I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for myself and my staff. The entire booking was on my name. At checkin they decided to assign each room to a guest name and forgot to tell me who was in which room.
Then the drama started when the room keys were frequently not working, but it was a mission to get a replacement key, as the guest names never matched what they had recorded on their system.
I tried to get them to amend the names to the actual guests, but it was not possible.
I think they have spent the entire budget to achieve 5 ⭐️ presentation in the lobby, but the rooms are a time warp, that I would probably rate as 2 ⭐️ at best.Bathrooms falling apart, taps leaking, and mould visible where someone has tried to silicone over it to cover it up.If you use the tired bathrobe or glasses in the room, housekeeping will take them away and not return them.There is no iron provided, so you have to visit a fire alarm store room on the 15th floor, where you will find an ironing board that’s stained and shredded. If your lucky, you may also find a steam iron, if a guest has not removed it.
This so called ironing room has no hanging facilities, incase you dare to iron more than one piece of clothing.
I asked the reception how they felt that it was reasonable to sell this hotel as a luxury business hotel, and the room conditions are so poor.Equally very very basic amenities and no iron. This just fell on deaf ears.
I needed to iron my clothes, but the iron was missing, reception didn’t care.

Staff added additional charges for unknowns - have emailed them twice with no response. I noted other people complained whilst I was there for drinks/meals they hadn’t ordered but were charged for. Not good!

Hotel is dated, majority of interaction with staff they were all ‘trainee’.

Convenient location close to the exhibition centre. Not much else going for it compared to the many other hotels I have visited in Istanbul

Decent property, poorly managed. We stayed 3 nights and every night we moved to a new room because air conditioning was not working. Breakfast was very good and staff at reception and restaurants were very courteous. Food on their roof top restaurant was terrible

Very disappointing.
Staff at reception was very rude.
No iron and iron board in the room.
No usb port in the room.
While taking shower, water was not draining :(

Clean hotel but have your wits about you.

If you are going to the fair, this is the hotel to stay in for handiness. The rooms are clean but not too roomy. WARNING - do not trust the service staff here to look after you. They will try to screw you at every opportunity if ask for a car for the day or a PCR test. They will add money on top for themselves and not small money.

I stayed for around couple of weeks. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel building was not new or modern but well maintained. Breakfast and the resturant service were excellent. The major problem I had that the hotel was fully booked ( or even double or triple the expected numbers in a hotel) and the lobby and the elevators were crowded. In some instances, I needed to wait for elevators to reach my floor and they were Full and sometimes I needed to wait for another elavators. It was hideous and tiring to get in or out the floor.

The hotel rooms were clean but the sofas and chairs in the lobby were full of the spots ( I guess it was poor choice of fabric and colours).

Checked in for bussiness for 3 days

Arrived late evening and the check in was faultless , hotel staff very freindly and helpfull . The facilities are fully catered for and although the hotel was packed we did not experience any problems . Swimming pool was cold but did the job and the Turkish bath and steam rooms were brilliant well worth it . The hotel is close to local amenities and the main bussiness and shopping areas . 1 hour by train to the blue mosque etc .

High standard hotel with a reasonable rate

It was for 2 days only. However, I liked this Ramada Hotel very much. The staff, the cleanliness, the quite, the breakfast and the service. All are very good. But the location is not that much. That's it.

Old and not clean hotel!

One night, after coming back we saw the room was not cleaned. Another time again called them to clean. But once we called them, they did their best. Overal old hotel and really needed a renovation. For indoor swimming they asked for a cap that costs 15 lira! Nowhere else in Turkey asked for it. Dining room chairs were very dirty with lots of marks on them. Breakfast was good, location was at the last station of metrobus, not good at all for tourists if you want to go downtown.

Air condechining is so bad room get so hot
Tv channels are not suitable for forigner such as most of the channels are Turkish so i felt bored
Nothing is close by the hotel its not walkable i had to take taxi for each place like pharmacy, restaurant, malls, beach
Thes rest is normal not so outstanding.
Its good if u r just comming for the exepethion.

I'm always troubled by a hotel with amet detector in the middle of nowhere. Cost us $50+ dollars to get into town and over $120 back if there was traffic. SO not worth it

Location is great for exhibition center

If this hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel, the stay would have been superb - however a 5 star hotel comes with certain expectations and they were horribly met. 1st the room cleaning is not done well or tidy - they didnt replace shampoos or give us any bathrobes (only was done after we complained on the 4th day of our stay). The room service is worse than a 3 star hotel and was the 1st time i ever experienced a raw burger paddy that was still rock hard... As for the room beds, they really need to replace all the mattresses as they are already done for. The only real thing the hotel has going for it was the location to the TUYUP expo center.

Superb Location and view

I chose this hotel because of location near to El-Fatih University and because of suurroundings. The view is superp from rooms. I was given a room in an upper floor with a view towards the lake. It was magnificent.
The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options.

Ramada Kaya near TUYAP

For a 4 star hotel its most expensive hotel with the worst service in bar and restaurant. The prices charges should warrant extra staffing but full restaurant of around 50 people there were 3 waiters. Only easy access to Tuyap exhibition halls but there are cheaper hotels around at least you cannot complain of service as they will be lower class.

Word of warning

Paid Expedia in advance for my stay at this hotel. On check out the staff insisted no payment had been received and despite producing the necessary paperwork showing payment in advance the Manager made me pay again.
On my return home and getting Expedia's involvement i received a credit after about 2 weeks.
Now, unbelievably, three weeks later the hotel has deducted the amount from my credit card AGAIN without any correspondence
Suggest if you want to avoid this sort of aggro you stay somewhere else

Ok hotel for business, not for fun. Close to Tuyap comvention Center (Walk). Restaurants were ok but really nothing available for lunch except room service as the restaurants weren't open. Breakfst is included and it was nice. Nice buffett, even had omlettes and French Toast after 8AM.

Pudieran Mejorar un poco más , pero aceptable.

La limpieza estuvo bastante bien , pero la comida del hotel a medias y muchos no hablan inglés y pedíamos en la habitación un arroz y traían otra cosa y nos ocurrió en varias ocasiones, el espacio de la ducha demasiado pequeño y nuestra habitación era una suite ejecutiva, no me imagino las otras.

Ich durfte meine Verlobung in diesem Hotel auf der obersten Etage feiern. Es war alles wundervoll. Tolles Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Club Room mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und der Hammam auch. Es gibt auch einen Frisör der supper tolle Haare (Frisuren etc. Macht) Das Hotel ist aber nicht in der Nähe vom Zentrum! Man muss ca. 1h weg mindestens einberechnen.
