Location close to the airport bus which is a plus especially when you had multiple large luggage that you don’t have to go up and down to catch the train finding an elevator and riding on a crowded train. Easy access to the JR station. The room is small and is difficult to open up two luggage at the same time if you do not have the open top luggage type. The hotel entrance is hard to find and the lobby is on the 4th floor which has no clear sign as you walk into the building.

Stayed here last time in the two beds’ room with SkyTree view (like the main one shown on promotional pictures). This time tried the standard room for a single person and what a night and day difference. This one way smaller and truly has no upgraded amenities like the Dyson hair dryer. For this price I guess this is what I should expect. Still nice and room still a bit bigger than other hotels at this similar price range.
Love the location. Love the free water bottle every day.
Herbal tea bag tastes awful! Should provide the ones from the lounge, at least one black tea and one decaffeinated like the herbal tea. Not enough racks for hanging clothes. Could install one more and longer one on the wood panel above the Corby 4400 trouser presser. Could also replace the Corby machine with a small dresser for guests to put more stuff. Housekeeper usually leaves lights on and that is a waste of electricity.
Oh love how the shower is designed. Once you set the temperature, it’s just pushing down for the shower head with hose or pull up the lever for the one overhead. No more need to adjust temps every single time! Love it!

The room was very cramp and had zero bathtoom privacy, the photos are deciving, high floor request was not honor and told veru rudely I cannot have it, forced to pay for upgrade, I paid and I was not given the room that I was shown but another one that had a lot of dust and a terrible poop smell in the shower, I had to go but cleaning supplies myself and clean it ad they do not offer housekeeping service just drop you towels in a bag, the smell got better but the dust was bad I only went there two sleep for two days and I was coughing the entire time, the second day I left and went to another hotel, they seema to be struggling, they will only give you 1 key and give you hard time if you request more. I choose that hotwl because in the past my stays in America and S.Korea have been great but after this experience I will never book Lotte again. I am still waiting for the refund for the last night and also for the upgrade as I did not use it, I dont even think is the staff fault but seems like they do not have enough people or supplies, that hotel is terrible outdated and old, it shows on the linen and furniture. Management needs to look on renovating soon.

Great location & view!

My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel. The view was amazing and the size was great as well.

The room we booked was: [Non-Smoking] Premium Floor Deluxe Corner Twin. The toilet was separate from the shower and had it's own door which we usually prefer. Note that although cleaning is every 2 days, they provide fresh towels and robes daily. They are left in a bag outside your door on the days they don't enter to clean.

The location cannot be beat, it was so close to Kinshicho station which is just across the street and the metro station is in the basement of the hotel building which provided easy access to Skytree mall and other areas. The building has places to eat and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs. There is also a Book-Off which my husband thoroughly enjoyed.

One negative is that the Wi-Fi only worked in your room and not the lobby or common areas. Not sure if we missed something there but it was very annoying. I saw that they had another network for the hotel itself, but the password we received did not work for it, only for the network which was for our room number.

We will definitely be back! We used to be fans of the Tobu hotel that is just up the street but this hotel was better by far.

Love our room and this hotel! The size and layout are great! 2 giant clean windows with views of Skytree and the park are perfect. Love how there are doors to the bathroom and then doors for toilet and shower rooms. That helps when one family member wakes up early while others are still sleeping. Love the toilet light and bathroom floor sensor light too for that same reason. Most quiet AC/heating system ever! Access to premium lounge and free ice-cream are great for premium floor guests! Love the high end hair dryer, tea pot provided. Love the separate seating area and the high chairs looking out to Skytree. Would be perfect if you install night light in the “living room” area or a blackout curtain behind the bed so I can pull it out and turn on the light in the living room area while others are sleeping and the light won’t bother them. Love having the laundry facilities for our long stay. Location is great too. Love complimentary water bottles. Love the big Lotte biscuit looking cushion too that we will buy. 10/10 rating!

Outstanding staff and beautiful hotel. Kim welcomed us and checked us in with the utmost professionalism. There was another gentleman that would be stocking the premium lounge and managing the outdoor patio area. He was so friendly and welcoming. He really made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff would say hi to us everytime they saw us. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Conveniently close to the train station and restaurants.

Great hotel handy to shops and transport

This was our first stay in this hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. Great location (literally a lift ride down to the Metro or a 3 minute walk across the street to the JR station) and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a nice little park with a playground for kids.
Kinshicho is a good base on the eastern side of Tokyo and you can get one train straight to Narita Airport at the end of your stay.
The room was spacious for Japan and the amenities were nice, with a coin laundry on the 7th floor, which is always handy. Cleaning happens every second day (but fresh towels are delivered to your door daily)
We had a standard twin with Sky Tree view which was really spectacular, and was very nice to watch the tower light up every night after the sun went down.
Very nice hotel, will definitely go back.

Very convenient location (Quiet), JR and subway just mins of walk away. Most of the places I went are within 30 mins by train/subway. Room size is good for Tokyo unless money is not an issue. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room are quite clean. Surprisingly I can't hear any train pass even when the tracks are very close by.

今回、２回目の滞在です。前回はパンデミック前でしたが、その時と比べるとかなりサービスの質が落ちています。部屋にセーフティボックスがついてないし(付いているプランでした)、チェックインの際に、朝食についての説明も、こちらから聞くまで何もありませんでした。私の前にチェックインしたお客さんには説明してました。以前にはフロントやレストランにたくさん置いてあったいろんな大きさのマーチくんたちのぬいぐるみも撤去されていて、とても無機質な感じです。朝食も品数がだいぶ減っていましたし、楽しみにしていた一口大のパンナコッタ等のデザートもなくなっているし、お菓子の無料配布もありませんでした。一日目の朝は、コーヒーメーカーも壊れていて使えませんでした。ロッテならではのサービスがなくなってしまい、ここに泊まるメリットももうないかなぁという感じです。

Wife and I just got back from our stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it. Rooms were spacey (by Japanese standards), staff were super helpful, the property itself was very clean and located within minutes of walking distance from train stations (one in the basement of the hotel), shopping, food in any direction.

