I stayed at Lido Sofia for 4 days on my trip to Corfu. A beautiful hotel with a a gorgeous pool overlooking Agios Gordios. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was able to rent a car that was right outside the hotel to explore the island, and they let me drive it to the airport the next day to catch my flight and they met me at the airport for drop off. Very convenient! The village is very charming, with many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk downhill to the awesome beach. A few things I would suggest is to provide shampoo and shower gel for guests, and the room could use some updating. But overall, a lovely stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful relaxing hideaway! Lido Sophia doesn’t really need my 5 star review, the spectacular views, clean rooms good food and excellent service have attracted a loyal following of regulars. If a room there is available by all means take it

A great place to explore from. Fantastic sunsets. Lovely long beach, worth going to the very end on the right. A little shop across the road. Lots of cats, as there are all over Corfu. Meals can be purchased and eaten by the pool under a roof or in the open, plus bar. Take your insect spray. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Parking on the raod side. Due to the way property is built in Greece there is noise transference between rooms.

We had such a wonderful stay! We would love to come again. We had a cat that stayed near the hotel and we loved feeding him and petting him while we were there. Lovely area, lovely staff, lovely price!! Amazing! Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor but we weren’t bothered by it. Especially with the view and price. Thank you!

Location location location. I stayed in two different rooms and both had amazing views. It’s a family owned and family run hotel. Beautiful and kind family. Whatever we needed or desired, from recommendations, car rental, late check out, airport transportation, they accommodated us. Will come back!

Stunning location and views. Agios Gordios is lovely and even out of season had a few restaurants open. Accomodation was great. Two bed top floor apartment had loovely sea views and was clean and well-appointed. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the bathroom needed updating (terrible shower). Owners were friendly. Pool looked lovely but we didnt use it. Pool bar not open out of season. Recommend a hire car to explore the island but this location is a great base not too far from the airport. A great holiday 😁

Another great stay at the Lido Sofia

We have stayed as a family of 4 and as couple on a few occasions at the Lido Sofia and have never been disappointed at any point. The view from the balcony is amazing probably the best in the village. Rooms are clean and perfect for a good nights sleep. Would recommended the great food from the pool bar. Thanks again to all the team who make it a great place to stay.

Clean little apartment with magnificent views

A lovely little apartment with spectacular views over Agios Gordios. No frills, but clean and has everything you need. For the price we paid, it was a very memorable little place. The roads, as you can imagine, as it is in the mountains, are a bit like a skelectric but well worth it.

The apartment had a great view at the top of the steep hill and had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely very approachable and friendly and even with the virus situation they still managed to arrange room cleaning and we could WhatsApp them with any other requests. The shower and air conditioning were both good. The only negative was the bed which was very hard as were the pillows.

Wonderful owners, couldn’t be more friendly.
The large pool is fantastic and ideal for cooling down. The sea views from the rooms are amazing.
Quite a steep hill down to the town, but worth it.
Supermarket with all you need opposite. During COVID. Every room gets its own sun beds clearly marked. It was a shame the bar couldn’t open, as this would have made the excellent stay even better.

It was all wonderful: clean spacious room, wonderful view, pool with plenty of sunbeds. 10 minute walk into town - it's a steep walk but well worth it to be in a quiet spot with great views. Supermarket opposite for everythong you need.

Very friendly and willing staff. Good bar/meals, good pool, and shaded dining area.
Steep hill up to the property so not ideal for people with health issues - bad knees etc.
Some niggles with the kitchenette....no electric kettle, no toaster, no frying pan and only one large saucepan. Poor quality TV and reception, and therefore limited channels available.

We are just home from this holiday. The Studio apartment was Clean and basic it had everything you need for self catering. We had a wonderful stay and the best view. The hill was a bit steep from the village below. We managed and feel fitter for it. Would definetly recommend this property

A much needed break!!!!

