Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was not really clean, and the walls were so thin you could hear everyone. All the doors had old style keys from probably the 1940s which would be cool, if they worked. I was staying with another person and they were not able to give any extra keys. The worst part though was when we walked in, we had NO linens on the bed. No sheets, pillow cases, etc. We asked for some and the staff brought them but they were old. Sadly i spoke with another traveler there who also had no linens and when she asked for some they told her they didnt have any more to give out. All thry could lrovide was a tiny hand towel. Dont stay at this hotel. It may be slightly cheaper but not worth the 20 or 30 bucks you would save.

Make no mistake, this is a 1-star budget hotel. It may cost more than some other budget hotels in Ushuaia because it is in a very convenient location. The place is well worn and could use renovation. But then it would cost more. Staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a few hours even though the storage room was full. People make all the difference, especially in budget accommodations. I would stay here again.

No temperature control in the room. Only one plug to charge devices. The WiFi is just terrible, even the tv buffers and disconnects. The shower kept dripping all night. The mattress is super hard. Breakfast is minimal and stale. Terrible experience

The first room we were put in started having foul odor from the toilet where when we came back the entire room smelled of sewage. We were given a new room, but for price these rooms were a little better than a hostel. No true amenities. The first room did not have any way to control heat/cold. The second room kept turning on or not at all. There was on a few occasions noise coming from other guests that was very audible. The staff were very nice; the breakfast area was pleasant with the food good.

Most of the staff was super but there is no way to turn off the heat in the room it was on constantly unless we went and asked for it to be turned off. So at 3 am when we couldn't stand it anymore we had to go to front desk and ask for it to be turned off so we didn't get much rest here.

Worst hotel stay of my life

Rude staff; never felt welcome during my stay

Poorly managed; I arrived 4h after check-in started and the room I got was not cleaned since the last guest. Got another room, which was not cleaned either. Third try worked out except the curtains were broken so there was a permanent gap letting in daylight

Dirty and badly maintained room; did not see any trace of maid service apart from making of the bed and new towels on my request. Instead I was the one picking up masses of long, dark hair left on the floor from the staff (my hair is neither long or dark).

Either ice cold or steaming hot in room

Terrible breakfast, more of a buffet of sweets. The bread that was there was unbelievably dry, coffee tasted like water and was barely hot. Felt unwelcome here too, one day I arrived 40 minutes before breakfast closed and the look I got from the member of staff when I stepped in could have killed a human being.

Make yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you get paid to stay.

No elevator, we get 3rd floor suit. Toilet didn’t working well and get clogged. My wife go to reception to tell the problem but she (the receptionist) wasn’t able to solve, my wife ask for a toilet plunger, recepcionist said didn’t haved. She said that we can use the restaurant toilet in the 4th floor.

The heater was too high and uncomfortable and we try to open the window but too much traffic noise we can go asleep and we can’t control the heaterfrom de room.So I go down to receptionist at 1:00 am, (gentlemen) he adjust heater and giveme the toilet plunger and I resolve the problem.

The room was poor cleaning I could feel the dirt on the floor on my feet.

This property is old and outdated. The second floor rooms smell like sewers, rooms don't have safes, and windows don't lock. There aren't any amenities. Breakfast options are extremely limited. Coffee and tea are not available outside of breakfast hours.

Staff is kind-of friendly but without the ability to resolve any problems.

The photos and description of this motel on Expedia lead you to believe that it's a better hotel.

Convenient location, nice property

Rooms and bathroom are a little bit small, but that was fine for our group. Wifi was reliable, and the sitting areas on the top floor are lovely and provide a pretty and quiet view of the Ushuaia harbor. Easy walking distance to lots of bars and shops in Ushuaia.

