Very clean unit and pet friendly with bowls, snacks and poo bags. Appreciated the extra amenities like shoe dryers and towels for muddy boots. The interior doors kept slamming shut so some door wedges would’ve been helpful. Otherwise it was cozy and had everything we needed for a family of 4. We always look forward to stopping by when we go through Revelstoke.

The Red Stag Cabin was a very neat place to stay. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. It was nearly new, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The property was larger than we expected and was multi living space. Cabins, RVs, etc. The visitors were all respectful and quiet. The staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

It was ok. I stayed before 3 years ago in the superior cabins and those were wonderful. This time I stayed in the two bedroom cabin which was definitely not as nice as the two bedrooms are not as updated. The fan in the unit was so loud you could barely watch TV and the TVs worked but not always as most of the channels would not load. The baseboards were dirty and so was the bottom of the shower. It is very loud next to the highway with lots of semi trucks and close to the train. However I already knew that from staying before so that was not a big deal. They did let me trickle charge my Tesla from the cabin and any staff I spoke with were nice. Overall it is very expensive for what you get and if you stay definitely choose the superior one bedroom cabins.

We had a nice stay at the the Boulder Mountain Resort. We stayed in one of the premium cabins. Loved the concept. Overall spacious, and loved the little outdoor patio. It was overall pretty comfortable and for the value would consider staying here again. The staff were great, with excellent communication and offered helpful recommendations. Serene location. Free parking was great. Only rated average however, given a few things: 1) shower leaked water onto floor, 2) the temperature was comfortable and controllable but was overall pretty loud and actually felt a little windy near the air vents, 3) general maintenance was a bit of issue (for example loose paneling around fireplace), 4) cable was out full 2 days we were there, 5) internet was intermittent, and 6) although overall clean there was a leftover dirty towel.

Overall the cabin was nice and convenient. The property had a dog bowl, poop bags and treats for the dog. However my dog found an old dirty sock under the bed. Also some of the dishes were dirty so had to run the dish washer at the start of the trip and the fire pit was not cleaned. Lots of garbage in the pit and some of the firewood had already been burned and put in the wood pile. The site should have been cleaned up better. The location was convienent and not far from town however it was really loud being so close to the highway. Next time need to book a cabin farther in. Overall would return if passing thru Revelstoke again.

Unfortunately though we had several nasty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. We had to take all the dishes and flatware out and wash everything before we felt comfortable using them.
