Hotel super excelente. Nos hospedamos en el por los comentarios y así estuvo genial.
Absolutamente limpio, camas, ropa de cama, almohadas, pasillo del hotel, baños loo y etc impecable de limpio y lindo.
El desayuno típico argentino a base de pan, algo de fruta, jamón, queso y huevo batido.
Buen café y jugos no naturales pero de buena calidad.
Está a unos minutos del centro en una pequeña cuesta igual que todas las calles de Ushuaia, pero el clima favorece caminar y los Uber son muy económicos y funciona muy bien. Pero es algo que bien vale la pena.
El hotel precio calidad es mucho muy bueno.
No hay venta de nada ahí muy cerca ni agua.
Pero ya mencioné que el centro está a 10 minutos a pie.
El
Restaurante del hotel deja de funcionar de 3 a 8 pm y eso si es pico incómodo.

This is a great great hotel. Location is amazing, in downtown center but still slightly away on a hill in a quite zone. The view from the hotel lobby sitting area and from the Hotel Restaurant is breadth taking. You can see the water and the snow capped mountains from the hotel. The Room was big, very clean and had all the amenities. The Breakfast was top class (fruits, cookies, pastries, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, cheese, coffee/tea, juice). The Breakfast room is one of the best I have ever seen - this is fine dining with a view. CheckIn was very smooth and so was Checkout. There are elevators. If you want to do to downtown, it is a short walk on the hill.

I stayed one night in a deluxe room which I paid for and one night in a standard room provided by my tour company. The rooms were pretty basic in terms of comfort and amenities. The standard rooms have exactly one outlet that is available, and even that you have to unplug the mini frig to use it. The standard rooms are small so you might be better off upgrading to a “deluxe” room. None of the rooms include a kettle or coffee maker, even the deluxe one. The biggest drawback is that the second floor rooms do not have elevator access, so ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility limitations, or pay for the upgraded room on the 3rd or 4th floors. The staff will offer to have your bags brought to the top of the stairs if you need assistance. The breakfast is nice, and the pizza is good as well. But be aware that the restaurant closes after lunch and does not reopen until 8 pm. It is also a 10-20 minute walk downtown, and you have a bit of a climb back up the hill to get back if you don’t want to take a taxi. The biggest plus is that all of the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

The property was up on the hill and far away from the main market/tourist area. I asked for a better view room as I was given the car park view and it was declined even though there was rooms available and the reasoning was not justified. The toilet and bathroom were not good either. The shower would not work sometimes. The room was small and nothing available in the room like tea/coffee or even water. Breakfast was good and had good views while having breakfast. I paid £100 for the hotel I expected a little more.

This was the perfect place for my full 4-day exploration in Ushuaia. Room size was ok with nice view to bay and mountains. Hotel is a few block from San Martin street (main one in the city). It was at an ok distance from Glacier Martial so I was able to run from Hotel to Glacial. Lobby has awesome views and very comfy seating areas. Breakfast was ample with plenty of pastries to refuel every morning before hitting the trails! Definitively, a place to return in future trips to Patagonia.

The staff here were quite helpful in every way. I was able to store a bag in their storage room while away on a 3 week trip to Antarctica- so above and beyond what I thought would be possible staying here. The views are great from the rooms and it is a quiet location. Front desk staff spoke English which was also such a big help for me. The restaurant food was great and breakfast was included in the reasonable price of the room. Location was a bit of a walk from the main city area but as I mentioned that was a huge plus considering how quiet the rooms were because of it. Don’t think twice about staying here, you will not be disappointed. Did I mention the views from the adjoining restaurant were amazing?

We stayed at the property 2 nights. We were in room 201. It was a very small room, but I don't know what other rooms in the hotel were like. The headboard/side table structure would fall off the wall on the right side of the bed. There is no elevator in the hotel.

We asked for a restaurant recommendation at the front desk and were given one that we really enjoyed, El Mercado.

I separately asked if they could call me a cab that took credit cards, and was told that they couldn't

The included breakfast was nice, a large selection of pastries

We did not mention the headboard/table issue during our stay, our stuff was everywhere in the room and for the 2 nights we didn't want to have to deal with it.

This stay was just average for us

The best view

The view is second to none. From the window of the lobby we watched the cruise ship that we got off in the morning disembarked the port of Ushuaia to Antarctica again in the afternoon. We entertained friends for dinner in the restaurant. Our room is clean and spacious. I will definitely refer friends. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

The property was okay. The room smelled bad, the carpets smelled moldy and damp. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I slept in over 3 weeks of travel in Argentina. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again personally. It felt like someone bought an older property and put a very small amount of effort into a cheap renovation. Staff were friendly.