This was my fourth holiday at Agios Gordis but my first staying at Lido Sofia.The apartment had two large bedrooms wth a kitchen /eating area.The terrace stretched along both rooms with plenty of room for a table and six chairs overlooking the sea.The cooking facilities were the best I have ever experienced in self catering accommodation - very useful with a vegan on board.
The only warning I would give is that Agios Gordis is situate on a steep hill and anyone with heart problems may find the climb arduous.One the plus side,there is a taxi rank in the town.
We had a fabulous holiday.Lots of lovely restaurants.Thankfully there were no noisy clube or thumping music but the girls had a great time in the Lemon Tree and Robin's Mest

Best holiday ever and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Lovely food and cocktails from the well equipped pool bar which is open from around 9am - till late and ran by the nicest family. We couldn't hear the bar from the room just the sound of the sea from the beach below. It has a beautiful pool also with a stunning back drop of the sea. There is a lovely little shop just opposite if you run short of supplies. It is set in a lovely quiet spot up on the hill but we made the walk to and from town everyday without problem and I'm definitely not the fittest. Many thanks to everyone at Lido Sofia for making our holiday so special and memorable, we will be sure to return.

Lovely time at Lido Sofia

We had a lovely 7 night stay at the LidoSofia. The accommodation was basic but had everything we needed. What the accommodation lacked,was more than made up for with the beautiful views from the large balcony with fantastic sunsets. The hill was a bit of a challenge after a day at the beach and also after a few drinks in the evening. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait à l'intérieur ( éponge, produit vaisselle, torchon,gel douche).
Mais le plus important : la vue à couper le souffle ! Avec de magnifiques coucher de soleil vus de la terrasse.
La piscine aussi est un vrai plus avec une vue sur la mer depuis les transats.
Pour nous un petit coin de paradis.

Die Betten bereiteten uns Schmerzen, sie haben keinen Lattenrost, lediglich locker aufgelegte Holzlatten.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, der Kochbereich zwar vorhanden, der beschriebene Essbereich ist der schmale Kosmetiktisch im schmalen Durchgang vor dem Bett. Dort kann man nicht zu zweit sitzen, somit ist Essen nur auf dem Balkon möglich. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht dürftig. Eher nur zum Frühstück zubereiten geeignet.
Katerina war sehr freundlich und hat uns nach unserer Beschwerde über die Betten Matratzen Topper bringen lassen. Diese haben ein wenig Besserung gebracht, - hygienisch ansehnlich waren sie nicht.

Familietur til Korfu.

Vi rejste 2 voksne og 3 små børn, og havde 7 dage på dette hotel.
Vi ankom med flyet fra Danmark og landede med midnat, på vej til hotellet som ligger i bjergene, gik vores GPS, vi fik kontakt, til personalet som var så søde og komme og hente os om natten, så vi kunne følge efter dem til hotellet.
Efter en lang tur og med 3 trætte børn, var det en fantastisk hjælp og kanon service at blive tilbudt.

- Personalet var meget behjælpelig med spørgsmål omkring seværdigheder.

Hotellet har 2 gode pools, og en fantastisk udsigt.

Vil klart anbefale dette hotel, og kan sagtens finde på at komme igen.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk NL sprekende eigenaar

Je moet goed ter been zijn, trappen in het complex. Om bij strand te komen en terug moet je een flinke wandeling op de berg maken. Vriendelijke mensen die ook NL spreken, heerlijk zwembad met een super uitzicht. Wordt om de dag schoongemaakt inclusief vervanging handdoeken en lakens.Studio is wat gedateerd en de keuken equipment is beperkt. Zeker wanneer je hier wilt koken. Groot nadeel zijn de bedden, ze kraken en de matrassen zijn keihard. De koelkast maakt veel geluid en kan niet uitgeschakeld worden. Deze beide hebben onze nachtrust toch wel verstoord

Gastvrijheid, geweldig uitzicht en heerlijk eten

Met mijn dochter van 14 genoten van heerlijk 5 dagen samenzijn, in de zon! Het hotel had alles wat we nodig hadden. Hotelpersoneel/familie enorm hartelijk en behulpzaam.
