Internet is average speed, rooms are not cleaned unless asked to be cleaned which is a bit disconcerting. The bed I had (king size) was very uncomfortable, no support, just laying on the frame, worn out, etc. Shower water has/had a very weak stream, could barely rinse the soap off, not worthy at all. There aren't any ice machines on the property, so, you have to go to the front desk to where they sell over-priced snacks and retrieve a 3lb bag of ice (if they have it available), on two of the three nights ice was not available. Also, they have a nice lounge, but no liquor license, so, no night caps, etc., to take advantage of the lounge. The site itself is in a great location, which is why I have chosen this place a few times. It's just okay, but it could be so much better, and it was, when it was the Royce Hotel, several years back. Okay, gotta go, time for Ibuprofen for my sore back from the three stooges bed accommodations.....

There were warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. The facility was clean but we smelled it when people indulged in smoking pot which we didn’t like. Smelled it in hall and elevator. Smoke free should include pot I would think. We were disappointed that the menu for the restaurant online was nothing like the menu in real life, which had a pub like faire and not the variety seen online. The chef was accommodating and made me some risotto which was good. If you’re looking forward to enjoying a cocktail in front of the beautiful fireplace shown in the image on line, put that thought out of your mind. The fireplace did not work (we were told it needed to be cleaned) and the restaurant does not have a liquor license (it’s a work in progress we were told). (Then again if you’re a guest who enjoys pot, you can enjoy the cookies and may not even notice if the fireplace is not on lol) The outlets were located in odd spots (under end tables). Water pressure was not great. The location was good if you want to go to Sesame Place with the kids. The fitness center was the best one I have seen at a hotel. Quality machines (several for a full body work out and weights) and treadmills. There was a heated pool too. Overall it was an ok place to stay, just make dinner plans elsewhere and bring your own wine. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were mushy like I like them.

And then we specifically called the day of arrival, asking if the pool was heated & they said yes. We arrived and the pool/pool room was freezing. So that was disappointing for the kids.

The room was okay, it was clean. There was water leaking near a light for a few minutes, the TV had a black line through it. The stopper in the tub and sink were lose, so when I took a shower they water filled the bottom of the tub. They were advertising a breakfast buffet but they didn't have it. I paid for a King room and once I showed up, they didn't have any King rooms available.

I know it is the offseason but I still paid money for the stay. The pool was locked and we had to find a staff member to unlock the door because they just did not think anyone would want to use it. No dirty towels were removed from the pool area in quite some time and there were two fresh towels one of which had a hole the size of my fist in it. The restaurant which we paid additional money for a buffet breakfast was not at all what was advertised. The buffet was empty and we were told we could select one of three ala carte menu items. We could not have anything else without paying more. Then the service was terrible almost non-existent but because we had \"waitstaff\" you feel weird about not tipping something so another added cost onto my experience. The food was less than desirable, poorly cooked eggs, overcooked meat product and \"hashbrowns\" which were just frozen diced potatoes. This was the first two days and on the third day we were told that we had only one breakfast choice and that we were never supposed to have choices. The front desk manager then got into an argument with the waitstaff who refused to even provide the service we had the previous two days. Finally upon being directed specifically to get our order made the waitstaff rolled their eyes and said not until there is a manager so we just left as we had a 5 hour drive home. We travel 5 hours to enjoy Sesame Place and this hotel is bad. We tried it but never again back to Springhill Suites our usually choice

Although we only had breakfast, it wasn't the best. Only other negative were the awful pillows and the pool was not super warm. Had to go buy our own pillows since we were saying seven nights. Overall though, we would definitely stay again

Easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. The windows were fogged over so we didn’t have much of a view. We were in a “Dis” room, as the desk clerk called it, and it may not have been occupied in a while. The bathroom sink dripped and the bottle of hair conditioner in the shower had fallen off the wall into the tub. I told the front desk when I checked out that the sink faucet was leaking.
The hotel was low occupied so they didn’t have the advertised buffet breakfast. The night desk clerk incorrectly told us it was it would be available. Even still, we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was ok.

We asked for soap they didn’t have it we asked for razors. They didn’t have it. We asked for conditioner they didn’t bring it. We asked for a disposable toothbrush they didn’t have it. The room is pictured much bigger than what it is in person. They don’t have a liquor license.The restaurant was closed. Breakfast was $18 a person and had nothing ice machine didn’t work. Telephone didn’t work. Lights didn’t work.

From the outside, the hotel looks great. From the inside, it was a basic hotel. The walls, closets, and tub had chips and cracks. There was no microwave, and no buffet breakfast that was advertised. On a positive note, i was impressed with the back lit mirror, the nice king size bed, and the well up kept carpeting. Also, the staff was very pleasant. I was disappointed that a Sheraton hotel was just ok.

We arrived to a non working refrigerator in our room. Our heater made clunking noises every time it turned on and off. Made for a very restless sleeping situation. A Room Service Attendant came to our room to say she’d be back in 30 minutes to freshen up our room. We left for several hours and upon arriving back to our room, it had still not been cleaned. She again showed up around 5 pm and we told her not to bother. We expected a better experience with Sheraton.

