel facility's are very good especially for the brand and star level, I have stayed in three other mercure property's in the city and in my opinion exceeds the others. the only let down is that reception staff sometimes are slow and checkout was a bit long due to three staff helping one customer despite a line of 15 people. Also I had a big problem with staff from house keeping or mini bar entering the room without knocking and one occasion entering with a do not disturb sign. Overall great facility's however some staff need training or replacing then could be perfect.

Hotel mediano para estadia em família na cidade de Curitiba. Check-in online não funciona - tive de fazer tudo novamente quando cheguei. Cobra estacionamento à parte da diária. O café da manhã também é cobrado à parte e é caro. Há diversas padarias na região onde é possível tomar um café de qualidade superior, gastando bem menos. O quarto acomodou família com 4 pessoas - duas em um sofá-cama, duas em camas de solteiro. Solicitei que fossem juntadas as camas de solteiro, o pedido foi ignorado. O quarto é antigo, contudo é carpete de madeira. Carece de manutenção: pia entupindo, metal que abre a torneira e regula temperatura da água saía na mão. Controles de TV ruins. Mas, em geral, considerando que era só um final de semana, ofereceu as condições básicas de estadia.