The room was hot (no temperature control), with the only ventilation available from a small window that, given the ground-floor location, would present a security risk if left open.

As a note there are 2 sections of this hotel - we stayed in both types of rooms. One is more modern/looking like the pictures in the entry. The other is more basic.

Really Nice, Slightly \"out-of-town\" Hotel

A really nice, clean and comfortable hotel. There is a \"Pizza\" style restaurant attached. The only downside is that it is a short walk from the main part of town but this does mean that it offers great views across the Beagle Channel..

We recently stayed here for one night after returning from Antarctica. The staff were very helpful with advice about taxis to the airport and even changing money for us. The hotel has two floors and there is no lift but staff carried our bags for us . It is about a 20 minute walk into town.

Top hotel in Ushuaia

Las Lengas is sited in possibly the best location in Ushuaia just a 5 minute walk or 30 peso cab ride from the end of the main street - trust me, except in the dead of winter with a gale it will be easy.
A beautiful view of either the Beagle Channel or the mountains from every room - quite distinct from the Antarctic tour official hotel which is 50% more expensive and has a view of a derelict building. I'd choose this one every time (in fact I'm back there now writing this review!)
Excellent service from reception and dining room, both of which also have superb views.
Hard to find any negative thoughts except perhaps internet speed is slow.

2 story hotel, no elevator. Rooms either face the water or the mountains (noisier from street traffic). It's uphill from downtown, but we (55 and 60 years old) had no trouble with the hike. Desk clerk helped us carry luggage upstairs. The restaurant/bar has glass walls facing the harbor. Continental breakfast includes baked goods, cold meats and cheeses, cereal. Restaurants, shops and museums within walking distance. 4 computer stations in lobby for guests, also wifi. Rates are more reasonable than downtown hotels, and view is much nicer.

Las Lengas is a short but pleasant walk into town. The hotel does not have an elevator but is only two storeys. It gives the impression of being an old hotel that has not moved in to the 21st century. Our room was dated although quite comfortable. No luggage rack was provided so the suitcases had to stay on the floor. No mirror in the room either, only in the bathroom. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was poor.

4 stars for overall rating, -1 for wi-fi service.

The only compliant we had was the wi-fi connection. It was very unreliable and you could never get it to connect in the room. The walk to down town area was a little long and down hill, but you could easily make it in 15-20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise the hotel was clean, a nice design and probably the best view on the lake side of any other hotel in town. So the walk was worth it.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry all your bags upstairs and they were quite heavy, considering that the weather requires warm clothes even in the summertime. They are not flexible, we try to have a late check out and before finishing asking for that the answer was no.
We only had dinner the first day - the day of our arrival, because we were tired, it was late. The prices are even higher that in other restaurants and there are fewer choices. They charge additional US$ 25 to any order from the room service!!!
The breakfast was fine and the landscape from the restaurant salon was magnificent.
We also have difficulties to exchange US$ by Argentinian pesos and finally we had a much better deal exchanging our money at the restaurants and stores.

This is the best hotel to stay in Ushuaia for everyone who likes to stay in a quiet place near downtown. You only have to walk a few minutes to be on the main street of Ushuaia. You'll have a great view of the mountains while having breakfast, and the room is always clean and confortable. I really recommend.

O hotel tem uma boa vista. O quarto é bom, mas o ralo do banheiro deveria ser fechado pois exala um odor desagradável. Uma ducha higiênica seria uma melhor opção do que um bidê. O café da manhã tem muitos itens mas se repetem todos os dias. Não há opção de frutas frescas. O acesso ao centro da cidade a pé fica muito cansativo por causa da ladeira inclinada.

Creo que el trato de la gente del restaurante en las mañanas no estuvo correcta, mi novia quizo usar una mesa para una reunión y la persona no le permitió sentarse a menos de consuma algún alimento. De hecho ibamos a almorzar en el lugar pero bajo esa condición decidimos no hacerlo.

Buena experiencia. Hotel cómodo, limpieza excelente, libre disposición de agua caliente lo que es esencial en una ciudad con bajas temperaturas.
Puntos a mejorar: En momentos el calor de la calefacción del hall de recepción excedía lo adecuado, generando bruscos cambios de temperatura al salir al exterior. Se solicitó bajar y la respuesta fue que estaba centralizada y que se demoraría en disminuir la t°.
En relación al personal se sugiere potenciar la resolutividad de todos ya que la diferencia en cuanto a la entrega de soluciones es notoria entre los recepcionistas.

El hotel tiene unas vistas increíble, creo que fue lo mejor de todo. La limpieza y el personal fueron buenos, el desayuno rico y la ubicación muy buena. Lo único es que el precio nos pareció elevado.