My door ended up, not unlocking with the key card. Based on my conversations with maintenance and other staff, it seems that they don’t have the adequate tools to keep the place running under current ownership. The very next morning I woke up to maintenance using making a lot of noise, which at first I was upset about, but it turns out another person’s door no longer worked, and they didn’t have the appropriate tools to program it. I would stay away from this place for a while until they figure out how to manage it, because your stuff could get locked in your room for a good amount of time.

Also, then they moved me into a new room and they finally got into my old room, but this one had drainage issues in the bathroom. So two out of three days of my stay had some serious and minor inconveniences.

The staff was very friendly and worked very hard to try to resolve the issues. However, it doesn’t seem like management gives them the resources they need to get the job done.

The breakfast was the worst I've ever had (tried both mornings, couldn't even eat the pancakes). The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything in the halls. I messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com app to let them know I’d be arriving around 3 AM. My flight was canceled, and I had to drive from Georgia overnight because I’m here to photograph a wedding — it was already an exhausting and stressful day.

When I arrived, the front desk agent told me I was marked as a “no-show” and that the hotel doesn’t receive the messages guests send through Hotels.com. The app never says guests must call, so I had no way of knowing. After a long overnight drive, the lack of empathy was disappointing.

Even after I showed her the message, she made me wait to see if I could still get the room I paid for. She then charged an unexpected $250 deposit simply because I arrived after 3 AM — a policy I’ve never encountered at any Marriott property and one that was not listed anywhere on Hotels.com.

For a three-night stay costing $584 at a run-down property, the entire check-in experience made an already difficult travel situation even harder. Clear communication and basic kindness would have gone a long way.

Waited 45 minutes for check in...which is a possible catastrophe with a 4-year-old in tow, but staff was exceptionally polite and sympathetic about the issue. They helped me get my little girl to the bathroom without an accident, and accommodated by holding all out bags behind the desk. The wait SUCKED, don't get me wrong...and I probably wouldn't stay here again unless my daughter was older or I had my husband with me. However, the staff should be commended for their grace.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient. However, towels were a constant issue during our stay. There were no pool towels available, and our room only had two towels for a family of four. When I requested more, I was told they were in the dryer and even had to be placed on a “list” for towels the next day. Management should make sure basics like towels are always available.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its convenient location—Sesame Place is right across the street, which made getting to the park incredibly easy. There are also a decent number of food options nearby, which was a plus.

Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. I ended up checking out a night early because I just couldn’t get comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. There were smudged fingerprints on the mirror, brown stains on the curtains, and the bathroom was downright unsanitary. The toilet had dried urine stains on both sides and visible fecal stains inside. It was absolutely disgusting and made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant.

The front desk was adequately polite. Someone must have done maintenance in the bathroom as the ceiling tile wasn’t sitting flat and there was dust and dirt on the toilet below. The elevator carpet was very dirty too. There were also unfilled holes in the wall and four large wall anchors still there sitting empty around bubbling wallpaper.

We have been to this hotel in the past and this time we were disappointed in the limited care and attention we were given in the past. I arrived at the hotel very early in the hopes of being checked in early (took my gamble). After waiting 15 mins online (only one person at the desk) I was told there were no rooms available. Disappointing. I returned at 4pm (1hr after check in) to be told that there were still no rooms available. After we were finally checked in I took the kids down to the pools. The hot tub was out of order and the main pool looked rather cloudy. There were no towels available. I went up to the front to ask that some be brought to the pool but none came. Back up at the room there were only two towels for my family of 4. Again I went to ask the front for towels however none came. We used hand towels after showering. Leaving the elevator there were some brown stains on the floor that looked like, well poop. I told the front desk staff and was promised that someone would clean it up. Needless to say, the stains were still there when we checked out the following day. Lastly, my mom and oldest went down for breakfast only to be told that our reservation didn’t include breakfast… I didn’t even know there was a choice. Close enough to the park but they really need to step it up.

No towels in pool area. Asked front desk and they said they had already told them they were out and called again. 30 mins later a guy showed up with HAND TOWELS. I showed him they were not towels and he said well that’s all we have. Drying off with 10 hand towels not fun.
No ice machines. Was told to get ice from pantry. No scoop, just bags of ice. Tried to dump into container and of course it went everywhere. Cleaning ice off a dirty floor was also not fun. The next day went to get ice and the lady at front desk was super rude for no reason.
Just overall not a good experience. It was loud, door didn’t shut right (had to mess with it every time we went in or out, breakfast was a terrible experience (an hour with kids trying to get to SP- was told a new line cook??), hot tub was broken (that was specifically why we picked this hotel - close to SP and had pool and hot tub), and when we checked in my son peed and toilet was clogged so not from him - called for a plunger and took 45 mins to send someone luckily I know how to shut off water but kids were trying to go to bed so that was ridiculous to wait that long.
This is long and ramble but just so much happened to make it a bad stay.

Wasn't thrilled with this visit, we booked 2 queen beds but they weren't bigger than a full sized. Parking in the back is a little confusing, the signs are small and hard to see at night. One of the reasons why we decided to book this hotel was bc the listing said it was a 5 min walk to sesame place but it was more like 25 mins. The park itself is right across the street but the entrance isn't! Wasn't happy and probably won't be booking this hotel again.

When I entered the hotel the bathtub was filthy. My wife had to go to target to buy cleaning supplies. My wife took a shower and the water in the tub started to rise, it looked like a pool.
