The hotel is a extended stay but I thought that just meant a kitchen witch if I wanted to use it didn’t come with no pot or pans definitely was confused the people over top of me made so much noise kids running up and down the hallway we had no cloths but we had towels smh now if I know this was place where they put people that had no where to go definitely wouldn’t had book there o was just going to the casino and didn’t wanna ride back to Jersey never again think twice about booking here just awful

Saw 3 cockroaches in the room over a 2 night stay. Dirty floor, unswept, unwashed. Walls super thin, can hear all conversations (and other activity) from next door in your room. Only positive was the very friendly staff at the front desk.

I gave 4 stars bc everything was absolutely great it was very clean and rooms were brand new with a full fridge and good amount of space for long stays They have laundry and a fitness center and a working elevator when I was there . I love that they had a cook top . Only reason for the four star was the bed they're a little hard and sit on a sqicky frame but I think a topper can fix that part the front desk was extremely nice . So overall it was affordable and a great location would stay there again

For after hours check in, you have to use a phone on the wall right inside the first set of doors and tell them you’re there to check in. We tried calling 5x and it just kept ringing busy. Finally got an answer the 6th try and the lady who answered sounded like she couldn’t be bothered. She got us checked in and then just handed us the keys and told us to have a good night without even telling us where to go. Room smelled like smoke whenever the vent/light in the bathroom was turned on. People knocked on our door multiple times all day and night both days of our stay.The day of check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:20 even though checkout wasn’t until 11. There were no do not disturb signs to hang on the door. We didn’t bring shampoo or conditioner because we expected there to be some. There was one teeny tiny bottle of shampoo about the size of a thumb and no conditioner or soap. Everything had stains on it from the sheets to the towels to the ceiling to the base of the lamp on the nightstand. No ice machine in the hotel, you have to make your own. The beds creaked and made every possible noise even when just slightly moving. The mattresses were hard as a rock and the pillows were way too soft. Loud footsteps coming from the room above us the whole time and the sound of furniture scraping/moving in the room next to us.

This facility is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Hats off to the housekeeping staff. It is definitely a No Frills Hotel, but you have a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and sink. They do not have tissues, a hair dryer or hand towels. You get one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The kitchen does not have any plates, utensils or pots or pans.
The bed is the biggest issue. It is not very comfortable. They definitely need different mattresses and to upgrade their sheets. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, but the sheets as if they had been laundered quite a lot. The location is great for shopping or even going to the casino which is not far. The facility caters mostly to contract rentals and displaced, for example insurance claims. It is right off of the highway and other than the highway noise the hotel was very quiet in the evening. If they get new mattresses, etc. we would definitely stay there again. The price is definitely right.

I stayed here for one night with my wife and 19-month-old daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The room had no real curtains—just a thin shade that let in light early in the morning. The bed frame was cheap and rattled every time we moved, and the mattress felt springy and uncomfortable. There were only two very thin pillows and no real blankets provided, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom only had a tiny bottle of shampoo—no soap or lotion.
When I arrived, I was told the elevator wasn’t working, so my room was changed to a much smaller one than I originally booked. The new room didn’t include the sofa bed or extra space I paid for, yet I was told the price would remain the same, which made no sense.
To make things worse, there were no ice machines on the first floor, and when I contacted Hotels.com about the room issue, their representative had to call the front desk twice. The hotel staff member then called me back sounding annoyed that I’d even reached out to Hotels.com.
Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this location, especially for families with young children.

Basic hotel. Our room was huge and spotless. I mean sparkling spotless. Front desk efficient. However the Expedia booking specifically says $50 pet DEPOSIT not charge. Deposit usually means if upon inspection of the room there is no damage or mess from a pet your deposit will be refunded. We were told when we checked in it was a charge. Not pleased. Present it as a charge added on to the price when booking.

We had the worst experience in this hotel. First of all the front desk personal are not friendly and they are so unprofessional. The hotel is dirty and smells bad. The room we stay in was not clean properly, there was even cockroaches. The bed was so uncomfortable and they did not have a iron or iron board. We even had to buy towels because they only gave us one, and there’s not enough parking space. Don’t stay here if you want to have a nice time go so where else.

This is a residence hotel. There were people outside drinking in the parking lot. The floors in the room were sticky and there was hair all over the bathroom. The bed and pillows were obviously cheap. We will never stay at one of these again.

When first arriving at the property, it was conveniently found off the highway, and it had a few stores surrounding the property. When entering the property, everything was clean, the manager was friendly. While checking in, a man in a wheelchair came out of the inner part of the hotel with no clothing on, just a small towel covering his private area to collect the package that was on the counter. I am not familiar with any hotel receiving packages from Amazon. When looking at the man, he looked like a transient. When we asked the hotel manager, was this hotel used for people that were homeless?. The manager said no, but after going upstairs and bumping into a few people in the hallway and asking if they lived there, they said yes and they were homeless. For safety reasons the hotel staff should have informed us , when we asked. I am a licensed clinician and have been for the last 25 years and previously worked in a homeless shelter so, I am familiar with the behaviors of transient people. Even though the hotel was clean, we were uncomfortable, with the behaviors of some of the people staying at the hotel. Therefore, my rating for this hotel is poor.

major reason I got this hotel is because its pet friendly, and I understand I am charged a pet free of $50 and then $10.00 each day, that is ridiculous. I have the proper paper work for a EMS animal. A daily rate for the pet is the issue. .

The system they have here is terrible in management. They “packed up our room, and proceeded to not communicate anything to anyone the manager “Jose” “Packed our room” as we forgot checkout was the day and didn’t remember to extend, mind you he had packed our room 30 mins after checkout was supposed to be at 11. Proceeded to charge me for a dog fee for an unused puppy pee pad, that someone brought when they came with their puppy in case it had an issue while it visited us for a minute.. and proceed to hold our belonging clothes everything until we pay the fee. Now me and coworker don’t have any of our clothes and work stuff, or electronics, until “Jose” gets back in touch sometime the next day when he’s there sometime between 8-3. When we have to be at work. Avoid at all costs.

I really want to give this place 5 stars. For the price it was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only issues I had was that there weren’t any pots and pans readily available (probably had to ask for it idk. I just don’t bother.) the main thing was the neighbor beside us. They kept banging on the walls and complaining of noise coming from our room. I was careful to make sure we weren’t disturbing anyone so I was confused about what noise they were referring to. Come to find out they said that WE were banging on the walls. I was so confused because what reason did we have to do so! Anywho, I checked out the next day and found a quieter hotel on the other side of the city by the pier.
