It was acceptable, but in need of maintenance for sure. The entire shower rail fell off the wall during my first shower, and the shower base felt like a springy trampoline, with no solid foundation. Over priced for what it is…

Good hotel for little money

My stay was very good. The room was nice with daily cleaning. Bathroom was nice with a shower and bath tub, but shampoo was not provided. The food in the hotel was good, and roomservice was available 24/7. Can recommand the hotel and would visit again.

Scam hotel, dont book

This hotel is a scam, dont go there,
First it is not clean, dirty bathroom, the room door doesn't lock, i left my room and came back to find my door opened, luckily i had all my valuable stuff on me otherwise i would be crying till now,

The servant told me that what is outside the fridge is free and what's in is for charge, then they charged me for everything thing with an insane amount.

For a cookie and a crackers they charged my about $25 which it was supposed to be free as the servant said,
They are absolutely scams,

1. Very disappointed in inability to adjust the heat in my room. Room was always extremely hot and set at 27 degrees C even when I turn the AC and wall unit. reported multiple times and each times the staff says they fixed only to revert again.
2. On check out day I had asked if i could check out by 1 pm from one front desk person only to get what sounded like a nasty call from another, very loudly telling me I am late and I have to checkout. The tone was totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Person later said he did not. Very disappointing.

Hotel was disgusting, filthy condition, the pictures are false advertisement. Hotel staff are friendly, changed our suite due to complaints but the condition was still poor. All the bathrooms are filled with mould and limescale. Honestly wouldn’t recommend!
Plus you’re not allowed guest or allowed to bring food to your room. I would never stay there again. Absolutely ruined my holiday!

We had a great experience at the hotel all went well.. the place is located near a mall and plenty of eating places bars etc around. The breakfast in the hotel was great as well.. The only advice to the hotel is please don’t stop people from bringing in food you end up making your reception staff look like police detectives.. it ruins the whole experience

Sharing my experience

I had to wait in the reception for one hour cause the hotel missed up my reservation and they were not able to solve it and they refused to contact Hotels.com to solve this problem. The receptionist instead asked me to solve it which I believe was not professional. He did not even well explained to me the simple rules such as breakfast time, Wi-Fi sitting, and what is inclusive and exclusive inside the room.
