I always stay at Tobu Levant because of the convenient location, airport limousine bus access, and the nice property.

The hotel staffs and amenities are great and helpful.

The only concern is that some foreign tourists are noisy in the hallways and the facilities are starting to wear out.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. I was worried initially that I didn't book in Shibuya or Shinjuku, but I was so happy to find out that the hotel is 4 min walk from Sobu and Honzumon line. It's also right next to a lot of great restraunts, a laundromat (5 min walk), a beautiful park with a mini shrine, as well as lots of shopping options. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and provided water. The hotel bed is VERY comfortable. The room has a water kettle and a mini fridge. The city view from the 20th floor was amazing, stretching all the way to Yokokama Eye lit up at night. The breakfast buffet had an omelette station and lots of good protein options ( bacon , sausage, mackerel, sardines). I would definitely recommend this hotel to a first time Traveller.

Perfect as always. It is my go to hotel to stay in Tokyo as it meets my needs perfectly. The room is large and the view is amazing and the staff are always wonderful to work with. The rooms are cleaned every day which is perfect. As I say it meets my needs and is ideal for me. We will visit again on our next trip to Japan

Spent over $300 for one night. Lobby looks like luxury. Hallway carpet stained smells like smoke and mildew. Room furniture is scratched and old. Room is visibly dirty and smells of mildew. Like they never shampoo carpet or wash curtains. It was gross. Shower had mold mildew stains. Do not book here if you are looking for the Japanese clean culture experience.

I can't recommend the Tobu Hotel Levant enough. The location is great, relatively quiet but still with lots to do. Very close to a train station so super easy to travel around Tokyo. There's also a convenient direct bus to Disneyland/Disneysea.

We booked a triple room with two beds + sofa bed and it was a really good size with comfortable beds. Best of all was the incredible view of the Skytree we had on the 20th floor. We stayed for nearly two weeks and never got bored of the view. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. There's plenty of nice places to eat on the road just outside the hotel and a familymart + 7/11 just seconds away from the lobby (and a Lawson just slightly further away)

The view from the room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, those were the strongest parts of the stay. The smell of cigarette smoke on the ground floor was very strong and unpleasant, and the hotel overall felt quite old, with dated amenities. The view was probably the only feature that felt close to a five-star experience. Overall, it was practical and spacious, but the property itself felt tired and less polished than we expected.

Prime location with in 4 minutes walk to public transportations. Facility Slightly dated but clean and positive staffs. We loved the view from our room. Room’s quiet and Semi firm beds were comfortable. AC was excellent. Shuttle to Airport with surcharges. Restaurant on the second floor was great with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Main level cafe with excellent dessert we enjoyed. Coin laundry 5minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty shopping and dinning options area. Felt safe for solo walk. Highly Recommended.

Excellent location and great customer service by most employees like Fukuyama-San (the concierge). He is so awesome and helpful! He went out of his way to flag down a taxi for us in the rain. He also greets us so well everytime we’d come and go unlike the older, shorter concierge who is not friendly at all. He even deliberately walked away from us when the taxi stopped in front of him but we’ve seen him help others out of their taxi. Guess we didn’t look important enough for him.

A second excellent staff member was the front desk attendant: Yano-san. He also went out of his way and took a long time explaining how the typhoon that was expected to come on the day of our check out may affect the transport to the airport and advised us to leave earlier. He was correct.

A third exceptional staff member is the male housekeeping staff member for the 23rd floor. He was so sweet and kind to our requests.

I had a wonderful stay at Tobu Levant Hotel. The location was very convenient, with both 7-11 and Lawson right outside the hotel, a Donki just down the street, many restaurants within walking distance, and a shopping mall nearby as well.

I stayed in a twin room with a view of Tokyo Skytree, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom could use some remodeling, but nothing too bad at all. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with the daily cleaning, and the front desk team was always friendly and helpful.

I moved to this hotel from Ginza area during my trip because the hotel is an official Good Neighbor Hotel, offering convenient shuttle bus service to and from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. The amenities were excellent, and the service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. A Direct Airport Limousine bus was also easy to book!

I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo.

The property is set on a great location, 5 minutes from a train station and a bus station. The staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping department are the rock stars of the Hotel. Amazing attention to detail and willing to help and listen to your concerns or requests. Different breakfast options and also dinner options at their Sky View restaurant located on the 24th Floor.

The only set back is that they don't have a Laundry Room, there is a coin Laundry located about 4 minutes from the property that is open 24 hours.

The hotel was in a perfect location for eating and sightseeing, close to the Skytree, Asakusa Shrine, and the street market.However, the room we stayed in appeared worn compared to the other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was great, but it lacked a few things, like stew with meat and salmon. However, there are a few good things about the hotel's cook: cook-to-order omelets, over-easy eggs, and fruit; they also have pancakes, and the staff was very helpful. However, occasionally, the guests are very strategic and do not pick our plate. The restroom and the hotel were extremely clean. Yes, I will stay here again.
For one thing, when we stayed in our room, it was room 1900. This location faces the Sky Tree directly. At night, you can see the Sky Tree and Disney World's fireworks, which is a treat and a form of meditation, and it's also amazing to look at the Sky Tree, which is about two blocks from the hotel. Yes, I will still stay here because there are 10000 views from our room. The view is amazing...

I stayed at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo many years ago. Although the hotel is now older, it has maintained its level of service provided by the staff.

Kinshicho station is also within walking distance. There are also a couple of malls located nearby, Apart from malls, there are multiple small eateries and convenience stores located on the opposite side of the road.

