Clean, bright, quiet. We stayed here three nights and then were supposed to go elsewhere but we decided against it and booked another three night in this same building since the area is grea and the building was so well maintained.

Clean property, laundry and a kitchen included, with a small balcony and big room to stay. A little bit far from the train station, almost 10 min walking the staff is not going to clean the house during your stay because it is basically a property, not treated as a hotel. Instructions to how to turn the lights, tv, ac, dryer are in a separate manual that you need to read because everything is in Japanese. So confusing. The toilet is separate from the bath on a second room.

The view was gorgeous.
It was SO FAR from any station (there were two) and to get there was a series of twists and turns, so much that i STILL had to use google maps to find my way after a week!
The location was a few minutes from a 7-11, so that was nice to have. It was a nice secure apartment, with a washer (no dryer, but there is a balcony with clothes rack), microwave, stove, sink, a large full bed and a pull out twin bed. I had 2 children, so one actually opted to sleep \"in the closet\" on a futon mat they had. It was a tight squeeze, but it was definitely liveable. The biggest issue we had was the garbage. Our garbage filled up and we had no garbage bags or anything we could do with it (we are told not to take it out). We didn't contact them about it (it felt weird sending a message to ask them to take our garbage out), so I guess that's on us.
Pro: clean, had a great view, all the amenties we needed.
Con: SO FAR from the station. Not enough places to put garbage. REALLY FAR from the station. The hotel was far off the map from places we ended up wanting to see, so it took a long train ride to get to sightseeing places.

In the middle of a residential area. The building stands in a small street. The building itself is not up kept and it maintained during the day. There was a flood left on the first floor for the duration of our stay. False advertisement by the property itself. It says sleeps four, it was all a lie. One travel companion had to sleep in the closet and nothing was done by the host and or Expedia. We were told we booked a non smoking room with two twins (bed and futon). The location is not ideal for most of the stay since the closest station is roughly a 10 mins walk, but since it is an airport line, it will cost a whole lot more to travel around Tokyo. It states that Haneda Airport is roughly a 20 mins drive but which is not true. Also there was a weird odour in the apartment as if something is rotting.

A comfortable place to stay

The bed and futon were reasonably comfortable and the kitchen was fine as well. We stayed for five days and since there was no broom, dustpan, or vacuum, the place started to get a little dusty. It would be very very helpful for there to be at least a broom to keep the floors clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and about a 20 minute walk to the subway, which is right beside the Tokyo Skytree. To get to Shinjuku or Shibuya or even the market at Tsukiji takes a while because of the walk from the hotel to the subway and the distance from the city centre. Overall, it was a comfortable and relatively affordable place to stay in Tokyo, with the Skytree and Senso-ji within walking distance.

It was fantastic for a family with 2 children. There were many towels, duvets; also iron and ironing board, washing powder, dish soap. Big bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, bodywash. I brought everything unnecessarily.
It is not that far from the metro stations, a quiet residential area with markets on your way to the hotel. The best part is we watched the fireworks festival from the hotel. It was fantastic.
Thank you very much for such a nice, new, quiet and clean place.

Very nice small apartment hotel, clean and well equipped. I can thoroughly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. I will book again with no hesitation.
The only down side is that it is 9 minutes walk away from the metro which is an issue if you are coming with suitcases. You can come by bus but that is not totally easy in Tokyo for foreigners.

Modern property Comfy beds.. Very far from station (11m walk) and from central Tokyo (35m from Hikifune). Was cleaned but was still a bit dusty when we got there. They don't provide slippers, so bring some. If staying for more than 2 nights, it would be good if they could leave a dustpan and brush of some kind, but there isn't any provided.

Im the one who supposed to be upset of your service because u were not responsible of your job. They didnt throw the trash since the first day we came in till we checked out, second ur room smell so bad especially the washing machine area! We have to open the window to let the air flow and its so cold outside! They didnt put enough tissue for us too! and also u didnt replace the shampoo and soap. We did email u for our complain though but no replied. We are so disappointed of your services!

It was a clean place. Not quite close to the subways but it’s not too far to walk (personally), still wish it was closer. Around our 5th night we had noisy neighbours above and it kept going even until 2am. Stopped after 3-4 nights later. All cooking utensils and laundry was there at our disposal. Didn’t have toothbrush/paste but we brought those already. Good place to be overall. Only downside is the distance from the stations (and the neighbours were misfortunate).

