This is our second time staying here, and it was just as great as what we remembered. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great view of the Skytree. Can't beat the location with it being steps away from the train station (also with direct trains to the airports), restaurants, grocery stores and, of course, the Skytree itself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. They noticed that we've stayed before and gratefully welcomed us back. This trip, my son got a cut on his leg, and the staff kindly gave us some bandaids. Such small gestures, but they made such a huge difference during our stay. Luggage holding was convenient and allowed us to explore freely after check out.

This hotel was amazing! Our room had the skytree view and it was worth it! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! I'm so glad we tried the breakfast, because it was a wide variety of Japanese delicious dishes and so affordable: 5000 yens for the 3 of us for all you can eat. Beautiful hotel in the best location, 1 min from the metro station. You can't do better!

Great price, location and amenities. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip in Tokyo this was the lowest price. The room was small, but the price was less than half the other hotels I booked. It was super clean, right in front of Sky Tree and a huge attached shopping center. You can get everything you need at this shopping center. We stayed there for 3 nights and went there everyday and would discover something new. Because of all the shopping you can do I would recommend this hotel be the last part of your trip. You can even buy a suitcase in Big Camera inside the Sky Tree mall. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure amazing, free amenities at reception (toothbrush, face wash, face mask, face lotion, hair brush, body scrub towel). I didn’t need to bring anything. I needed to ship my luggage to my next hotel in Atami and the reception desk kindly helped me fill out the forms.

The room is very clean. Room is comfortable and area is a bit larger than a typical 3-star hotel. Staff are very warm and accommodating. Laundry machines are a bit small but very convenient since it’s in the property. Just be mindful of the volume of clothes, otherwise they may not dry completely. Tokyo Skytree and Life Supermarket are across the street. Lots of delicious ready-to-eat food at very reasonable prices. Oshiage Sta. is a couple of minutes walk. Quiet area but plenty of Japanese restaurants around the block. It will be our hotel every time we visit Tokyo.

The room was extremely small and not a lot of storage inside the room. The space between the beds is so tight, you have to walk sideways to pass through. The laundry facilities need a huge improvement. One small load of laundry from wash to dry, over 90 minutes still comes out wet. I spent over 3 hrs doing the same load of laundry, gave up adding more money to the dryer and whined up hanging my clothes to dry overnight inside the room.
The only good thing about the hotel is you can actually see if the washer/dryer is vacant or occupied through the TV inside the room.

Clean hotel in a great location near skytree. Rooms are spacious compared to Tokyo standards. Only issue was lack of access to clean water. The water bottle refill is located in the restaurant lobby and was often closed for much of the day with limited access. There is no clean water system in the room and no water bottles provided.

Amazing stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to the Tokyo Skytree and its mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly easy. Multiple transit stations are just steps away, so getting around Tokyo is effortless.

The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety, and the lounge access from 2pm to 9pm was a great bonus for relaxing between outings. I also appreciated the onsite laundry; the machines show availability on the TV, which made it super convenient to use.

Another huge plus is the supermarket right across the street. It was perfect for grabbing fresh sushi, sashimi, and snacks.

Tip: If you’re a Kirby fan, swing by the Kirby Café. Even without an online reservation, you might get invited in when they’re not busy.

Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well‑thought‑out hotel. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with great amenities that made our visit comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

The location is excellent—having the station downstairs made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient, and being directly across from Tokyo Skytree was a huge bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone each morning.

Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. We would happily stay here again.

Staff was very helpful with our luggage transfer to Osaka. For us, the air con was a nice addition. Hotel had washers and dryers which we were able to use. Supermarket located across the hotel was convenient for late night food cravings. Sushi Kura restaurant which can be accessed thru hotel had really good food. We highly recommend Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage.

This hotel is close to Solamachi Mall and other walkable shopping places, not to mention super close to Oshiage station that will take you all the way to Haneda! What a win! The rooms and bathrooms could be better, but you can get a view of Skytree from your room. For last-minute shopping, you can't beat this hotel.

Great hotel, if I return to Tokyo I would stay here again. Staff super nice, breakfast was great and they had iced coffee. Room had slippers and pajamas, nice tub with free amenities like bath bombs. A train elevator was at entrance to hotel making getting around easy. Sushi spot Kura in same building was great. Everything was clean and safe, sky tree area was our favorite district, weather seemed cooler than other areas in Tokyo. Check in and out was easy. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here.

Stayed here for a week during our time in Tokyo! They have the best vending machines on floor 7, washing facilities that are convenient and clean on floor 8 (can also monitor the time left on your machine from the tv monitor in your room), and the floors above the reception desk (located on floor 3) were locked for security and could only be accessed with a key card so very safe! The area nearby has plenty of great shopping as the Sky Tree and mall are across the street and is an easy walk through an intersection. There’s also a great grocery store owned by the hotel across the street with plenty of options even meals! There’s a great revolving sushi bar downstairs on floor 2 with delicious options and was easy to get in and out. So much to see and do and we got a room with a view of the Sky Tree which was particularly beautiful to see at night when it would be lit up with gorgeous colors! Such a great hotel and the breakfast was super cheap to add to the stay and it was INCREDIBLE! Tempura, curry, soba noodles, yogurt, fruit, pastries, SOOO MANY OPTIONS! The staff was great and they also offer luggage storage so you can leave your bags until check in or even after check out to explore until your next destination. Also they offer free amenities for your room at the reception desk like toothpaste and brush, headbands for washing your face, wash cloths, cotton pads for makeup removal etc!

This hotel was a perfect first hotel to stay at after flying into Japan. From the Narita airport we only had to take one train to Oshiage station where the hotel and Tokyo Sky Tree are right in front of. A minute or two walk from the station to the hotel! The hotel room is very small but good enough to stay to get over your jet lags. Multiple combini within walking distance when you wake up at 3am hungry… We were there in July so constant sweating while walking around but the hotel has laundry(automatic soap dispenser) room that you can check the status of on in room TV which we really loved. The hotel has Kura on 1st/2nd floors which was amazing. From this hotel we easily walked to Asakusa via walking along/crossing over the Sumida river. After staying here two nights we moved to a Disney hotel and we just happened to find out there is a bus terminal under the sky tree that has a bus that can take us to the Disneyland shuttle stop which saved us from figuring out how to navigate the train system with all our luggage. We would stay here again for sure!

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Right next to sky tree town and direct train to airport is super convenient. Breakfast was tasty. One thing I like to mention is that you can check the status of the coin laundry machine from the tv which makes it stress free. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to go up to the terrace for a nice view and great photo spot of the skytree.

Conveniently located right next to Tokyo Skytree and right at Oshiage Station (direct using Keisei Narita Skyaccess Line from Narita Airport - about 50 min, or with one stop switch using Skyliner and switching at Aoto Station). Stayed 2 nights with convenient access to Tokyo Skytree and surrounding shopping and eating, Asakusa and Senso-ji, and Ueno Station for nearby museums, zoo, cheap street food. Reasonably priced, decent breakfast, great location - overall a very good stay.

“Air conditioning” was a fan that didn’t work very well and room was exceptionally hot so it was difficult to sleep. And even though Expedia says a 16 year old is a child, the hotel doesn’t. Wouldn’t let us pay an extra fee to have another “adult” in room - had to pay for an additional room even though stayed with us.
