We had probably the best view room in the hotel, so it was very exciting!! But we travel a lot and often get good views. However, what made our stay truly amazing was hotel team, especially Ms.Noelia Ramon and Ms.Anna Kolesnikova - thanks to their very professional, positive and kind attitude as well as beautiful smile we could feel true magic and hospitality of Ibiza!! So we would like to extend our thanks to hotel for such a great team!!

This is great for tunes around the pool. But the pool is tiny, the service around the pool is abhorrent. The food around the pool is unbelievably expensive and terrible. This place relies on its reputation as a great music venue but the service is awful.

We had been in Ibiza and chose to stay at The Unexpected for the closing night of Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
We stayed in an Anything Can Happen Suite and would highly recommend choosing that room. It’s stunning, luxurious and you feel like a bit of a rock star! While the upfront price might seem expensive, once you factor in getting free show tickets and a bottle of champagne (I was expecting a cheap Cava but it was a limited edition bottle of Moet!), it’s actually reasonably good value.
I’d also highly recommend the taking the breakfast - it is perhaps the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. There’s so many options, from the ice cream machine, cava, pizza, caviar, to all the usual options… amazing. The walk in price was €60 - and expensive breakfast on first look - but I’d say the quantity and quality of the food more than justify that price!
Despite the proximity to the ‘club’ it’s actually very quiet in the room. You could hear the music on the balcony, but we never heard other guests or the music when we were in our room.
The only downside of a high-end 5 star hotel is that the bar and extra prices are all high-end. And there will always be guests with clearly more money than you.
I’d recommend staying at least one night in The Unexpected on your Ibiza trip.

The check in experience wasn’t great, our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we came to the Hotel at 4pm and room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 30-40 minutes which was kind of disappointing.

Very unique stay, the access to a room hot tub was an amazing touch. The decor in the rooms and around the hotel were very fitting and overall appealing. Some designs were a little questionable mainly the shower in my room as water would often leak outside the door of the shower as well as in the toilet in the room beside it. Other than that the rooms were very well made.

The location was an easy walk along the beach to the old town and around 30 min taxi/drive to other destinations around the island. Was only about 10 minutes from the airport so you don't need to save a lot of time at departure. The views were really great. Be warned, in high season there is a club right next door.

This hotel is very expensive. Come prepared. The staff is helpful and the resort has everything you need if you can afford it. The standard rooms are decent, amazing bath products Robe, complimentary flip flops and close proximity to the club or across the street from Hi Ibiza. The big clubs are packed and oversold, so opt for VIP for more space. A 20 minute €30 Taxi can take you to the Marina area which is cute and charming. I didn’t see anything cute and charming around the resort which is not to far from the airport(€20-30 Taxi) area looked industrial. The resort itself is nice if you don’t plan on leaving.

This place is nice. Expensive. A drink and a beer at the club was $53. We had a suite with Jacuzzi tub which was a nice idea, but dangerous! The steps are slippery and so is the tile. I fell & severely injured my toe, I also cut my other toe leaving the club back to the hotel. The terrain is sketchy & dark at night. The rooms are comfortable and have Clarins bath products, very nice! The minibar options are fun, you could easily spend 1K on everything. Foods expensive too. Be prepared to drop a lot of cash here.

Tgey also provide misleading information with twisted pictures on third parties website to confuse people when booking. Vraiment déçu de la qualité de la chambre qui ne concorde vraiment pas avec l’annonce sur l’application . Très petite pour deux personnes . On nous demande de payer un extra de 3000 euro pour avoir la même chambre sur les photos . On a eu des problèmes dans la douche que ça prenais 4 heures de réparation . Pour remédier à la situation on nous a proposé le transport à l’aéroport qui coûte environ 14 euro . Une vraie blague comparé au prix payé pour cet hôtel . Honnêtement je ne recommande pas cet hôtel . Très déçu de mon expérience , et je vais entreprendre les recours appropriés car je me sens berné

I would never recommend someone to stay at Ushuaia. We stayed in the club hotel and I was shocked that they can call it a five star resort and charge the prices they do. There is rust all over the floor, the cheapest interior and the bathroom floor was soaking wet every time we showered. It is more like a dive hotel except you pay an outrageous amount for the club experience. You’re better off to stay anywhere and just pay for tickets to the events. When we mentioned our opinion to the staff upon checkout about how the place is a dump, they told us “Yes, it’s because it’s for the club so people destroy them.” Which is an outageous claim to make because while understandable…. with the rates they charge for everything surely they can afford better upkeep and maintenance. Even the lobby was at best a 3 star lobby experience (and that’s being generous). A friend of ours was staying here at the same time and their room actually smelled like mold and their air conditioning was barely working. The worst.