Really nice apartment about 10 minute walk to hikifune and keisei hikifune lines. Those lines are a bit more expensive than the JR and the metro but convinient to go to Skytree and Asakusa! The place was really nice and clean!! Maybe need an air freshener in the washroom though because the sewage smells from the toilet.

Peaceful apt in the middle of the city

This was one of the best places we stayed at during our 15 day trip. compact, clean, modern, pretty. Everything was well thought out and organized. They had a very helpful folder that answered all our questions from how the remote control works to info about the local area. The person in charge was also very accessible and helped guide us through the whole process. it was about a ten min walk from the closest station, through a nice, local neighborhood.

No parking, Mixed up rooms, No front desk, poorly laid out room, no curtain on one window so room was extremely bright at 5 AM.

Hotel owners seemed to struggle with the basic administration of their business. Mixed up the rooms(it happens), finally got it right but then called the next day not understanding the mix up. Left hand written note on a door about booking issues with another guest.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Not ideal for couples.

Take your eighty dollars elsewhere.

Nice apartment

As this is an apartment there is no contact with the staff except through email. They send the directions and the code to get the key from the mailbox. Once you arrive and manage to get the key the apartment is lovely. There is a fridge and stove so you can cook. It is walking distance to the station but I needed to print the photographs the host sent showing the directions. I don't think there is much around but I didn't really explore the area.

Clean and modern apartment

Although a bit far from transportation (the closest subway station was about a 15 minute walk away - which isn't the most convenient when you have luggage), the apartment itself was clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 2 people in Tokyo. The Shiseido products in the bathroom were a nice touch! We could even peek outside and get a beautiful view of Skytree at night, which was a bonus.

Located only one station away from the Oshiage Station, where we can reach directly from both of the Narita/Haneda Airports, this apartment enjoys an extremely good train access.
It is newly equipped and the room itself is quite nice.

何日前でもキャンセルの返金をしてもらえないのは残念です。
部屋は、髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、鍋の蓋に油や汚れがギトギトに付いていたり、不潔でした。

Good compromise price / location / comfort!

+👍: Very good location, in a quiet residential area. Food shops and restaurants available in the area by less than 5min walking. 20min walk to Skytree/Oshiage, max 30min to Asakusa. The apartment is clean, and offer a great view on Sumida city.
- 👎: Small for 3 persons. Cooking facilities are available, but there is no real space to have the meal, only one small table with one seat.

L'appart hotel est à 10 mn à pieds de la Skytree et donc de la station de métro Oshiage d'où partent les lignes A et Z et même liaison directe avec Haneda airport.
Le quartier est extrêmement calme et l'appart très agréable et très bien équipé.
Enfin Asakusa est à 15 minutes à pieds en traversant la rivière Sumida.
Bref, je conseille vivement cet établissement.

A very nice place, quite new, clean, easy to access, well equipped, fine for 3 small people (we are short so it was ok).

For me there are 2 things to improve:

1) Trash. We stayed for more than 1 week, we had a lot of trash to be dismissed and there was no option to do it.
2) Wi-fi restrictions for videos and streaming.

最悪。おすすめしません！！

前の客のゴミがそのまま大量に残っていた。使ったタオルもそのままおいてあったり、服もそのままおいてあったり、髪の毛も大量にお風呂場に残っていたり、部屋が臭かったり、布団も前の客のままであったり全く清掃されていなかった。キャンセルしようとメールに書いてあったホテルの電話番号に電話したが「確認します」と言ったっきり一時間以上電話がかかってこなかった。hotel.comに電話をかけても「確認します」と言われた。hotels.com
からしばらくして折り返しかかってきたが「まだわからない」と言われた。キャンセルと返金してほしいことを伝えると「返金できるか上司がいないためわからない」「ホテルに確認が必要なため今は言えない」と言われた。催促すると「返金がわかるまで２日かかる」と言われた。いますぐに対応してほしいと何度も伝えると「この件は責任を持って対応します」と言われただけで返金してもらえるかはそのときは言ってもらえなかった。対応が悪く泊まることはおすすめしません。値段も高めで、対応も悪く、駅からも遠いし、隣の部屋の声は丸聞こえだし、とにかく汚いです。ほかに同じ値段くらいのホテルを探したほうがいいと思います。フロントがあるホテルをおすすめします。

