I travel all over the world for business and have stayed at hotels “connected“ to the convention center. This property is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at not only is it not connected to the convention center. It is old. The beds are pathetically hard and the service is as unfriendly as it could get. Maybe it is the area I am not sure but there are plenty of cabs, but nobody is driving unless they quadruple the rate they do not use a meter. It’s basically pay this or not get to where you need to go. There was NOT one hotel staff that smiled nor was friendly. They make no attempt to speak English and no hospitality training is evident they are there just doing a JOB. The room I was in was filthy, the bathroom disgusting. They moved me to a room that was occupied 😳 and the 3rd room was on a floor where it was obvious people were smoking. Had it not been mandatory that we stay there I definitely would have moved elsewhere and gotten up an extra hour earlier to sit in traffic with an ungrateful overpriced taxi driver.
The reviews are in for me and my company that next year we will not stay there if we attend beauty Istanbul

This hotel is perfect if you are attending the fair at Tuyap fair center. When Mr. Tufan from the reception desk saw that I waited a bit long on the check-in que, he upgraded my reservation from standart double room to suite. He was so kind and helpful like all the other hotel crew. I’ve had a wonderful stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was nice, I used the sauna and pool. The breakfast wasn't so good, I expected more. There was only 1 shower gel for two persons, that's a minus.
If you visit the fair during your stay, there is a way directly from the hotel to the fair. That's a plus. But we weren't informed about it, that's a minus.

car parking is easy. rooms are big, calm, clean and comfortable. good shower. good service in the restaurants. and good food quality.
special entrance to the fair.
they should announce that the hotel is free of smoking but no comment about that and there is no balcony.
was really crowded and the reception doesn't have enough time to give standard explanations.

Only redeeming quality is the hotel’s proximity to the exhibition centre. The surroundings are abysmal (think dirty industrial wasteland). The restaurants offer mediocre fare. One night we opted for room service. It took 50 minutes and arrived cold. It is impossible to enjoy the water view when the windows are covered in a thick skim of dirt. Booked for three nights and was changing at the bit to get out of there.

Everything was okay except room cleaning

Room was half-way cleaned. A cleaning cloth was left in the bath room. And opened water bottle was left on the mini bar. (I think a previous visitor drank and left there. And no one cleaned it after)
Workers there provided very nice service.

Great hotel if you’re attending an exhibition

The hotel joins on the exhibition centre, Wonderfully convenient! The hotel service was very friendly and efficient even though the hotel was very busy. Good choice of restaurants and excellent meals. View from the roof top restaurant in the evening is recommended.

Staff were slow to serve and we even sat in the restaurant for some time on the 29th floor before calling reception. they sent someone up form the 3rd floor to serve us, however we travelled down as it seemed ridiculous to have food and drinks served from the 3rd floor to the 27th. The service its self once we were attended to, was however phenomenal.

Poor quality breakfast , power cut in the morning of stay then had to walk down 19 flights because 3 out of 4 lifts out of service. Waited 2o mins for the one lift which didn't stop at floor !

Perfect Hotel for Exhibitions

Good hotel, great staff, very easy and smooth check in.
Connected to the exhibition halls.
Not good if you are looking to visit the city (Taksim etc) as it takes about 45min by car and 1 hour 45 min by bus.

My Stay at a Tuyap Palce

My stay was amazing as usual. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The front office manager was very nice and helpful. The staff are very helpful, smiling and welcoming. Nuh was particularly helpful, this time as well as during my previous stay.

Good modern hotel for fairs visitors in Tuyap

This modern hotel is located on the Tuyap fairs and convention centre . Comfortable medium size rooms, standard equipment and furniture, nothing luxurious.
Good service, nice staff.
Good buffet breakfast. Good restaurant for dining.

Very convenient to Tuyap Fairground and good wifi

I have good stay in this hotel, but eat and go shopping around the hotel is inconvenient.

Remarks: When I am leaving for airport, the hotel staff helps me to get a taxi and tells the taxi fee is about $50, but under no traffic congestion, the taxi driver charges me $75. I do not know the problem comes from the taxi driver or the hotel staff.

Near Tuyap but far from the city center

Everything about the hotel was perfect until the electricity kept going off and on. Hotels tried to have it fixed several times, but only on the last day of my stay they finally got it fixed. Other than that, the room was clean, bathroom nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. They called me a taxi going to the airport last day and the driver was taking the extra long detour saying it's the hotel policy. So I called the hotel and explained what was going on, they talked to the driver and told me that it's been taken care of and that I pay only 50 liras because that's how much it usually costs to get to the airport. They were very professional at taking care of business.

Il personale alla reception è il solo che merita di lavorare in questo hotel. Non è poasibile che in un 5 stelle a fianco di una fiera internazionale, il personale, tranne alla reception, non parli inglese. Ainristoranti non parlano e non capiacono, sala colazione un disastro, personale scortese e totalmente ignaro di come si parli, anche basicamente inglese, è una cosa inconcepibile e inacettabile

Öncelikle kahvaltı yetersizdi. Oda temizliği yetersizdi çarşaflar guzel kokmuyordu
Gelip basit bir temizlik yapmışşu. Ayrıca sigara kokusu geliyordu odaya ara ara .
Yiyecekler çok pahalıydı. Örneğin bir çorba bir ana yemek bir salataya 990tl oduyorsunuz. Açık büfe diye geçiyor ama tek çeşit çorba ve iki çeşit ana yemek vardi.
Konaklama ücreti de yüksek ama karşılığında o performansı alamıyorsunuz.

Hotel perfetto per chi deve visotare la fiera. Camere confortevoli e pulite, così come gli ambienti comuni. Palestra insufficiente, solo tapis roulant e qualche bilanciere. Colazione discreta. I ristoranti sono carissimi, troppo per quello che si mangia e si beve, servizio scarso.