Our only issue was that the sink in our room leaked when we turned on the cold water, but was not an issue and we used a towel to keep it dry. Will stay here again the next time we are in Japan!

Our stay at the Lotte hotel was great! The staff were super nice. The location was great and well connected for subways (across the road for JR lines or downstairs to B2 for Z line). There's a 7/11 on level 1 and we found a flea market at the park across the road one morning. There's some shopping by the train station too. The rooms were nice, I liked the self service amenities and the fresh towels etc daily. The room with me and my partner was a little small but okay if we put all our luggage away. My sister had a queen room to herself and it was plenty big for her. Our laundry needed a couple rounds in the dryer which took some time but it was cheap. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the Lotte City Hotel. Only criticism is that even with it's English speaking staff and it's English themed pub there were no English descriptions of the food on offer at breakfast. Therefore you either had to ask for an explanation (which they were happy to give) or take a chance and for people with strict eating preferences this wasn't so good.

But overall very pleased and will probably use them again.

The hotel was a really relaxed place to stay , no one bothered you and the rooms were a great size for Tokyo. The practicality of the hotel was fantastic as it was central to transportation and the area was great for choices of food and shopping etc. The facilities were also great staff were very pleasant. Overall the hotel was fantastic choice for our two week stay , the only criticism would be the room felt a little tired decor wise but not enough to not stay there again if we returned to Tokyo.

I recently stayed in this hotel with an excellent location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. First, the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. In particular, I noticed that the floor in my room was quite sticky, which was unpleasant. I also noticed some areas in the hotel that could have used a more thorough cleaning.

Another issue I encountered during my stay was the limited English capability of the staff at the front desk. This made it challenging to communicate effectively and get the information I needed. While I understand that English may not be the primary language of the staff, I think it would be helpful for the hotel to invest in language training to improve communication with guests.

Finally, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel only offers room service once a week. This was unexpected, and rooms are generally small, any untidiness/smell feels much harder to tolerate. All that makes the room a lot less comfortable to stay in.

Despite these issues, I do want to emphasize that the hotel's location is excellent. It is situated in a convenient and accessible area, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Near direct access to most locations within the city. Overall, this is a hotel that is okay for first timers that who prioritize location over other factors. However, I would caution that there are some areas for improvement, particularly around cleanliness and communication with staff.

This less touristy spot is very safe fun and full of things to do. Good transportation hub. We were visiting family in nearby Kikukawa. Easy walk to another great neighborhood.
The hotel is located in a building with lots of other stores, including 7-Eleven, restaurants, and bars. The room was very nice. We had a few of the sky tree, the beds, the pillows were all very very comfortable. .

The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The room is slightly more spacious than other hotel in tokyo. Is very clean BUT the wall right beside the mirror was very dusty. I left a note in Japanese for the staff to clean it but they did not clean it. Fyi room number 1905. The location of the hotel is very good! Right beside JR and metro station. But i do find it strange that the housekeeping throw the disposable slippers everyday. I stayed for 4nights with my husband hence they threw 8 pair of slippers.... Which i dont find it ecofriendly. Overall, this is a hotel that i will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location and is easy to access via the Honzomon subway line. There are nice views of the Sky Tree too (if you're lucky enough to get a room on the north side).
Breakfast was quite unusual: mainly cakes, sweets and ice cream. It was so popular that I could only get into the breakfast retaurant on one of the three days of my visit. On the other two mornings there were long lines of people queuing to get in. I'd booked the 'breakfast included' option, which turned out to be a complete waste of money.
They gave me a wheelchair access room. I don't have a wheelchair and having the toilet right next to the door and not in a separate bathroom took a bit of getting used to.
I visit Japan a lot but I don't think I'll stay here again. I was really looking forward to it but was rather disappointing in the end.

Location is excellent ! You can go straight to the Kinshicho station at the basement level. Shopping malls, foodcourts and private food shops nearby. Convenient but not over crowded. Breakfast choices is good enough plus take away snacks and coffee which is very hearty. My room has a great city view and I can see Tokyo tower. I can also have the clear skytree view every time I am waiting for the lift. By the way it is a great place to come back.

Good location over a subway station. I have to admit I only stayed here for the koala decor and was happy to find a perfectly nice hotel for our two night stay. Convenient location, small but clean room, friendly staff.

Probably eco friendly if the features were pointed out. But not sure about the packaging et al. Very convenient to restaurants, trains (can take a direct “fast” train non-stop from Narita direct to hotel!), ATM on-site. Great and helpful staff. Definitely a returning place.

This hotel is located literally on top of a subway station and extremely close to a JR station, and in a commercial district with literally dozens of restaurants within walking distance. It is reasonably priced given the location.

The location was very convenient to the Tokyo train system, a real plus. Our room was cramped - one of us had to crawl into bed from the foot as there was no room to walk around. Also no place to unpack, meaning that our suitcases sat on the sofa so we could live out of them. The included breakfast buffet was quite good, although there was a crowd waiting for space to get in. Interestingly, Lotte is a candy making company, and boxes of candy were piled up in the breakfast room so that people could help themselves.

Best location

My 8 nights at Lotte City Hotel was the best choice for this trip. Close by all public transportations, great varieties of shopping malls, restaurants, and still peaceful. Never too crowded with tourists. A little bit outside of tourist attractions and it was exactly what I wanted for this trip. Service and quality of the hotel were priceless. Perfect place for business and solo traveler. Highly recommended.
