We were so close to Sky Tree, which made it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and train access. Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Drying washing took some creativity…but with four adults we kept on top of it.

Almost same as when we stayed 6 years ago, not as new and no staff to attend to your immediate needs, only self checking and out, very near skytree town mall and very accessible to anywhere in Tokyo, a short 3 mins to subway entrance

Overall the stay is good for its location, walkable to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage skytree station. But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. Thank you!

Location is great near the Tokyo Skytree/Solamachi and the train station. The host is friendly and can speak English. There is a small elevator to get to the upper floors. The rooms are somewhat small especially maneuvering with large luggage for five adults but manageable. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate and there is an extra sink in the kitchen area. With five adults, we made it work so we did not mind. We enjoyed the dining area and lightly used the kitchen for the six nights we stayed. The table comfortably seated all five of us and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment such as microwave, stove, pans, mini fridge and eating utensils. AC works great and beds are comfortable as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit but the dryer is not powerful enough to dry a load of clothes. We ended up hanging our clothes after washing. Great positive experience.

Great accomodation for a few weeks in Tokyo

We really liked the accommodation. Having the use of the kitchen and washing machine was excellent. The staff at the bar Downstairs were lovely. The location as great. A nice quiet place to stay for a more lengthy stay in Tokyo. So close to public transport.

Great for Families in Tokyo

A nice little apartment hotel with convenient access to the Tokyo Skytree. Reception isn't always there (they show up at 10am, which is checkout time, but it didn't seem like they were there every day), but the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's pretty much what you see in the photos. Enough space for a small family to get some distance from each other, and all the necessities for cooking and microwaving and storing food. For the price, if you don't want to be in the same room as your kids, it's hard to beat.

Best stay in Tokyo

The hotel itself is very minimalistic but modern - we loved the design of it. The room has everything we need, although we would have loved to have another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. It is also very clean and cosy for the 5 of us. One thing that is exceptional though, is the service. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. Also, the hotel is very near to the Oshiage station, convenient to go to places around Tokyo. There is a family mart 2 minutes away, and if you'd like to enjoy some drinks, it has a nice bar on the 1st floor. Overall, we had the most pleasant stay & would definitely come back to stay again!

Smi:re stay is awesome!!

Great location. Beautiful staff! So clean and comfy. We had the best stay with our family of five. Was a tiny bit of a struggle with our wheelchair due to space with the lift (But only minor) the rooms are a great size. I would absolutely love to come back. It was fantastic!!!

Friendly owner and his staff have a good command of the English language. Run a small cafe for coffee and hot dinner. Everything is organized and you'll be able to get what you need. It's near to the metro station entrance and the main shopping center requires a 10-min walk. The main Oshiage station allows you to travel to the main districts in Tokyo.

Excellent Staff. Convenient Location. Quiet Place.

Pros:
1. Excellent location - very near the subway (less than 5 min walking distance) which is next to Tokyo Sky Tower. Although no breakfast is served, there are many eateries at Tokyo Skytree (5 min walk). There is also a Thai restaurant within 3 min walking distance.
2. Quiet and safe neighborhood - we took nightly walks at about 10pm around the neighborhood areas as we shopped in various supermarkets nearby.
3. Convenient Shops and Supermarket nearby - within 3-5 min walk, you can find Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11. Within 8-10 min walk, you can find Big A Discount Supermarket and Tobu Supermarket.
4. Friendly hotel staff - both the receptionist and the bar/cafe staff (Mr Kenso) are friendly and helpful. They speak good English and offer helpful advice. Mr Kenso makes you feel so welcoming in this boutique hotel.
5. Room facilities all functioning well (wifi, heaters, washing machine, microwave oven, etc).
Cons:
1. Cleaning service is done once every 2 days.
2. No bottled waters are provided.
3. Coffee/tea and toilet amenities is provided only on the first day.
4. No international TV channels (e.g. CNN, BBC, CCTV, CNA, etc).

More like an apartment rental than a hotel.
We loved the pared-down concrete and plywood aesthetic and it packed a lot into a small space. You could self-cater if you were on a budget and not far is a shop that sells take-out meals that looked good. The immediate area around the Sky Tree is a bit corporate but within 15 minutes you can be in Asakusa, and with the subway very close you are well connected to the rest of Tokyo.

: 5인가족이 이용하였습니다. 기본적으로 집주인은 한국어를 못하며, 대신 구글번역기로 안내해줍니다.

- 위치 및 주변사항
: 오시아게역은 나리타 공항에서 스카이액세스타면 한방에 오는곳입니다. 그리고 숙소는 오시아게역 B2출구에서 1~2분이면 가능합니다. 그리고 그 1~2분 거리 선상에 패밀리마트가 있어 좋습니다. 숙소 근처에 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐 2곳, 로손스토어 100이 있습니다. 소라마치상가 근처에는 대형 LIVE 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.
숙소에서 스카이트리, 소라마치상가는 도보로 5~8분이면 도착합니다. 오시아게역 기준으로 볼때는 숙소의 위치는 매우 훌륭합니다. 다만 숙소 위치가 동부쪽에 있어 서쪽으로 가려면 지하철로 30분이상 걸립니다. 관광 목적, 위치에 따라 숙소를 잡으시기 바랍니다.

- 장점
: 지하철 출구와 매우 가까움, 매우 조용함, 편의점 주변에 많음. 소라마치상가, LIVE슈퍼마켓 있음.
- 단점
: 숙소내부에 계단이 있음. 도쿄 동쪽에 있음.

2度目の宿泊です。

2度目の宿泊でした。
家族5人でも窮屈に感じる事なく過ごすことが出来ました。
リビングに大きめのベッドと、もう一部屋にシングルベッド3台が等間隔に置いてある部屋に泊まりましたが、簡単にベッドを移動してくっつける事も出来るので、小さな子供がいる為助かります。

風呂場を使用すると湿度が高く壁から床に水が落ちる。
洗面の鏡の位置は身長165CM以上仕様。シャワーヘッド付け根や枠から水が半分くらい出てしまいシャワーの勢いが半減。シャワーヘッド交換必要。エアコンは暖房はあまり効かない。清潔感あり広いし安い。お店の人の感じは関東にしては良い。常宿にしたい。

間取りが変わっていて楽しい

キッチン食器レンジ洗濯機あり、寝室がもう一つあり間取りが変わっていて面白かったです。お風呂が少し使いづらい配置でしたが、トイレ別なのでゆっくり入れました。スカイツリーからも近く便利な立地でした。また泊まりたいです。

押上駅のB2出口から程近く、周辺にはコンビニもあって便利でした！

管理人のお兄さんもとても親切で、室内も綺麗で言うことなしです。娘が「ここに住みたい！」と言ってました(^^)

非常憤怒

今次訂了8天行程到東京可惜因為疫情日本政府臨時要香港簽證，因本人不在香港無法前往簽證故無法出發，已經三次致電酒店希望可以延期，但卻被佢，我是家庭旅遊4人房白白損失1萬元，非常差的睇驗，本來今次行程共20天，其他三間酒店也因此疫情改延期半年或退款只有這間不可以，為何你政府的決定而影響客戶，不會考慮這酒店。

無賴酒店，不理客人嘅性命安全，全世界政府都呼籲市民不要外遊，航空公司都退款，但這酒店硬要客人從外國飛去住宿因不願退款，這酒店一點商業道德都冇，請不要再推薦俾客人。