숙박 8일동안 수건은 1일분만 주셨고 더 요구 했지만 어떠한 답변도 들을 수가 없었습니다 먼지가 너무 많아 내가 청소할테니 청소기 좀 빌려달라고 요구 했지만 빌려주지 않아 먼지 속에서 잠을 자야했습니다 일단 먼지가 너무 많고 이불은 진득이 같은게 있는지 몸이 가려웠고 식기류는 더러워서 쓸 수가 없었습니다 침대는 편안했으나 자꾸 움직여서 잘 수가 없었습니다 고무장갑이 없어서 맨손으로 그릇을 닦아야 했고 세탁 세제도 없어서 샴푸 넣고 빨아야 했습니다 공간은 좋으나 식당이 멀리 있어서 항상 걸어야 했던 곳입니다 8일동안 하루 2시간씩은 걸어야 했던 곳 아쉬웠던 숙소입니다

清潔で綺麗なお部屋でした。窓からスカイツリーがぴったり見えてとても良かったです！
洗濯機やキッチン食器等も揃っていてありがたかったです。ちょっとしたトラブルで連絡したところすぐに来て解決してくださいました。
2人で1週間の宿泊だったのでタオルがもう少し欲しかったかなあ。可動式ベッドもとても便利でしたが固定出来れば尚嬉しいです。
立地は新宿渋谷方面は個人的に遠いと感じましたが、スカイツリーや浅草周辺を中心に観光の方にはとてもオススメです。また利用したいです。

เป็นอพาร์ทเม้นท์อยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟฟ้า 3 สาย 2 สาย เป็นเหมือนสายนอกเมือง อีกสายเข้าเมืองสถานี ohsiage (skytree) ระยะการเดินถึงสถานี 1.1 กิโล ที่พักสะดวกสบาย เหมือนอยู่คอนโด มีร้านค้าใกล้ที่พัก ร้านอาหารต้องหากินแถวสถานีรถไฟฟ้าก่อนเข้าที่พัก ถ้าชอบเงียบๆ ไม่วุ่นวาย สะอาด สะดวก ราคาคุ้มค่า แนะนำที่นี้เลยครับ

乾淨整潔房間很舒適

很好的房間，乾淨整潔，比起同價錢的房子大，我2人入住覺得很好，房間窗跟露台也可看到晴空塔，但是那雙人床都是比較小的，房間向東早上很光，但可看日出，如可有遮光布就100分了，還有附近有7-11近停車場1500yan可泊一晚也萛方便，希望下次再入住

3分鐘走路路程，就有環繞巴士只需100円，到晴空塔、押上車站都非常方便。環境非常安靜，陽台就可以看到晴空塔，夜晚在陽台看著晴空塔燈很浪漫！床太軟。對於住六個晚上，只給一條大毛巾，有些不方便

プライベートで利用したい

東京出張が花見の時期に重なり、常宿が予約出来ずこちらを予約。結局こちらになって良かった。設備も新しく、掃除もビジネスホテル並みに清潔。鍵は民泊のようにポストでの受取式なので、本来スタッフとの対面は無い。しかし今回水をこぼしてしまい、タオルが足りなくなり、緊急時の連絡先に電話したところ、30分程で追加分を届けてくれた。（ご迷惑をおかけしました）駅前繁華街のような立地では無いので出張向けでは無いが、周辺も静かで心地よく、次回も利用したい。

お洒落な内装とスカイツリー

静かな住宅街にあります。ベランダから横を見ると、スカイツリーが見えます。特に夜は綺麗です！徒歩数分にスーパーがあり、キッチンもあるので、朝ごはんを作りました。次回はもう少し長く滞在したいです。ありがとうございました。

予約した部屋と違った。部屋に入ったら何か臭かった。ゴミ箱のフタがベタベタして汚い。浴室の鏡が湯垢だらけ。浴槽内に髪の毛があった。部屋の中にゴミ箱がなくて不便。台所とトイレにタオルハンガーはあるのにタオルがない。台拭き等の布巾類が一切ない。洗面所にコップがない。ハンドソープがない。トイレにナプキンやペーパータオル等を流すなと貼り紙があるのに、サニタリーボックスがない。スリッパが汚い。ベッドがフカフカ過ぎて腰が痛くなった。水をこぼしたのでティッシュペーパーで拭いたら、ティッシュが黒くなって拭き掃除をしていないのが明らか。ティッシュの残量が少ないのに予備がなかった。安いけど、もう泊まりたくない。
