Large bed was 2 singles pushed together so had a gap between them. We didnt sleep well because of this.

Never had such a terrible hotel in Istanbul. Rooms are old, furniture are old, half light bulbs does not work, kettle does not work. AC/heater turn off every hour, likely they are trying to save money. I had to wake up every hour from cold to turn on again. Asked staff to fix, they said: all rooms are like that.

Friendly house keeper, otherwise terrible place.

The room key does not work all the times. The save also has to be fixed at every room we got. The air-condition does not work at all times. The bathroom is very small that the door can not be opened all the way, also when you take a shower the water goes all over the floor which makes it dangerously slippery. The elevators are busy at all times you have to wait long time.

A beautiful hotel with lavish rooms, great housekeeping, good food & a warm welcoming. Only gripe was all the spa, sauna, steam, pool & gym facilities were closed due to COVID & not clear enough about this when booking on-line. Even the snooker table was closed!
Location is a long way away (1 hour) to the main tourism of Istanbul with nothing to do locally, the location is mainly residential, (mainly Turkish speaking only) if the spa facilities were open then it would have been better & much less boring.

Awful customer service. Never got the visa approved by person to attend, tried to contact to move the date or to cancel for a refund, very unprofessional waited until date was over to say there's nothing to do about it. I had to call the hotel from San Francisco, and got charged over 100$ for conversation where no-one wanted to speak to me or respond emails or calls, moved to responses that manager is not on duty, can't speak, call tomorrow for a solid week. Very very very bad experience, nothing good to say about it.

Beautiful hotel, nice large rooms that are clean and comfortable only downfall is the inclusive breakfast - not much variety - same dishes everyday and not an intercontinental breakfast also customer service is not great and not a lot of staff speak English but overall al very good place to stay Good value for money

The baddest hotel in Istanbul is your hotel, I will write in Arabic and you can translate it to any other languages, that's because most of the customers is from the Arabic countries I will use the Arabic language

one of worst hotels where i stayed in my life

I don't recomend this hotel to anybody. Room smell very bad from Bathroom. Very noisy rooms due that there is machine outside running all days.
Breakfast is very bad.

Air conditioning is not working even though I asked about it before check in and confirmed it is working - I was lied to.
Room service is not answering the phone and when you go to reception they promise someone will come and againe they lie no one came. Happened twice.

The hotel is very clean, customer service very poo

The hotel is specious, customer service however was v wry poor, hotel management and staff have no knowledge of the local tourist attraction nor do they have knowledge of city buses and city train location. Fitness and spa opens really late by ten in the morning which makes it inconvenient to exercise after breakfast. Swimming pool area very cold, while the swimming water is worm.

Our stay at Reis Inn Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel from the 6th of July till the 15th of July with my husband and our daughter. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was cleen every day,the breakfast was nice, the SPA center was really good too. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.I recommend this hotel for other guests.

Séjour au World Point Hotel à Istanbul du 29/01 au 01/02 absolument parfait ! Super hôtel 4 étoiles, très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables.