The Airport Limousine Bus service makes a stop at this hotel too.

The number one best thing about Tobu Levant is its location, right next to Kinshicho Station. Supermarket, shopping malls, cafes and convenience stores are all within a few minutes' walk. The buffet breakfast was better than at most more expensive hotels, and the views of Tokyo Sky Tree were unbeatable. We'll stay there again.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime for my 10-year-old son. Tokyo, Japan had been his dream destination for years—he saved his allowance, talked about it nonstop, and was beyond excited to finally experience it. After a brutal 30-hour travel day (multiple flights, layovers, and exhaustion), we arrived at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo only to be told our room wasn’t ready.
There was literally no seating area for guests waiting to check in. My tired 10-year-old and I had to stand in the lobby for a long time with our luggage, completely drained. It was heartbreaking to watch his excitement turn into disappointment right from the start.
But that was just the beginning. The real nightmare was the noise. On multiple nights, loud guests (talking, laughing, slamming doors) kept us awake for hours. The first time I went to the front desk to complain, they did absolutely nothing—no empathy, no action, just a shrug. I had to come back a second time with a video recording of the noise before they even acknowledged it. Their “solution”? Make us move rooms in the middle of the night. We had to repack everything, haul our luggage up two floors, and unpack again at 2-3 AM while my son was exhausted and confused.
Because of this, we got little to no sleep on 4 out of our 8 nights. A 10-year-old who should have been making lifelong memories of his dream trip instead spent half the vacation overtired, cranky, & disappointed

Great location. I've visited Japan quite a few times for siteseeing and I have gotten tired of navigating their transit system with so much luggage. So I was sold as soon as I saw that the limousine bus drops off and picks up people directly infront of the hotel to the airport. The hotel is located about a 3-4 min walk away from the JR and Metro. Luckily these stations are small and don't have a ton of exits. If your coming from the JR the exit is the North side and it's only about three stops away from Tokyo station. Anyways, the hotel is also located a minute or two from a shoping mall that has stores like Daiso, Uniqlo, McDonald's etc and a supermarket in the basement that has great fresh baked breads. Walk a few extra minutes around the South exit of Kinshicho station and you see even more malls. Across the street from the hotel you can find a convenience store, small grocery store, Don Quijote and various restaurants like Yoshinoya (my quick go to for a late night meal). There's no washer/dryers in the hotel but around the corner (one block down) there is a local coin laundry that is easy to use. The staff were friendly and the rooms were small but clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice.

The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING!

Liked: Location was excellent- train station, restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy all minutes away. Neighbourhood wasn’t super loud or crowded. There was a decent amount of space in the room for four people (four twin beds). There was an air conditioner in the room. The body wash smelled nice.
Disliked: the room had a funny smell to it and unfortunately you can’t open the windows. It wasn’t unbearable but I noticed it every time we came back to the room. Also the beds were hard as rock which wasn’t unexpected but still a bummer.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Tobu Levant Hotel. It’s an older hotel but we liked its location. We were on the 19th floor with a view of the Sky Tree Tower. Our curtains were never drawn. We took full advantage of the city scape.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and we also utilized Ren on the 24th floor which also had magnificent views.

All together, this is a nice place to stay if you want to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of the hotels close to the main train stations.

Clean room, daily breakfast with a variety of choices, staff was very friendly, I was English speaking and had no trouble communicating. Daily cleaning of the room, free water, ~5 min walk to train/bus stations. Convenient stores directly across the street, open 24 hrs if you're missing anything. This part of town opens later, around 10/11am, so other than the convenient stores, not much else is open. Public transit is so you can get anywhere. Love my visit, highly recommend this hotel. View of the Sky Tree was beautiful.

My stay at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo was a very pleasant experience. Although the room was not particularly spacious, it was thoughtfully designed and extremely convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent, the train station is just around the corner, a 7‑Eleven is directly across the street, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance.

One of the highlights of our stay was the view from our room. Having a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree made the experience especially memorable and added a unique charm to our visit.

Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and an impressive city view made our stay highly enjoyable. I would gladly consider returning on a future trip.

This is such an excellent hotel! We love that it’s near the Kinshicho Train Station and is connected to tne Arcacit Mall that has a large Daiso and Grocery Store as well as small restaurants including a McDonald’s. The staff spoke English fluently and were so helpful. The doorman one morning went out of his way to go out to the Main Street and flag down a taxi for us even in the rain and it took some time. So nice! Thank you!

The room was a decent size, clean and it was cleaned everyday. Some toiletries (like razors) are paid for extras. There is no service to your room (for example if you need an iron, extra pillows or blankets etc you need to head down to the front desk to pick it up) which is a bit weird for a hotel.

A bit dated but clean lodging. There was a sewage smell that persisted in the bathroom which was not pleasant. Smooth check in and check out, they were able to receive our luggage transfer bags. Very convenient location near subway, malls, grocery store, donki, and quick subway ride to Skytree. It is a bit farther to shinjuku and shibuya if that is your main destination. I quite liked the quieter feel of the area but college kids wished we were closer if that is a concern for any. Overall a good stay minus the sewage bathroom smell.

The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

We have stayed here several times and find the hotel to be quite a convenient location, very close to the train station, several shopping centers, the 7-11 and Lawson are right across the street and Family Mart is on the 2nd floor of the property, and lots of places to eat. Also allows you to control the temperature of the room with AC and heat.
The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and staff is very helpful and pleasant. We enjoy the breakfast buffet which has a selection of Japanese, American or continental dishes.
The Tokyo Skytree is a nice view in the evening and is a nice walk.