Stayed here after our Patagonia cruise for 3 nights before flying back home. The place is rustic and homey feeling, and close to the downtown section of Ushuaia. The only complaints I’d say are that the sheets weren’t too clean and that there are no DO NOT DISTURB signs to put on your room door so if your a late riser like I am, room service will just barge right in, so let the front desk know that you don’t want room service coming into your room. Aside from that, the staff were very helpful and professional. Overall was a pleasant stay.

The interior was charming in an old way, but the rooms were very small and rundown. The breakfast was minimal and poor. The only thing going for it was a great breakfast room on the fourth floor with a wonderful view of the harbor.

The room was cold most of the time. I asked for the heat to be turned up and it warmed the room on-and-off. I was cold over half of my stay there.

The shower in the bathroom did not spray water evenly and the shower head looked clogged.

The shower water made a very loud noise when it was on and water hit the “hollow sounding” tub. I could not take a shower because of these troubles.

The TV was very old and very small, it about 13” square and placed ver high up on the wall and hard to view. The TV remote batteries kept falling out because the cover was missing.

The best part of my stay was the extraordinary view from the 3rd floor breakfast room. It was amazing and the food was ok.

The toilet kept leaking, the heat erratic and a lot of noise in the early morning!

The morning receptionist at the front desk was completely incompetent - we had problems with her from the beginning: confusion with our rooms, problems with the rooms, and even though we booked for two people - we had problems with my partner coming in. They discriminate against LGBT and people of color! I left one day earlier because I was so upset! I have traveled ALL over the world with the embassy - and I have never been treated so badly! Shame on you!

I do NOT recommend this horrible hotel at all.

Firstly, the staffs are nice. no doubt. I have not seen a bad soul in Argentina. This country should be so proud.
Clean. I don't think because it is sooooo old, it is fair to say it is not clean.
Location is nice. 5-10mins walking away from center point. supposedly quiet.

Apart from my opinions, here are some facts:

1. no elevator or ramp, in middle of a hill ( like many hotels), no strong guy in hotel to help. to go up, you have drag luggage on each wooden steps. and seems checkin is allowed at 2am.
2. the hotel has very small TV size of a laptop. controller does not work and is fixed with wood sticks. it does has BBC news in english.
3. no towel, no hot water, no phone. i asked for towel. there is a left over, used bar soap.
4. twin bed was confortable.
5. window is secure and good with sound. street is quiet.
6. breakfast does not have ham. it is some sort of spam. it did have can yogurt which is nice and whole fruits.
7. view in kitchen is beautiful.
8. can't tell if wifi is good. signal looks strong but i was not able to use many apps.
9. no privacy tags to rooms.
10. This house is SO loud Everywhere! every night after midnight, people came in sounding drink or something, loudly speaking, yelling and there is no house rule present. the house is so old, opening/closing door and lock/unlock it all cause big noises. and wowww! what kind of people stay here! they all slam their door any time even after midnight. again, no house rule.

Había hecho una reservación y durante la selección elijo 2 adultos y 1 cama. Una vez que llegamos al hotel nos entregaron una habitación con camas separadas. Con lo cual procedi a hacer el reclamo. Según el personal del hotel, no dependian de ellos el control de las reservas y disponibilidad de habitaciones. Ahora sí, desde un principio hubieran actualizado la cantidad de habitaciones disponibles me ahorraba el tiempo de hacer el reclamo. Por suerte el asistente de la App atendió rápidamente mi reclamo y dió de baja la reserva, de verdad estoy agradecido por la atención. para los que estén por reservar en la App llamen primero al hotel para estar seguro si hay habitaciones para reservar.

Zeer eenvoudige kamer, niet geheel schoon, vlek op onderlaken en nog een paar haren in het bed, leek alsof het niet is verschoond na de vorige gebruiker, allen is rechtgetrokken.
Badkamer lagen haren op de grond.
Licht in badkamer boven spiegel defect wat lastig is bij scheren.
Kamer in middag en avond niet verwarmd alleen in de loop van de nacht/begin ochtend.
personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed.
