Staff front of house weren’t always helpful or friendly. Asked to speak to the manager to resolve an issue and they refused to come out saying they were in a meeting every opportunity i suggested. I chose this hotel for their pool as I had a young child who lives to swim. Didn’t find out till after check in that pool is restricted to children 8 years and over. This was not made clear on any publication online. Went to breakfast once and couldn’t get any gluten free options when requested. Stopped going. I travel to Istanbul a lot and will certainly not be staying here again

Comfortable Stay With a Few Issues

I stayed at this hotel and it is good overall, but there are a few issues. The lights at the entrance to the garage mostly don’t work, or their brightness is too low. I mentioned this before, but nothing has changed. Also, the towels feel more like bed sheets rather than proper towels.

Average Experience – Could Be Better

The guest rooms were quite small, and the towels were very thin — almost like using a bed sheet. The elevators operated slowly, and we later discovered that pressing the “Force” button was necessary to call them to our floor. After my surgery in Turkey, I found the parking area where we left our car to be poorly lit; it was so dark that I nearly tripped several times. Some of the motion-activated lights were either not working or did not provide sufficient brightness. When I inquired about a nearby pharmacy, I was given incorrect information — I was told it was closed on Saturday, but fortunately, I checked Google and found it was actually open. Overall, I would rate my experience a 6 out of 10.

Convenient & budget friendly

Good proximity to the exhibition centre (TUYAP) and also very convenient to take public transport and has a nearby taxi stand from which the hotel calls their taxis from. One down side could be that the entrance is at the back and not the street side which means the cars need to drive some extra time instead of a simpler drop off on the street side. The room and the bathroom was of a good size and clean. I had to change my room due to low performance AC unit in the first room so if you need a stronger AC and a cooler room, ask for this when checking in. I liked the wireless charger unit in the room for the phones (my iphone worked well with it) which also had a type c connector. There wasn't any need to ask for an adaptor for my UK type plugs. The bed was very comfy, similar to any Hilton I have visited in the past. Haven't tried the breakfast however the restaurant looked very airy and bright. They also had some necessities for sale at the reception area like snacks, drinks etc.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for one night. I had a corner room on the 4th floor with a view of the city and it was huge. I was so impressed with this hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Through Expedia this hotel offers “Pay on Arrival” but then later the hotel sends a message requiring some partial prepayment or reservation will be cancelled. However, at this point there is no convenient way to prepay as over the phone payment and payment through Expedia not possible. For us it was very stressful and inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel should not offer “Pay on Arrival” through booking websites.

I am giving one star just for one young gentleman in morning shift was nice. I don’t even want to give this hotel star. Other than him, every single person was horrible. I don’t understand why they choose to work in service industry when they don’t want to treat people properly. I don’t even expect to be treated extra nice. I was just expected to get normal treatment which they apparently don’t. If you like to feel miserable, I highly recommend this facility. I have used Hilton group so many times in various countries but this hotel is definitely most horrible one.

Expedia provided 2 king-size beds in one room but the beds were single size and the manager was so careless and ignorant to deal with the problem that I was facing.As it was a late arrival I had to book another room to sleep. Because I had two of my kids with me. Never trust the photos provided.

We paid $86 per night for a buffet dinner and we were surprised the dinner was served to our table, and the big scam is the dinner costs maximum$10 outside the hotel (soup, french fried, and meatballs), I will never trust Istanbul hotels

First of all, i like the hotel very much. All clean, all good. Only thing is that makes me uncomfortable that hotel staff at the check-in didn't give us the previously selected room as king bed selection. We were told that we only had twin beds option as my reservation states it is with king bed type. Secondly, i made the reservation for two people and for two different rooms but staff told me that it was only made for one-room and then i tried to convince him by showing the details that i made the reservation for two different rooms and for two people. It was a bit of unpleasant situation. Apart from that, it was a good stay. Thank you.

The hotel is situated a bit outside the city center Istanbul. It is usually 45 min to 1 hour drive if you want to visit downtown Istanbul.
However, I attended the Tuyap Fair and there was shuttle service every morning. The staff are very friendly to assist, the hotel is clean, linen smell fresh so do towels as well. I ordered room service was excellent as well. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to everyone.