They moved our room four times because the air conditioning did not work in each of the rooms. They charged us a $300 upgrade fee to upgrade to a suite which was supposed to come two waters a day for free and then proceeded to charge us $15 for two waters that were supposed to be free. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to talk to someone about getting my charges credited back. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype or the hefty price tag. The shows, which are a significant draw for many guests, end at 11 PM. This early finish is quite disappointing, especially for Ibiza, known for its vibrant nightlife. After the shows end, there's no music, leaving the atmosphere quite dull for the remainder of the evening. Additionally, the hotel does not allow any non-guests to enter, which can be quite inconvenient if you want to invite friends over. This policy feels overly restrictive and not in line with the open, social vibe that Ibiza is famous for.
Be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed for everything. They even charge for basic items like tissues or a lemon to go with your tequila, which is unacceptable at a high-end hotel. Moreover, the customer service is severely lacking. The staff seems more interested in selling you things you don't need rather than ensuring you have a pleasant stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service and the thoughtfulness and experience of staying here blows every hotel out of the water. Think of an amenity and they have provided it. The entire property and room was so clean! The room was huge, the location in Ibiza was amazing, the staff was great. Go to the Ushuaia Parties but DO NOT ROOM THERE!
I stayed at Ushuaia from 9/11 - 9/18 since the resort is host to several DJ-ed parties during the week. However, the rooms leave much to be desired.
1. The shower drain was slow when I first arrived. So I called maintenance, who simply took the metal filter off the drain to provide slightly more flow. As a result, I needed to request extra towels from the Cleaning Crew each morning to soak up all the water off the bathroom floor until it could be mopped the next day after I'd used the shower prior to going out in the evening.
2. None of the electronics worked in the room except for the Wifi Bose System (luckily)
3. After I checked out of the hotel, taxi-ed to the airport, and made it half way back to the US, the resort fraudulently charged me 150 euros for a liquor bottle that was \"missing.\" NO ONE at this hotel drinks from the mini-bar, as several liquor stores are only steps away from the resort for cheaper bottles. We ALL purchased our liquor from supermarkets, and even the receptionists advise you to do so during check-in. Yet, after I'm long gone, they accuse me of drinking one of their overly-priced liquor bottles w/o giving me the opportunity to prove my innocence while on the premise. Reaching out to them about this matter solved nothing as they only provided a terse, cold reply.
I will definitely return to Ibiza during summers in the future, but I will caution all friends and business partners against staying at Ushuaia.

We had such a great time at Ushuaia, but the service left a bit to be desired. Check in and experience staff were amazing, but it was hard to get service from the wait staff at the pool. Additionally, there were limited seats and lots of people who weren’t guests, so we were uncomfortable leaving our stuff out and about. We also had to ask for room service the two days we were there as they hadn’t cleaned our room well into the evening. Other than that, it’s the most fun hotel I’ve ever stayed at and we would definitely be back. We weren’t there for upscale service as much as we were there to hear great music, see amazing DJs, and be on location where the party was at! However, for the price we paid, we expected better service.

First time staying at Ushuaia tower after 15 years of going to Ibiza. This hotel was disappointing, rooms are small and very basic for the price, there was nowhere near enough sunbeds for hotel guests. The beds that were empty had a min 600 euro spend. When I arrived I asked for an adaptor to charge my phone, I was told they didn't have and to go to the supermarket.
The red carpets were filthy walking from first floor to second as were the skirting boards, looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent depending on what you're visiting for, Hi and Ushuaia are a stone throw away, airport 10 mins away, there is some great beach bars too. There is also a lot of not so good bars.
Overall I wouldn't recommend or ever return to this hotel, I have stayed at Hard Rock before which is opposite, this is so much better and the same price

This stay was disappointing to say the least. For the price I paid to stay here I expected so much more… the room was not clean upon checking in, the espresso machine did not work, and staff did not address the issue until I spoke twice with the front desk, the shower door was missing from the room so water seeped onto the bathroom floor and bath mat every time someone showered. When house keeping finally came around to clean the room the second day, they had no wash cloths. Oh… and if you used more than the allotted 4 espresso capsules you would be charged 12 euros a piece for each extra pod. The room was cheesy and had a sex box kit that seem to have gotten some water on it previous to my stay… so not only was it cheesy, but not new or clean ewwww!!! And the sink in the bathroom stopped working day 3 and there was no water except fir the shower. I can’t believe that I paid over $700 a night for such a crappy experience. Not worth it. Stay at 7Pines instead. You will get your money’s worth there.

Excellent place for those wanting to party. I will go again. I liked the beach and the service at every restaurant and at the beach. Parties inside the facility are amazing. 15 minutes ride to airport is also a plus. The hostess Valeria Lizarazo and folks in front desk went above and beyond and that deserves a repeat visit.
