Good location with great transport links, loads of shopping, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Room was small (as expected ib Japan), but there could have been more room if the two single beds were replaced by one double. Decent choice of food for breakfast, but most of the hot food was cold. And when the bread ran out at about 8.45am, no more appeared.

Great location, near o the rail, subway and bus stations as well as plenty of eatong establishments. Staff extremely helpful, aspcially with baggage forwarding. The only thing that let the room down was having two single beds rather than one double. Given that the room was very small, the extra space frm having a double bed would be really useful.

#211 always has some noise from the water pot, and the A/C. It could be thermal expansion and contractions, but annoying when you want a good sleep at night.

Exactly what I was looking for: a room instead of a capsule, comfy bed, nice shower (and bath!), clean, helpful staff, available breakfast, plus hot water pot, air filter/humidifier, mini-fridge, etc., all for a reasonable price. Will use again when in town.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this hotel for the past 2mos. Great location — transpo is very accessible and the nearby airport bus pickup is such a win! Lots of food & shopping options surrounding the hotel, and a nearby Don Quijote. Would definitely go back here when in Tokyo.

The room we had was a bit dusty. The air conditioner smelled like it was molding when turned on sadly so couldn’t really use it. The air filter in the room wasn’t even cleaned and the floor could of been vacuumed as there was quite a bit of hair.. I didn’t make too much of a fuss bc we were mostly out anyway so I guess it was just OK. Staff was nice though.

No complains its 3 minutes walk from kinshicho station you can get to akihabara shibuya shinjuku with just one train line the price is good too if you compare it to other locations it has konbinis nearby like family mart 711 and lawson donquiote kinshicho is near too and japanese fast food like matsuya yoshinoya and you order on a tablet with english so highly recommend. Sometimes i go to mcdonalds and kfc nearby too.

The staff was very welcoming, greeting you as you come and go. The rooms are small, but honestly its a good enough space to put your things down and get some rest. The bathtubs are also great for soaking in. The location is also amazing because it's very close to two train lines with lots of food and shopping around the area.

Staff was wonderful. They would try to help you as much as they can. It showed that they cared about the guests. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job too. The area around the hotel is very convenient. Train stations are just 3 min away walking distance with plenty of convenient stores around. I loved it!

The location is 4 minutes walk from Kinshicho station and metro and so it's easy to travel from there to other parts of Tokyo. There are nearby shops, cafes and small grocery stores. This is our 2nd stay at Sotetsu Kinshicho upon our revisit of Tokyo. We love how close the hotel is to the train stations and the many eateries and convenience stores that v surround it. Despite this, the hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast was de delight every morning as we were greeted with cheerful and courteous staff. The front desk reception staff were always ready with greetings whenever we arrive or leave the hotel. They were always eager to help in every way. Would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family amd will stay here again when we visit Tokyo again!

Very cute, small, compact room. Barely enough space for 2 big luggages but as expected of Japanese hotels. It was surprisingly very sound proof, could not hear any other rooms at all but we could hear outside the door (usually very quiet anyways).

The check in, check out was super simple and easy using a machine with multiple languages. To leave luggage, you need to talk to the front desk and they were very quick to assist. The staff were very respectful and polite during our stay.

A lot of amenities provided on ground floor including hair straighteners, hairbrushes, pyjamas and chargers, etc.

The shower head was super nice, although do note it is a shower in a bath. The bathroom did smell a little at first but there’s an air freshener and air purifier in the room. Room comes equipped with hair dryer, mini fridge with small freezer compartment and kettle. No microwave in the room but available in the common area.

Overall, very comfortable and a pleasure to stay, would definitely recommend for the price.

I have stayed here several times now. It is a great location, only a couple of short blocks from two stations, in an area full of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. This time I also had the breakfast buffet which was quite good with lots of choice. This hotel seems to be hosting more foreign tour groups now so is busier than it used to be. Clean, reasonably comfortable beds, lots of help yourself amenities in the lobby, staff may speak some English and are very helpful.

I was really pleasantly surprised! Everything was very clean and it was an American-style bathroom, which I particularly appreciated compared to wet bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and some of them spoke English, which was a plus. The bed was very comfortable and special mention for the pillows, I've had a neck injury for years and the pillow was perfect! I would have even left with it if I could! The location is also very well served! As soon as I come back to Japan, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The staff were all very friendly and attentive with staff speaking really good English. The hotel is a 5 minute flat walk for Kinshicho station so easy to move around with suitcases. The hotel let us store the luggage before check in which was a life saver!

Room is on the smaller side but that is expected in Tokyo, just keep yourself organised and you won't notice as much. The hotel had all the amenities advertised and more offered down in reception such as tea, coffee, pyjamas ect. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Tokyo!

Even though would consider staying again next time . The Laundry need to improve. One of the preference to stay at this hotel is laundry services, but this one is sub par. Only two washer/dryer for the hotel definitely not enough, and no one do the cleaning on the dryer filter at all. So, your dry clothes end up dirty. Even though there are laundry service in walking distance. But, visitor would not walk for 3 blocks at late evening to do the laundry !!

Nice little hotel less than a ten minute walk from the Kinshicho train station; plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. Nothing fancy, they only offer breakfast on site but who wants to eat every meal in a hotel? If you want to stay in a quiet area away from the bustle, I recommend this hotel.

Room was very small with no space at all to put luggages, we were constantly tripping over them. Other hotels we stayed in during our japan trip that were a similar size had the option of storing luggages under the bed which really helped with the minimal space of the room. Cleanliness was fine, not the best but not the worst. Location is great though, 5 minute walk from Kinchino station with access to both the subway and railway station.
