I was put in a newly renovated room, it looked great in the room but the ceiling in the tub was cracked and leaking. I literally just unpacked and they said if the people upstairs wouldn't move they would move me. They said it would be fine if the shower and toilet didn't run on top of me. The next morning it was literally falling into the tub and the toilet stopped flushing.

The room seemed like they didn’t change anything from the previous stay. The room smelled gross, the sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, the little table in the room was all wobbly. The towels had hair. The tub was gross. There were fruit flies the second we walked into the room. We saw a cockroach on our last night in the bathroom. They never let me know that housecleaning had to be requested, so we left and came back expecting the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t. Tried to make a call to the front desk with the room phone but the the phone didn’t work so I called from my phone and when they answered, I told the girl that housecleaning didn’t come to our room. She let me know that it was upon request. I’m not one to complain but I let her know the sheets were stained when we got into the room and she said she would have someone drop off new sheets. Although the lady was very nice over the phone, we left and came back and there were no clean sheets. Things seemed so out of date. The pictures on Expedia seemed like everything was clean and new but it wasn’t. I was expecting to enjoy my stay with my bf for Valentine’s Day watching movies and listening to music but the tv didn’t have nothing but Channels, thats not a huge deal but I was expecting things to be up to date. I’ve never had to write a review, even on other bad stay but but omg this had to be the worst stay.

Staff: The facility itself is very large but is not maintained to the level presented online. Furthermore, the majority of the staff that are present are rude and appear inconvenienced when required to assist in any way. The phone line from the room to the front desk would never ring through after 5:00 PM as there was not a front desk agent present.

Facility: The hotel itself has an old school Grand Hyatt feel, but it has not been maintained. The common areas are being heated with industrial heat lamps in the place of a working heater. I purchased the king bed room. When I inquired, I was told this room had a microwave and fridge. The fridge was present in the room but the microwave was not. The hotel had removed the microwaves from the rooms and added one communal microwave for the entire facility on the 6th floor.

There are no words to really describe the state of this hotel. Handicap room wasn’t requested. Shower was leaking and then when turned on, shot freezing cold water all over my and the floor. Almost slipped snd seriously injured myself.

Cleanliness of the room specifically the floors. I walked around in socks and my socks had absolutely no dirt on them. The only downfall was I was there for 7 days and no one came to see if I needed anything. I wasn’t concerned about fresh towels because I had brought new ones with me.

The room was great and breakfast was good( only thing about breakfast is, it’s only a one time breakfast for 18 dollars and sum change when ever you add it to your reservation) I thought it would be everyday.
Also was looking forward to pool but it was closed the 3 days I was there (They said it was closed due to cleaning and it was a safety hazard although it was closed 3 day) wish they could have said that on the website.

My boyfriend and i drove from florida to stay within 15 minutes of family for christmas. We figured this was a nice middle point to everyone we wanted to visit. The reviews were mixed, leaning towards more negative then positive, but i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since weve never been here, and the many complaints about construction inside were over a month old.. Upon entering our hotel room, i was immediatly smacked in the face with the smell of chlorine. We were right next to the pool. I figured hey, were only sleeping and showering here so its not a big deal. If it happens to really bother me ill mention it. The shower was russian roulette on whether it wanted to actually heat up or stay lukewarm. This really bothered me as after a full day out and about what you really want to do is go back to your hotel and take a nice hot shower, especially when its freezing outside. I did not get this luxury regularly. But the icing on the cake and straw that broke the camels back, was the construction noises. The workers decided that the week of christmas is no exception to haulting, at 8am every other day, including christmas eve morning. We had to ask the staff to have them stop the noise so we could get some sleep. They did for one day, but that was it. Why wouldnt a hotel make sure to put their customers in wings and floors opposite of construction work? Downright awful. We checked out early and i will not be coming back. I wouldnt recommend this place to others

First, the hotel is under construction so it is not clean. It is very dark and the pool area is filthy. It was VERY NOISY so my daugher, grandaughter and I were up until 330am. Then, the telephone to the front desk WAS NOT even attached to the desk, so we could not report the noisy disruption going on in one of the rooms near us. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

I have been here for a little while since I am between homes, but I loved everything about this Hotel.When you walk in you can be taken back in time To Elegance and the Library Bar and Restaurant to the left, the front desk to your right, then the whole Lobby Opens up a high Atrium viewing all 6 levels zigzaging each or the 6 floors giving the floor State of the Art Pea Shape chairs, contoring to your back, complimented by topiary trees on each table in the center. If you look straight ahead you will see the Hallway to where all the individual rooms are reserved for any occassion you can think of, you have a large wedding venue, they can accomodate, you want a small office or family party, they have the room for it, the girls in the Office are great to work with very friendly and they will ease any stress you may have, they are very creative and have seen it all, all the staff here are super friendly and once you stay here once, you will be definately tell a friend, and we havent even made it off the ground floor yet.. The hotel has 2 pools inside and out, and in the Summer have discounted rooms for Sesame Place and even have a sesame place cookie decorating night, make sure you sign up at front desk... Each floor has a room, that has large icemaker, vending machine, and microwave, which isnt far from the rooms. Each Room also has refrigerator and coffee maker... the rooms are nice size with nice views of the property, from each Room. Oh yea, the Food here is Amazing! Enjoy!!

Door handle came off but luckily was able to be put back and the blade on the air conditioner had a horrible sound like the blade went against something. I booked two nights at this hotel in August but ended up staying only one night. The first room we were given had a clogged toilet, but the receptionist promptly moved my family and me to another room. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations, which left the room and hallways dusty and with a moldy smell.

Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable. In the end, we decided to book another hotel because we simply couldn’t continue staying there.

The hotel does offer free self-parking, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here until renovations are complete.

It's nice to see the face lift that it has been given as we were not going to continue to come back as it was getting run down and dirty. You can smell the paint but that comes with the face lift but we were disappointed the indoor pool was not available but the outdoor pool was. The rooms are beautiful.

I will sum it up this way: at 7:30 PM on my second night there I was laying in bed after a long day, when suddenly a little girl and her mother walked in on me as I was sleeping. We looked at one another and I told them to “get the ____ out of my room!” Five minutes later, the front desk clerk had the audacity to call me and question who I was and why I was still in my room. Need I say anything more?

However the mattress did not have a plastic enclosed cover on it which was disturbing nor did it have a mattress pad. I did check the mattress of course and it was ok. Also the comforter had a large tear on the side of it.

House keeping only cleaned our room once,I was very disappointed when I went to the front desk to request my room to be cleaned mind you this was around 7am. My family and I were out the whole day arriving back to the room sound 8pm finding out our room was never cleaned. The worst thing that I experienced during my stay was my grand daughter has a stuff bear that she has owned for more than 18 years as she takes this bear everywhere. When house keeping finally cleaned our room we entered in to find the bear missing in the room as my daughter told me she had left it on the chair in the room. We checked the entire room to end up finding nothing. I called house keeping to ask if they mistakenly took it by accident with the sheets. They told us they would check in the morning note this happened the second night for our stay. The morning after I went to the front desk to ask if they have seen it, to me the staff sounded like they did not care as every time I enter the hotel I would check up with them and they would say they haven't found anything. I kept asking to speak to a manger with every time the staff would say they are out. on the last night of our stay the staff told me the manger would be there at 7am in the morning so I woke up and waited there in the lobby until 9am to find out the manger is not coming in today. The staff told me to leave my number and they would called to this day they have not called me. I will never stay here agin I really feel like someone stole it
